在一周的课程设计环节当中,需要完成的是一个直流接触器的三视图和一个断路器的三维图。任务相对来说还是听复杂的,图纸都很复杂,需要耐心和良好的软件操作能力。

1 概述
《电气工程制图课程设计》是电气工程及其自动化专业强化学生制图能力培养的集中性实践性教学环节。对于学电的人来说是极为重要的一个环节。课程设计中应用到的最重要的两个软件是CAD和Pro/E。
图纸上也有对称的地方,在镜像的时候选择镜像对象要一根线一根线地选择,很繁琐。在镜像之前要画好中心线,镜像完成之后得把不必要的中心线删掉,如图2-4所示部分就是通过镜像完成的。

图案填充也有很多种在选择填充图形时,尽量按照原图的图形选择,通过修改旋转角度也会使图案更加接近原图如图2-5所示分别是旋转角度60度和90度的效果。

2 绘图过程
(1)直流接触器三视图的绘制
首先绘制的是直流接触器的三视图。这张图纸十分复杂,刚看到图纸的时候无从下笔,所以刚开始的时候绘制图纸边上的表格。一开始我还不知道怎么弄,在经过一个多小时的尝试才慢慢摸索出矩阵的技巧。比如说刚开始我只是矩阵表格,文字还是一个一个的添加上去,后来发现文字也是可以矩阵的,所以只写好一个调节好位置,然后再矩阵就会使文字对列整齐。文字的大小也很讲究,刚开始选用的高度是4,结果太高了,就选用了2.5的。一个表格的绘制就经过了漫长的过程,绘制的表格如图2-1所示。

还有就是比例问题比例不同,填充的图形密集程度也不一样,如图2-6所示就是比例分别为0.15和0.b)比例为0.3
同样也是比例问题在中心线的绘制过程中也遇到过,比例太大的话,如果线很短就不会显示出是点画线,而是条细直线。在经过调试之后,本设计采用的是比例为0.1的红点画线作为中心线。如图2-7所示的中心线就很明显的可以看出来。

再就是画图了。图纸很复杂,所以我采用先描轮廓,细节再慢慢修饰的方法。在这其中最麻烦的莫过于尺寸问题了,要边量边画,有时候测量不准确,造成上下不对称,以测量的时候要格外仔细。如图2-2所示部分就改了好几次尺寸。

再一个问题就是倒角,图纸上面有很多的倒角,有的地方还是不确定大小的,所以我就采取先画一个圆,然后再根据圆的大小画圆弧,再连直线,然后把圆删掉。如图2-3所示部分就是这样完成的。
