Unit 10 MoneyLesson 4 Advertisements 教学设计设计人:彭微一、教材分析:本单元的核心教学项目是“Money”。

各课围绕这一核心项目设计安排了听、说、读、写活动,课文及练习内容均是学生感兴趣的话题:钱。

可读性和趣味性强,学生在学习过程中印象会比较深刻。

本节课是Advertisements这一课中的阅读部分,本课的侧重点是如何通过广告把商品的优点表现出来使之成为卖点,吸引潜在的顾客。

因此,广告的文体特点应该是本课阅读的重点。

本课的阅读策略是如何区别描述客观事实和主观评价的话语,这其实和广告这种文体是非常契合的,因此策略的学习应该为广告的设计服务,目的应该是帮助学生最后能够顺利设计出自己的一段广告。

二、教学目标:( 1 ) 知识与技能:1)熟练掌握与“广告”话题相关的常用词汇及主要语言表达形式。

2)通过阅读获取具体信息。

3)学生之间能交流、合作,共同就given topics较好地完成一些开放性话题。

( 2 ) 情感态度与价值观1) 在有趣的主题激励下,师生互动,生生互动,调动学生的学习兴趣,加强教师的亲和力,增进彼此的了解与沟通,充分发挥情感教学的优势。

2)让学生在共同完成一些交流、表演等任务的过程中,加强团体协作意识。

( 3 ) 过程与方法:自上而下的阅读模式;发现式的语法学习;小组合作的体验式,探究式的写作学习。

三、重点、难点:(1)培养学生的阅读策略,使其形成预测,略读和跳读的能力。

但学生有可能在深层理解的问题上有困难。

(2)掌握与课文有关的词汇,表达法和句型,并运用到口头和书面表达中去。

(3)如何提高学生的阅读能力,并帮助学生解决本课的一些困难句型,以便让他们很好的理解文章。

四、学情分析《高中英语新课程标准》明确指出:“高中英语课程要有利于学生优化英语学习方法,使他们通过观察、体验、探究等积极主动的学习方法,充分发挥自己的学习潜能,形成有效的学习策略,提高自主学习的能力。

教学设计在英语教学中落实新课程标准,就是贯彻执行国家教育部关于课程改革的决定。

新课程标准的三维教学观,具体到英语学科就是要整合发展学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面的素养,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

开展课堂探究是培养学生综合语言运用能力的最佳手段。

所以在我的教学设计里,每一个教学活动中都有情景创设,学生探究,学生处理问题和巩固训练等环节。

一、教学课型:阅读课我所展示的这节课是阅读课。

阅读课是高中教学中的重要课型之一,在高考中有七十分的题都属于阅读题。

阅读课旨在培养学生的阅读理解能力。

教学过程以读为主,具体分为读前,读中和读后。

阅读之后上升到写。

遵循从信息输入到信息加工处理,最后到信息输出的原则,真正着眼于“提高学生用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力,特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。

”二、教材分析1、教材内容分析:本课选自《北师大版高中英语教科书》必修四第十单元第三课。

本课围绕“环境保护”这一主题,涉及社会热点问题,如如何去花零用钱、怎么花更有意义、水土流失、环保等问题。

本节课通过问题的设置,慢慢将学生的注意力引入到如何利用自己不多的零花钱,积少成多,最后创造绿色家园这一主题上去。

2、教学目标(1)知识目标:知道,了解并灵活应用所学的重点动词和与本课相关的句型。

(2)能力目标:根据阅读话题和所学知识,写一篇如何合理使用零花钱的短文。

(3)情感德育目标:(1)指导学生认识到怎么把钱花的更有意义。

(2)学生体会和感受社会责任感,培养学生爱护环境的意识,并养成良好的生活习惯。

3、教学重点和难点(1)教学重点:训练学生阅读理解、归纳语篇主旨要义及独立获取信息的能力。

(2)教学难点:使学生认识到环保的重要性,会用英语破坏环境的危害,用英语给大家提出环保建议。

三、学情分析:1、通过词汇教学以及课前预习,大部分学生对本节课已有所了解。

2、通过快速阅读,学生能理解课文大意。

四.教学设计特色说明1.实物引入:本节课引入部分采用教师随身实物进行价格竞猜,贴近学生生活,激发学生学习兴趣,并自然引出本节课话题:The Right Price.2.词汇学习:教师根据亲身网购经历自编段落语境猜词,引发学生共鸣,使词汇学习更加灵活,记忆更加深刻。

3.信息获取:本节课为听说课,因此应分为听力信息获取部分和语言输出部分。

但本节课学生除了从听力材料中获取讨价还价策略信息之外,还加设了同学之间以回顾自身经历的方式分享个人真实的讨价还价策略,这便补充了听力材料内容不够充分的缺憾,并调动了学生的思维,利用学生自身资源,激发他们信息共享。

4.教学评价:教师在学生学案上设置多功能评价表,使评价贯穿于课程始终,本表既可以做自评表,也可以作他评表,课下可以做互评表。

学生在自评,他评和互评的过程中逐一达成学习目标。

5.作业设置:本节课的作业设置体现为层次性,可选择性和时代性三大特点。

层次性体现在第一项作业里。

不同层次的学生可根据自己的情况进行选择。

程度较高的同学“写信”,程度相对低的写“回信”。

在第二项作业:“以网上购物聊天记录的方式完成”,更体现教学应应用于实践这一目的,使教学紧跟时代需求,学以致用。

五.需要改进的地方1.授课之初教师为了更好的引导学生,语速较慢,但这使得课程的前半部分节奏显得有些慢,时间有些怠误。

在今后的教学中应尽量提高语速,尽快进入主体教学。

2.在对学生的口头输出环节,教师设计了多功能评价量表,但也许是教师指示不够清晰,部分学生没有体会到它的“多功能”性,他们注重了对同学的评价,而忽视了自评。

在今后的教学中应注意课堂指示清晰,避免资源浪费。

3.由于学校的校安工程,网络被切断,因此第二个作业推迟到了假期学生回家去做,又由于部分学生家里也不能上网,而使得此项作业只能被部分同学完成。

六.需要探讨的地方本节课我的课件设计的比较简单,这一点,一直是我困惑的地方。

我个人认为课件只是教学的一种辅助手段,没必要浪费时间和精力去刻意追求所谓的“科技含量”或“花样繁多”,只要对教学内容起到必要的辅助作用即可。

由于学生的整体英语基础薄弱,尤其是听、说的能力最为薄弱,因此本单元在说的方面设计还不够具体,今后应根据学生的实际情况进行更合理的设计,如:对话操练前的示范设计,任务的分解和简化,鼓励性教学用语的使用等。
