汽车试验场轻型汽车耐久性试验的研究

摘要

汽车可靠性的耐久性试验及其研究对企业的产品质量和发展来说是至关重要的。世界上各大汽车制造企业都将汽车试验场的耐久性试验作为提高汽车产品开发质量的重要环节,并制订了比较完整的耐久性试验方法。而汽车试验场内的快速可靠性、耐久性试验相对汽车实际使用的强化系数的研究和估算是制订汽车试验场可靠性、耐久性试验行驶规范的重要内容之一,也是制订规范的重要依据。本文分别从汽车零部件与整车的角度出发,通过大量试验研究和深入的理论分析,用两种方法估算了汽车试验场道路相对湖北地区实际使用道路的强化系数。即(1)测定计算法:基于疲劳积累损伤理论估算强化系数,该方法主要适用于零部件;(2)故障统计法:基于对汽车发生的故障进行统计分析估算强化系数,该方法既适用于整车,又适用于零部件,本文以整车为研究对象。方法(2)充分利用了1030系列轻型载货汽车在汽车试验场内和在实际使用道路上进行可靠性、耐久性试验的数据,结果更具说服力。对整车用故障统计法进行汽车试验场道路强化系数的研究在国内属首次应用。在此研究的基础上,确定了汽车试验场耐久性行驶试验规范的原则、分析评价方法,并进行了验证试验,结果表明规范具有科学性和合理性。

THE RESEARCH OF LIGHT-AUTOMOBILE DURABILITY TEST

IN THE PROVING GROUND OF

ABSTRACT

The reliability and durability experimental research is crucial for automakers product quality and development. All of world-known automakers treat durability tests in a vehicle proving ground as an important step in the new product development, and have drawn out a relatively integrated system for durability experiments.

It is one of the important contents and the important basis in drawing up the automobile proving ground reliability and durability test running standard, that studies and estimates the intensifying factor of fast reliability and durability test in automobile proving ground relative to the practical situation.

Two ways have been adopted in this paper to estimate the intensifying factor of the road surface in proving ground relative to the practical road, respectively proceeding from components and motor vehicle, i.e. (1) calculating method: based on fatigue accumulation damage theory. This method applies mainly to components. (2) statistical method: based on counting and analyzing the failure of automobile tests. This method applies both motor vehicle and components. In this paper, motor vehicle has been taken for object of study .

By the second method, the author has made full use of the test data which D.F.M had conducted 1030 serial light trucks reliability and durability tests in both proving ground and the practical road. It makes the result be of great persuasion.

Based on the research, this paper confirms several principles to establish durability test regulations, and the analysis and evaluating methods to durability test. Through a validate test, proves this regulation has rationality and scientific characteristic.
