资金缺乏缺乏，对企业的管理经验的不足才是我们所面对的最大难题。
然而知识却能弥补我们这些不足之处。
知识是成才的基础，能力是成才的关键。
有人读书不少，却写不出文章，讲不出道理，于是人们称这种人为两脚书橱。
一个善于思维的头脑比仅仅塞满知识的头脑要好得多，大学几年的学习是短暂的，能够接纳的知识是有限的。
特别是在知识经济时代，信息来源广，知识更新快，作为大学生的我们就更应该注重自己综合能力的培养，这样，才能把大学学习的有限时间延伸为无限。
在断墙上我们不难发现这样一个现象断墙上一只蚂蚁在艰难地往上爬，爬到一半，忽然滚落下来，这已是第八次失败记录。
然而，过了一会儿，它又开始从墙根往上爬。

尤其值的一提的是，与前两年轰轰烈烈的励志创业潮相比，目前的大学生励志创业更加理智，更加务实、励志创业的途径更加多种多样。
3、知识密集，技术先进。
大学生群体励志创业者文化程度高，所学专业技术与励志创业紧密结合，能够学以致用，在技术创新上独树一帜。
被媒体称为中国励志创业第一人的杨锦方是第一个将励志创业计划大赛引入清华圆、引入中国的人，他注册和创办了视美乐公司用所学的计算机知识，为公司发展做出了贡献。
