温家宝：我担任总理已经9年了，这些年过得不易，也不平凡。

至于你说到美国关心中国贸易体系改革的问题，如果讲得明确一点，主要指三个问题：第一，就是进出口的基本平衡。
我可以明确地告诉你，在2014年中国经常性账户占gdp的比重已经达到2.8%，小于3%的国际公认标准。
也就是说(请你收藏好范文，请便下次访问：)在国际收支和货物贸易上，中国已经实现了基本平衡。
第二，汇率，这是美国关注的。
从2014年汇改以来，中国实际有效汇率已经提高30%。
请记者先生注意一种现象：从去年9月份开始，在香港市场无本金远期交割，也就是所谓ndf，开始双向波动。
这就告诉我们，中国的人民币汇率有可能已经接近均衡水平。
我们将继续加大汇改的力度，特别是较大幅度地实行双向的波动。
第三，我们将坚持多哈回合的原则，主张自由贸易、反对保护主义。

其实，翻译是工具不假，但翻译是个特殊的工具，是担负思想传递的具有思维方式的人(有时候还是会谈僵局的润滑剂或者缓冲剂)。
所以翻译，特别是临时聘请的翻译值得认真对待。
很多所谓翻译不是通才(换言之，除翻译者本身已经掌握的知识外，可能对其他领域的连概念都没有)，而会议涉及的专业术语往往很多，而且通常是很生僻的单词或者组合词，因此提前沟通十分必要。
再者，应当告诉翻译发言者通常的语速，有条件的可以把以往的映像资料交给翻译，让其熟悉一下，并告诉翻译本次会议大致的研讨或者涉及的内容。
当然为了商业秘密不外泄，对翻译必要的约束是应该的——通常以书面形式约定在多长时间内接触机密的翻译不得对外界透露，在此期间内雇用方有权要求翻译保密，并有权要求翻译赔偿由于泄密而带来的损失。

会议口译（conferenceinterpreting）是一种为跨语言、跨文化交流服务的专门职业，处于各种口译的专业高端。
会议口译包含交替传译和同声传译两种口译模式。
交替传译（consecutiveinterpreting）-口译员坐在会议室里，一面听源语讲话，一面记笔记。
当讲者发言结束或停下来等候传译的时候，口译员用清楚、自然的目的语，准确、完整地重新表达源语发言的全部信息内容，就像自己在演讲一样。
会议口译中的交替传译要求口译员能够听取长达五至十分钟连续不断的讲话，并运用良好的演讲技巧，完整、准确地译出其全部内容。
同声传译（simultaneousinterpreting）-口译员利用专门的同声传译设备，坐在隔音的同传室（俗称“箱子”）里，一面通过耳机收听源语发言人连续不断的讲话，一面几乎同步地对着话筒把讲话人所表达的全部信息内容准确、完整地传译成目的语，其译语输出通过话筒输送。
需要传译服务的与会者，可以通过接收装置，调到自己所需的语言频道，从耳机中收听相应的译语输出。
无论交替传译还是同声传译，其目的均在于让使用不同语言的交际各方能够实现清晰无障碍的沟通交流。
会议口译层次上的交替传译和同声传译并没有高低难易之分，两种口译模式相辅相成，且其功能以及对质量的要求是相同的。
工程进度：工程已进展4个月，改良土已完成70%左右，涵管及过路涵管已开挖3千米左右。

局部涵管回填没按照图纸及规范要求20cm一层进行回填。

雨水井砌筑过程中没有按照标准一丁一跑，局部污水井砌筑过程中发现上下尺寸不一致，要求其立即返工，局部灰土出现弹簧现象，要求施工单位及时处理。
安全文明施工：现场施工人员安全帽佩戴不规范，开挖沟槽的临边防护不到位。
沟槽开挖过程中没有做好人员上下的阶梯。
现场灰尘较大，车辆行驶流坡过小，导致车辆倾斜。
检测：现场检测人员不能及时的进行检测，每次都在现场监理的督促下才能进行检测，检测数据不能及时的反应给现场监理，检测报告不能及时上交监理部。
问题解决：加强工人的安全教育，要求工人正规的佩戴安全帽，开挖沟槽及时做好临边防护，做好工人上下的阶梯，现场加强洒水车辆，及时的进行路面洒水，放宽流坡，让车辆可以正常通行。
加强现场施工人员对质量和安全控制的要求。
2014教科研工作会议（周三下午第三节课）各位老师：下午好！学校今天举行教科研工作会议，首先借此机会感谢各位老师过去，对学校教学科研工作的大力支持。

总之我校教学科研工作想要做好，肯定会很忙碌，但忙碌的同时我们也会有很多的收获，尤其对青年教师的成长是很有利的，我们至少要将我们学校的课拿得出去，拿得出手。
