五月底入职,在六月初的预热课上就遇见了你。

瑞思k2毕业感想2018年冬天带四岁半的Tommy来到瑞思学科英语军创校区试听,在家启蒙的比较早,所以孩子和老师互动的还可以,试听完孩子很喜欢那个老师,就跟老师去办公室玩了,课程顾问详细的讲解了rise 的课程体系之前在很多机构试听,最终选择瑞思,一是北京闺蜜的推荐;二是对瑞思成套课程体系的认可;三是全英文教学,名词指着说动词TPR,浸透式课堂教学;四是互动环节较多可以带动孩子在玩中学,课堂不枯燥。

五是尊重孩子的选择,他在众多机构中选择了瑞思。

试听完,按照老师的建议,我们报名K2,上几节K1的课程融入一下。

每次课程之后,老师都会很负责讲解这次课程的内容,以及如何带孩子复习课程,还要录小视频打卡。

pre-K的Kevin老师每次都会对班里20多个孩子的打卡小视频进行手写点评,绝对不是随便复制粘贴几句话赞美孩子,可以看出都是老师的针对每个孩子的作业所写的认真的评语,这一点我很感动,更确定了当初的选择。

如果说让我谈一谈孩子在瑞思英语学习这一年多最打动我的点,那一定是class presentation课堂展示。

孩子比较慢热,但是瑞思每节课的课堂展示环节培养了孩子的演讲能力。

需要微笑,站直,自信的进行展示是每节课都要练习的内容。

滴水穿石,不知不觉的孩子已经不那么羞羞惭惭,已经可以大方的进行英文小演讲。

在年中组织的瑞思杯演讲比赛中,孩子凭借出色的成绩和台风从初赛到石家庄市复赛决赛一路闯到北京区域赛,最后取得区域赛二等奖的成绩。

瑞思英语教师培训心得瑞思英语教师培训心得1我们于9月28日参加了由潍坊市教委组织的攀登英语阅读项目的培训会。

在此次的培训中,北师大的张良博士和裴淼博士针对课题实施背景、思路及方法做了详细的介绍。

阅读,现在已经成为世界各国关注的一个重要问题,4月23日被定为世界图书与版权日,又称为“阅读日”。

在美国发起了“No child leftbehind.”活动,保障每一个孩子的阅读时间;在中国为了倡导阅读,定于每年的4月2日为“中国儿童阅读日”。

在我国儿童中,汉语阅读在校时间内得到了基本保障,特别是我市实施“大阅读”课题实验后,孩子们的阅读能力得到了很大的训练。

而在英语教学中,却存在着不少问题。

为了攻克这些难关,结合儿童的心理及生理特点开展的本次实验活动。

一、实验目标1、培养学生的阅读兴趣和良好的阅读习惯;2、提高理解能力、掌握有效的阅读策略;3、促进听、说、写等语言技能的综合发展;4、提高综合素质。

5、让教师爱上阅读,提升教师的英语阅读教学能力;6、依托实验,促进教师教科研能力的提升;7、营造学校阅读文化,构建书香校园。

其最终的目的是培养孩子们用英语的思维来学习英语的能力,并敢于张开嘴巴把英语学活。

二、实验思路在实施过程中,为了让此项活动不成为学生与老师的额外负担,特把“课外阅读课内化”作为实验思路,即“40′常规英语教学”分为“30′优化常规教学”和“10′建构阅读模型”。

三、发展原则1、把阅读变成奖励。

我最欣赏的一句话就是“孩子需要什么就表扬什么”。

用他们最感兴趣的奖励方式与内容来表彰。

在我上课时,我除了用攀登学习记录卡进行表扬外,我还利用我校的星卡结合进行表彰,极大限度的调动了学生的学习兴趣。

2、形成制度化。

每节课应该做些什么,在规定的范围内可以自由阅读。

3、不回避翻译和中文。

4、能力的培养:培养学生的综合能力。

5、与常规教学相结合,相互促进,互相提高。

四、开展策略:1、看得见,听得着。

我自己有两个S4年级的班级,有一个叫Tom的四年级学生,为了能够上四中,上了一个“神校”,也就是所谓的“推优班”,经过千辛万苦有4000名学生进来,第一轮通过简历刷掉一批剩下3000人,第二轮通过面试刷掉1000剩下2000,第三轮通过考试刷掉1000剩下1000,在这1000人里面能够保持成绩在前40%的孩子有希望进入四中。

今天,分享的不是这个孩子的故事,而是已经成功进入人大附中和清华附中的两个孩子,他们一路来是如何成就自己,又有什么忧虑的地方?人大附中的Flora:从S1一直在瑞思学习,已经快4年了,记得一开始在S1的时候,孩子们对于环境特别的陌生,那个时候Flora在小学上三年级,为了让我的孩子们更加喜欢课堂,我和我的带班老师研究孩子们最近玩儿的游戏,从而在奖励机制上大下功夫,我们自己用Notebook做了植物大战僵尸的奖励机制,孩子们高兴坏了,可是下课的时候每个小组都在统计自己的分数,Flora哭了,一个学习的尖子生,要强的女孩子,竟然哭了,当我问道她为什么的时候,她竟让说她的妈妈从来不让Flora玩电脑游戏,她都不知道老师上课说的是什么。

从这个时候,我知道了,优秀的女孩儿从小就是有要求的!S2-S3的阶段,我们开始接触很多的长文章,也开始大量的练习写作,当时特别发愁写不出来,就会利用每次课前的Warm Up环节进行时事普及和讨论,当时S3,钓鱼岛事件闹的轰轰烈烈,我把一些新闻报道和图片放在班级进行讨论,当时班里一片沸腾,我说:“如果你们是中方发言人,对面坐着的就是日方发言人,你们会说什么?”我们班的热血小青年还是比较多的,大家非要拼个你死我活,上来就是Fight you 之类,有些女孩儿还具有辩证主义思维,当Flora阐述自己的观点时,我震惊了,她说:“Japan,you can travel to Diaoyu island ,but don’t forget to go back to your parents’home——America!”多么有力的语言,幽默中透露着讽刺,包括在学习过程中敢于说出自己的想法,敢于质疑。

学生描述:Tiger 男9岁目前在读S3阶段,心理年龄比较幼稚,比较害羞,不太懂得如何跟朋友相处事件描述:关键词:初次相识,发现问题第一次看到Tiger这个名字是在S2037班的学员名单上,那是我来中心以后接的第一个班。

当时这个班有很多相同名字的小朋友,比如叫Tiger的就有三个。

还没进班,就听其他老师谈到这个班的三个Tiger,不但性格各不一样,而且各自都有不同的特点,都有让人操心的地方。

果然,第一节课上课,这三个孩子就给我留下了与众不同的印象,尤其是Tigerzhu小朋友。

他有很多不一样的地方,不管是学习还是在班级的人员关系上,虽然当时他已经8岁了,但很多方面还是比较幼稚的。

首先,在学习上,他学得不是特别好,而且学习习惯也不太好。

通过我上课的观察,他有的时候会很积极,会大声喊,会努力举手要求老师让他上去点白板;但有的时候又会很低落,整节课都不听,或者走神,或者自己在那里画画。

而且他还有一个习惯,就是看到别人好玩的东西就要自己拿过来看一看,虽然我知道他没有恶意,只是好奇而已,但有的小朋友会很不开心,别人乱动自己东西,为此他跟别人闹过很多次矛盾。

刚开始因为不了解他,每次在他走神、不听课的时候,前两次我会耐心的提醒他,但时间长了我就没有了耐心,开始批评他,但结果是越批评,他越是反抗,到最后都弄得我束手无策。

其次,在人际交往上,他不会处理自己跟别人的关系。

虽然在班上他有两个好朋友,因为在同一个学校,家也离得很近,所以会经常在一起玩。

但那两个小朋友学习都比他好,所以一到学习上另外两个人会在一起讨论问题,而他自己则被孤立在一旁。

而且,因为他喜欢动别人东西这件事,导致班里的其他小朋友都不太喜欢他。

所以时间一长,Tiger在班里越来越不爱说话了,经常一个人坐在那里。

小时体育课呢?抓过孩子一问,你这是玩什么游戏弄成这样的?孩子会把他的上课经历跟爸爸妈妈一起分享,并要求回家教会父母一起玩的!就是在这样的氛围下,把教学目标带到各种形式的游戏中,既符合孩子的年龄特点,又使他们在浸入式的环境中习得英语。

第二、与家长沟通虽然我们的教学对象是孩子,就算我们的课堂再精彩,孩子再喜欢,但这些东西家长都看不到,也了解不到,那么我们的教学也是残缺的;虽然我们不是在向家长们邀功,但我们也一定要让家长知道或看到,孩子每天争着吵着要来瑞思的原因以及孩子在课堂上是纯粹在玩还是有目的的在玩?那么我是通过哪些渠道向家长传达这些的呢?主要是汇报会,面谈,电话沟通。

1、汇报会由于我们每两个主题进行一次汇报,我认为家长了解孩子学习情况会更加及时了,而且我每一次汇报会的重点会更偏重PPT环节,虽然我们的这些家长都是事业有成的,但在教育孩子方面也许还需要我们的点滴帮助,需要我们用瑞思先进的理念帮他们重新树立起教育孩子的观念,要让他们知道教书育人不光是学校老师的责任,作为家长的责任是更大的,只有家长和学校老师的一起配合才行。

也许有一些老生常谈的话题,但每一次提出来家长们还是非常认可的,比如,每一次开家长会,我都会跟家长说到“现在孩子小,没有自主学习的能力,就需要大人多费心,多督促他们,当孩子渐渐长大培养起了这种能力时,那时大人你就会很轻松了,但这个过程也是因人而异的,但我们一定要有信心,为了孩子的将来,现在苦一点又算什么呢?”,我认为我是从家长的角度出发,跟他们谈孩子,所以不知哪一句话就能说进某位家长的心坎,与我达到共鸣!在接下来的课程展示时,家长是从你指给他的角度去欣赏自己的孩子,那么他看到的一定是孩子最好的一面!2、面谈这个工作一般都是在课前或课后进行,每次选择一两位家长。

金秋十月,S3020班迎来了S3阶段的第一次公开课,和许许多多第一次带S3阶段的老师一样,我对孩子们的“首秀”充满了期望和忐忑。

因为这次,我完完全全把讲台交给了班里的21位学员,他们将以团队合作的形式展示给家长S3阶段开课以来所学的内容。

第一组上台展示的是Helen和Alex。

Helen平时做事风风火火,在台上却成熟稳重,像个大姐姐似的照顾着Alex,帮助Alex翻页并适时提醒。

Alex也不负众望,发音清晰准确,阅读流畅。

他们的展示获得了大家真诚的掌声。

一周前的周三晚上,我突发奇想,放弃了原本打算展示的公开课内容,计划让学生两两合作展示一个模块的内容。

距离下课10分钟时,我让孩子们抽签决定了自己的小伙伴,并确定了各小组的展示内容。

周四给家长发送了个性化的短信,告知展示内容,形式和时长。

发出的短信竟如“石沉大海”一般,只有两三个家长询问了具体的情况。

我的心情无比纠结,一方面想着不要设限,充分发挥孩子们的想象力和创造力;另一方面又担心孩子们不知道如何展示,想着该不该给他们每个小组准备一份稿子,直接按照我的思路来讲。

在度过了紧张而忐忑的两天后,终于迎来了周六的早晨。

让我意想不到的是小朋友们一部分是有备而来,他们有的做了海报,有的做了卡片,有的带来了PPT,言谈中能感受到他们的重视度。

当我宣布他们可以利用PBL课程前的一个半小时进行展示的讨论和准备时,从他们的眼神里我没有看到曾经设想的无助和茫然,取而代之的是一种兴奋!Tommy执行力极强,马上要求去办公室做PPT;Apple和Sam则对他们所带来的海报进行了加工,并设计了互动问题;Cindy在小伙伴请假的情况下对自己提出了更高的要求,要将小卡片的内容转化为PPT;我在听了Selena和Alan的展示后,提供了画插画的建议,他们立刻行动起来,Selena这个平时不善言谈的小姑娘发挥了自己绘画的强项。

在这段时光中,我的角色从一名老师转换为一位听众,提出自己的建议,并不直接插手指导;从一个平时站在讲台上的传授者,变成一个来往于办公室和教室之间的帮助者,提供给我的学生们及时的技术支持。

这份忙碌让我无比幸福,没有了惆怅,有的是信心;没有了忐忑,有的是期待。

孩子们的阶段越来越高,这种项目式学习对他们的帮助和意义就越来越明显,我的感触也愈加深刻。

现在的孩子多是独生子女,与他人分享的意识比较薄弱,容易以自我为中心,记得S2阶段这个班做Food Pyramid的海报时,Diana 对自己小组的成果非常不满意:“要是我自己做的话比这个要好得多”。

这个想法很有代表性,最初小组合作的时候,能力强的小朋友往往容易“冷落”能力一般的组员,不愿意分配任务给他们,习惯大包大揽。

但现在的情况慢慢改变了,他们越来越喜欢这种团队合作的形式,也愿意在这些项目中充分发挥自己的强项。

更重要的是,他们渐渐意识到一个人的能力无论如何再强,他发挥到极致也只能是1,而如果一个小组五个人的力量加起来却能远远大于5,甚至是5的倍数。

在项目的学习中,他们不仅仅锻炼了各方面的能力,比如收集和整合信息的能力,演讲演示能力,还学会了欣赏小伙伴的优点,并提高了对自己的要求,这种learn
from others的习惯将终身受益。

在正式的展示之前我一一和家长进行了电话沟通,一方面是我迫不及待地想和家长分享孩子们所带给我的惊喜,另一方面也是希望爸爸妈妈能在孩子们需要时给与必要的帮助。

没想到我听到的最多的反馈是“孩子的积极性特别高”,“这次的PPT是他自己做的,没用上我帮忙”,“她和小伙伴已经联系上,并商量好分工啦”。

我突然很庆幸自己的这个决定,我们能教给孩子的知识毕竟是有限的,但求知的精神却是持久的。
