通知(announcement)往往是上级对下级、 组织和团体对其成员部署工作或传达事项等 所使用的一种公告性文件。发出通知的一方 和被通知的一方一般都以第三人称出现。如 果正文前用了称呼语,通知的对象则应是第 二人称。通知的语言比较正式。
