称重管理软件操作说明书一.称重操作1.登陆系统双击桌面【称重管理软件】图标,双击对应用户后输入密码,按【确定】登陆系统。

(管理员默认密码为:1111)2.进入称重点击【称重】按钮,进入称重界面。

3.一次称量必须输入车号,其他信息可选择性输入,点击【取毛重】或【取皮重】按钮后确认预保存即可称量出毛重或皮重。

第二次回皮重或回毛重时,双击“未回皮列表”中的对应车号的未回皮或未回毛称重记录,当已第一次称量过的毛重或皮重记录被调出时,确认信息无误后点击【取皮重】或【取毛重】按钮,并确认保存即可回皮或回毛,回完皮重或毛重后该条信息消失。

弹出是否打印,选择“是”即可弹出打印预览框,选择打印图标后按弹出框提示选择对应打印机进行打印即可。

注意:当操作失误后弹出提示框,点击确认后可点击【清空】按钮后重新选择回皮或回毛的数据进行皮重的称量。

5.称重界面功能介绍:手工输入:此功能需要管理员赋予相应的权限才可使用。

作用为当勾选手工输入毛重或手工输入皮重后,可直接在对应毛重输入框或皮重输入框中键入毛重数值或皮重数值,点击取毛重或取皮重后所采集的信息以手工输入为准,当输入框中不输入数值时则点击取重量按钮后以仪表头的数据为准(即手工的优先级别为先)。

具有此权限的用户也可以在报表中进行相关重量信息的修改。

调用皮重一般不勾选。

称重方式选择:一般选为正常模式。

打印格式选择:一般第一次进入称重界面选定,以后不需要改变。

工作模式:一般为手工方式。

当选择为自动方式时需要相关硬件支持。

是否打印:一般勾选,注意:打印只在回皮或回毛重时打印磅单。

是否打印预览:一般勾选。

保存输入框内容:根据现场使用要求勾选。

记忆输入:当该项被选中时,被称量过的称量信息被记忆住,当以后输入该车信息时,相关的信息会被自动调出。

二.数据管理报表操作称量任务完毕后,按照下面操作进行数据的修改、删除,补打以及报表的打印。

进入主界面—》点击【报表】按钮1.数据管理选择时间范围,如果需要多选择条件则选择相应的条件(例如:只查询货物名称为煤的数据,则在选定时间范围后继续选择或填入货物名称为:煤)后点击【查询明细表】按钮查询出结果后,在查询出的数据中选择需要修改的一条数据,点击右键【磅单编辑】,调出磅单编辑界面。

称重系统简易操作手册
称重系统软件运行前,打开系统相关配套设备电源【室内:电脑工控机、电脑显示器、录像机、交换机、服务器、称重显示器),检查各设备通电后运行是否正常。

检查完毕后打开桌面软件图标进入。

一、称重操作(手动):
1、检查仪表是否为“0“。

2、选择“自动称重”,将“左道闸“”右道闸“分别设置成”开“。

此时道闸打开,安排车辆上磅。

3、选择“称重操作“,输入将该车相关的”车号、货物名称、货物流向、发货单位、收货单位“等信息。

确认无误后,选择”点击称重“并”保存数据“。

4、车辆下磅。

5、以上为同一车辆单次毛重或皮重称量步骤,以此类推。

二、称重操作(自动):
1、选择“自动称重”,将“左道闸“”右道闸“分别设置成”自动“。

此时道闸关闭,车辆过磅需刷卡上磅。

2、办卡流程:选择“预制资料“,选择”添加“,录入”卡号、车号、货物名称、货物流向、发货单位、收货单位“等信息,确认无误后,选择”确认添加“。

3、将卡发给驾驶员即可刷卡过磅。

刷卡时,车辆需停靠在道闸前方坡道上。

刷卡成功后,道闸台杆即可上磅称量,称量数据自动保存,保存结束后道闸台杆,车辆下磅。

4、以上为同一车辆单次毛重或皮重称量步骤,以此类推。

支持双向识别。

三、注意事项:
1、软件内除“左、右道闸”可设置“自动、开”外,其余设置禁止私自修改,否则可能导致软件无法正常运行。

2、若“自动称重”时遇刷卡后道闸不台杆时,可依次尝试以下方法:①将道闸同侧对应的“不锈钢控制柜”内电源关闭重启;②电脑软件关闭后重新运行;③电脑重新启动。

操作步骤
1. 打开电脑: 打开电源,启动Windows 操作系统。

自动秤重机调机指南1开机1.1开机前必须彻底检查秤体上无异物,无卡堵现象.1.2打开电源开关1.3按下启动按钮,皮带开始运转.开机时系统进入自检并执行清零功能,此时皮带上不应有产品或其他物体通过.1.4当显示屏显示稳定后,重量显示窗口显示为“0”.设备进入正常状态,开始工作.2.关机2.1待秤体上产品通过走出秤体后按下停止按钮,皮带停止运转.2.2关闭电源开关.3参数调整:Panther2000秤重终端模式的秤重模式由参数F5.1确定,共有3种模式,分别为:·F5.1=0,动态秤重模式·F5.1=1分选模式·F5.1=2检重模式Caseweigher选用的模式为检重模式,设定F5.1=2.其参数如下:1) 在正常重量状态下,使用键选择【RECIPE】菜单,按键进入2)此时上窗口显示[SP1]菜单名,按键进入3)此时上窗口显示[P0],下窗口显示P0的数值,按键使此数值闪烁,用←→键移位,用↓↑键输入P0的数值,之后按键确认此数值。

一、自动控制操作
1、按下控制箱上绿色按键,定量系统开始工作。

观察“自动手动”按键绿灯应为灭(灯
灭自动控制,灯亮手动控制)
红色按键为关机键,按下后整个控制箱无电,也是紧急停止按钮。

2、按下“定量1自动”键,该键绿灯亮,定量1开始工作,同时仪表显示放料情况。


定量1值时自动停止,绿灯灭。

3、按下“定量2自动”键,该键绿灯亮,定量2开始工作,同时仪表显示放料情况。

到定量2值时自动停止,绿灯灭。

4、也可不按上述顺序。

二、手动控制操作
1、如定量称重系统有故障时,可按下“自动手动”按键,此时该键绿灯亮,表明系统进
入手动控制。

2、按住“手动1”键不放松,1 口开始放料。

3、按住“手动2”键不放松,2 口,开始放料。

三、定量值的设定
按仪表面板上的“设置”键,上显示框出现0,并闪烁,下显示框出现Set,按仪表面板上的“T”键两次,上显示框出现2时,按仪表面板上的“输入” 键,按下述表格设置。

四、数据查询
按仪表面板上的“设置”键,上显示框出现0,并闪烁,下显示框出现Set,按仪表面板上的“输入”键,按下述表格设置
五、上料

The control core uses the German Siemens PLC that stability and reliability has been greatly improved. The display adopts high-grade large size touch screen to replace the traditional digital pipe and LCD module with friendly man-machine interface, rich content. It can completely replace the traditional weighting integrating instrument.1.1 EBM 2011 Feature of Continuous Weighing Management SystemSystem processes speed and weight signal from the conveyor belt and belt scale to calculate the instantaneous flow rate and cumulant displayed on the touch screen. System conducts the statistics of calculation of the material instantaneous flow and the cumulative amount, which can form day, month traffic statistics and provide reports and record forms for management. The instantaneous flow rate was recorded in historic record curves, and managers can refer to the instantaneous flow data in a certain moment in history.The system conducts fine tuning of the speed parameter and scale parameter. Otherwise need to install protective facilities to avoid direct sunlight, moisture, collision and intense mechanical vibration. When the distance between controller and the belt scale over 150 m, the measurement results are easily affected by environmental factors such as temperature fluctuations. The weighing sensor with six wire connection need to access feedback line. When the distance is less than 150 m, workers could connect the feedback positive with incentive positive, the feedback negative with incentive negative.Don't arrange the signal line, power line or other strong electromagnetic interference cable in the same tube or wire groove, and observe the correct earthing steps.All cables must be at least matched with AC 250V and wire in strict accordance with the drawings. Please carefully check if all wirings are correct and firm.1.5 Parameter SettingsSome steps of EBM 2011 the initial start, assuming the belt scale and speed sensor (if need) physical and electrical installation is complete:1.
