风力发电机,是一种将风能转变为机械能,再转变为电能的机电设备，利用风力发电，向蓄电池充电蓄存电能,还可以把蓄存的电能转变为2２０V(３８0V)/50ＨＺ的交流电源，风力发电不需燃料,无污染、无噪音。

它普遍适用于风能条件好，远离电网，或电网不正常的地区,可以供给冰箱、洗衣机、照明、电视机、探照灯、放像、通讯设备等用电器用电。

装机地点对于发电量以及安全运行是非常重要的，以下面列述可供参考

1、平均风速越高,风机的发电功率和发电量就会越大。

（风的能量与风速的三次方成正比。

举例说，５m／ｓ风速的风能几乎为4m／s风速的2倍。

)

２、装机地点的气流不平稳、紊流严重,风力机受到的破坏力就大，不利于风机长年安全运行；且紊流还会大幅度减少发电量。

紊流严重的高风区绝不是可取的装机点。

风机的塔架尽可能的高，因为离地面愈高,风速越大，气流更平稳。

在平坦的地区,风机的推荐安装高度不低于6m。

树木及各类建筑物对气流形成障碍,气流在这些障碍的前方与后方均会形成一个很高很宽的滞缓而紊乱的气流区域,应该避免将风机装在这个区域内。

如需在障碍物附近安装风机,在条件许可的情况下应尽可能地远离障碍物,以充分利用风能,离障碍物的极距离要求。

六、地基施工指导the gｒound ｃonstｒuｃtion ｉnsｔrucｔ
1、场地中央挖掘长5００mm×宽500mｍ×深50０mｍ方坑。

1、Ｉn tｈe ceｎtｒａl of thｅ locatｉoｎ dig a ｌeｎgtｈ of 500mm×ｗide ｏf 50０mm×ｄeep of 500mm side piｔ.
2、以此为中心在相距５000mm的A、B、Ｃ、D 四处挖500×５00方坑，Ａ―C与B―Ｄ对角连线垂直相交于方坑中心。

2、Ｔake thiｓ as the center， dｉg a ｓite ｐｉｔｄiｓtanceｄ 5０0０mm in ｔhe fｏur parts ｏf A、B、Ｃ、D， , A-C ａnd the Ｂ-D opｐoｓiｔｅ angle seｇment vertica ｌ iｎtｅrsｅcts tｈe centeｒ of tｈe sｉte ｐiｔ．
3、将四根地锚各旋上一个螺母至底部,然后穿过底座旋上另一螺母(螺栓端部露出20mm左右)，在销孔轴线对准B、D坑(或Ａ、C),底板高于地面40-50mm的位置上摆平底座并浇灌混凝土(水泥、沙、石子的比例为1:2:3)，最后调整底座水平。

3、Put a ｎｕt ｒespｅｃtively ｉn four anchors ｔｏ tｈｅ base， theｎ pasｓed throｕgh thｅ fｏunｄatiｏｎ tｏｇet another ｎｕｔ (boｌｔｎoｓｅ tｏ rｅveal ａｂｏut 20mm), aｉms at B， D ｐit in tｈe ｃotteｒｈole sｐｏｏl thｒｅaｄ (ｏr A, C), the ledger ｗall is higｈｅr tｈan groｕnd 40－５0mm ｉn the posｉｔion t ｏlevel tｈe fouｎｄation and tｈe ｃoncｒete (cemｅnｔ, sａｎｄ，ｇravｅl pr ｏportiｏn is 1:２:3）, ｆinal adjｕsｔｍeｎt foundation leｖel.
4、手持拉线地锚顶端,沿方孔外侧边将地锚斜放入坑底，向坑底投放一块石块(约2-５KG）压住地锚，然后浇灌混凝土,再投放石块,再浇灌混凝土，交替运行直至填平方坑,最后地
锚圆环倾向场地中央并与水平面成6０°夹角。

ｌｌfavor ｔｈｅ locatiｏn central commitｔeｅ anｄｈas 60°aｎｇｌｅ wｉth tｈｅhoｒizontal pｌanｅ.
５、手持地锚,向坑内浇注混凝土至顶端圆环处，整个圆环露出地面。

5、Hａnd-hold anchor, pｌacinｇ concrete ｔｏthe pｅak ring pｌａce ｔo tｈｅ pit, thｅ entirｅ rｉng reveals the grounｄ．
6、混凝土的养护期一般为1０0小时，养护期内不要安装风力发电机。

6、Ｔhe concrete ｍaｉntenance time is genｅrally １0０ hoｕrs, in maiｎta ｉｎaｎce time do ｎot install tｈe winｄpower geｎeｒatoｒ.
七、机组安装：insｔalｌthe uniｔ
1、请在无风（风速小于2级)情况下安装风力发电机。

1、Please insｔalｌ the ｗｉｎd pｏｗer ｇenｅraｔor in tｈe ｓituaｔion oｆ no wind or tｈe winｄ speｅｄｉs sｍaｌｌｅｒ thaｎ 2 lｅｖels.
２、把底座调整成水平,在地锚螺栓上放置垫圈，拧紧螺母。

立杆内穿入电缆线，上立杆、下立杆、底座分别插接在一起,倒伏在A坑上(见上图左)。

2、Adjusｔs tｈe ｆｏundatioｎiｎ leｖeｌ, lays aside the gaskeｔ on the pl ａcｅaｎchor bolt，ｓcrews tighｔｔｈe nut. Erｅctｉng ｐolｅ iｎｔerｎal br ｅaks enter the eｌeｃtｒｉc cablｅ linｅ, up erｅcting poｌe, next erecting po ｌe ａnｄｔhe foundation ｐeg ｇraft separaｔely cｏnnｅct toｇｅther lodｇinｇin A piｔ chaｒt（seｅpｉcｔure ａboｖe leｆt）.
3、从立杆顶部自上而下穿入拉线环至突台部，将钢丝绳自拉线环底向上绕立杆一圈再向下穿出(见上图右)，调整钢丝绳长度，并用绳卡锁紧。

旋松紧线器,拉起立杆，然后调整紧线器,使立杆垂直。

（注意:拉线不得直接拴在拉线环上，以防造成倒机事故）
3、Peneｔrateｓｆｒom the top ｄownwａrd fｒom the erectｉng pole ｃｒｏwn ｐullｓthe loｏp of ｗirｅｔo sｕddeｎlｙtop ｐarｔ，ｐuｌｌｓthe ｓｔeel ｗire the ｌoｏp ｏf wirｅｂoｔtom ｔo ciｒcｌe the erectiｎg ｐｏｌe ｄｏwnwar ｄ to put ｏn ａgain upｗaｒdly charｔ riｇht（ｓee piｃtｕｒｅ abovｅ right), adjus ｔ steel ｗirｅ lｅnｇth, and locks with the line ancｈor． Lｏｏsｅ wiｒｅｄraw tong ｓ, pullinｇ uｐ tｈｅｅrecting pole, tｈen aｄjust ｗｉre draw tongs，ｍake ｔhe eｒectiｎg ｐoｌe to be veｒtical.(Attention: Tｈｅ back gｕy does not haｖe to tie up dirｅctlｙ in ｐulls on the loop oｆ wire, in ordｅr tｏ aｖｏid accｉdeｎt) ４、将高度１米的支架置于A坑附近,适量旋长(约50mm)B、D两坑的紧线器,将立杆缓缓放倒，在钢丝绳的挂环处用支架顶住立杆。

4、Put a ｈeiｇht of １ meter suppoｒt in nｅａrbｙｔhe Ａ pit, ｌaｔhe wires draw tongs loｎg amount of Ｂ, D ｔwｏpiｔ (ａｐｐroximately 5０mm), ｔake down ｔhe eｒｅctｉng poｌe slowly, tｈeｎ hａｎg the ｌｉnk plaｃe in the ｓteeｌ wir ｅ tｏｗithstａｎd ｔhe ｅrecting pｏle wｉth the supporｔ.
5、安装风力发电机:Inｓtalｌtｈｅwｉｎd ｐower genｅｒator
A)把风力发电机立轴插接(或法兰对接)在立杆上,然后旋紧固定螺栓。

A) Put wind pｏwｅｒgeneratoｒvertiｃal shaft pｅg gｒafｔiｎg （ｏｒ flａn ｇe docking） oｎthe ｅrecting poｌe, thｅn tiｇhtｅns tｈe sｅｔ bolt．Ｂ)尾杆与尾舵板连接,尾杆首端置入发电机回转体尾部,插入销轴,旋紧螺母。

B）Ｔhe cａuｄal stｙｌe and thｅ taiｌｒuｄdｅｒ plate cｏnｎectｉｏn, t ｈe caudal style fiｒst ｅnd sets at intｏthe gｅｎeratｏr solid ｏｆrevoｌuｔioｎrｅar pａｒｔ, inｓert the ａxｉs, ｔｉgｈtｅns the nut.
C)组装叶片轮毂，叶片凹面迎风，凸面对电机，不得装反，装好叶片总成置入电机轴,放置垫圈,旋紧电机轴螺母。

转动风轮,检查电机轴、轮毂正常，然后安装导流罩。

C）Ｔhe assemblｙ leaf blaｄｅｗheel hub，ｔｈe leaf blade ｃoncaｖe against tｈｅ wind，ｔhe convex tｏｔｈe electrｉｃaｌｍachｉｎeｒy， does nｏt hａve to install instead，ｉｎstalls the leaf blade unｉt ｔo sｅｔ at ｉnto the eleｃtri ｃitｙenｇine sｈafｔ， lays asｉｄe the gasｋet, tigｈteｎｓ the elｅｃtriｃａl ｍachineｒy spｉndｌe nut. Rotatｅs thｅ wind ｗｈeel，the ｉnsｐectioｎｅl ｅctricｉｔｙｅｎgine shaft, the wheel hub is normal, ｔhｅn iｎstalｌs tｈe condu ｃtiｏｎｃurｒｅnt cｏｖｅｒ．
Ｄ)电气箱的红色接线柱与电池的“＋”极连接,黑色接线柱与电池的“一”极连接。

切勿接错。

（注意：电池电压要和逆变器、发电机的电压相吻合；极柱连接要牢固;为防止电池极柱腐蚀，可涂上一层油脂或凡士林。

)
D)Ｔｈe eｌectｒicｉty gas tank of reｄwiring coｌｕmn and ｔhｅ batｔｅｒy “+” conｎｅctｉon，ｔhe blａck wiriｎg coｌumn and ｔｈe battｅrｙ“--”cｏnnecｔion. Mａke ｓｕre not connect ｗrｏng. （Ａｔteｎtｉｏn: Thｅｂaｔtery voltagｅｍust match wiｔh the ｉnverｔer, the generator vｏltagｅ; Tｈｅ termｉna ｌ pｏst connection mｕst be reliabｌe； Iｎorder to preveｎｔ the battery ter ｍiｎal ｐost ｃorrｏdes, ｃan spread ａ fat or tｈe petｒｏｌeum ｊｅlｌy．)
E)风机安装完毕,全面检查各部位连接安全无误,拉起风机。

（立风机前可将电机三根输出线短路连接)

八、注意事项: attentｉon mattｅrｓ
1、如发现电机工作不正常，抖动,或有异常声音,应停机检查。

１、Ｉf ｄｉｓｃover electriｃal machinery woｒkinｇ normal, viｂratiｏn, or ｈas the uｎuｓual sound, should shutdown thｅmａｃｈinｅａnd ｃｈeｃk.
２、风机高速旋转时,风轮旋转平面方向，不要站人和进行其它工作,以防叶片飞出伤人。

2、Wheｎａir bloweｒｗith hiｇｈsｐeed revolving，ｔhe wｉnd ｗheel ｒe ｖoｌvｉnｇｐlanｅｄirectioｎ，do not stand ｔhe ｈｕｍan ａnｄdo oｔhｅr ｗork, ｇuaｒds ａgaiｎst the lｅaf ｂlａde ｔｏｄepａrt oｆfends sｏmebody．３、电池要保持干燥清洁，电池组上面不要放置金属物品,防止造成电池短路。

３、Ｔhe baｔｔeｒy ｍust maiｎｔain dryly clean, above thｅ bａtｔery ｄo not ｌay asｉde tｈe mｅｔal gｏodｓ, preventｅd creａtｅs tｈe ｂatｔｅry shｏrt c ｉrcuiｔ.
4、电气箱负极搭铁和单配的逆变器不要放置在一起,以免短路。

逆变电源使用按逆变电源说明书操作。

4、Ｔhｅelｅｃｔricｉtｙ gaｓ tａnk cathodｅ gｒｏuｎd coｎnectｉon and onl ｙ mａtcｈｅs the invertｅｒ do not lay ａｓide togeｔheｒ，ｉn order to ａvoid ｓhorｔ-cirｃuitｓ. The iｎｖerteｒ pｏweｒ usiｎg acｃording to ｉnｖerter pｏｗer ｉnstｒuｃtion bｏoklet opｅｒatiｏn.
5、拉线的紧线器遇大风后会自动松动，调整后可用铁丝锁住，每次大风过后,检查拉线是否松动,如有松动及时排除。

(上立杆必须垂直）

九、日常维护rｏutｉne maintenaｎce
RPＳ系列风机的可靠性非常高,无需定期维护保养。

但是对于一风机一塔架一输出电路这一整体系统,还是需适时的进行检查与维护，以保证系统正常运转。

１、检查塔架的拉索有否松动并及时予以张紧。

在塔架竖装的最初三个月中，应多次进行此项检查；经历大风后也应进行此项检查。

在运行过程中如果因负载原因造成逆变器关机,解除问题负载后可再次启动逆变器。

在面板上有一排（７个）垂直的LＥD指示灯,其中标有２0%、4０%、80％、１00％、表
示大概的电池电量状态,您可以根据它们合理用电。

Ｒuｎning灯是发电机工作状态，闪烁时表示发电机在正常工作,常亮表示电瓶充满，分流控制启动，不亮说明发电机停止工作。

Protectiｏｎ是逆变器保护指示,长亮时说明发生故障，需要专业人员维修。

Baｔtery为电池状态指示，常亮表示电池电压正常,慢闪烁并告警表示欠压提醒，但逆变仍有输出；快闪烁并告警表示欠压保护,逆变输出被关闭。

本机为一体机，连线少,只需要把电瓶线(红色线为正极,黑色线为负极)对应连接;发电机的三根输出线与逆变器后面的发电机接线座连接即可。

系统的工作由本控制器自动管理,无须人工干预。
