Reflection on Pride and Prejudice

So many thinkings poured into my brain after i saw this film .lam not simply touched by the impressive plots,the value of love at that time leaves me a lasting impression.

The following three aspects are what i thought.

To begin with, it's only love that can maintain a marriage.It can't be determined by money, position or background.For money Mrs.Bennet was so eager to marry her five daughters .As we know ,money doesn't mean everything.Marriage is bound to be built on the common interests.For the possession of a stable life ,Charlotte Lucas married Mr. Collins .as is known to all,they are not happy after they get married.Charlotte Lucas adopted a most efficient way to maintain love.she paid no attention to her husband no matter what he did, and turned a deaf ear to what he said.In my opinion, The essential reason was the low social position of the women at that time.so the cruel time don't allow them to marry for love even they want a true love.

What's more, it’s stupid to judge a person by the first impression and always have prejudice on the person who you don’t like.and pride sometimes will make you far away from the people. From the book, we can see, because Darcy’s proud, he offended the girl he loved, and because of the prejudice, Elizabeth was failed to see the merits of Darcy,

but fortunately, they didn’t miss each other finally. Their love was romantic and also realistic.

Besides,we should stick to our own thoughts.We can't judge a person by other people’s words.Just like Elizabeth,under Wickham’s evil speaking she judge Darcy was a pround man and began to have prejudice against him,and kept misunderstanding him.The other example is that as is known to all,Mr.Binely fall in love with Jane deeply.but under Darcy's words that June didn’t like him at least no more deeper than him,Mr.Binely persuadeed himself run away from falling in love with june .this hurted two loved heart.They even almost missed each other.In all we should judge a person through a correct attitude.

At last,in my opinion,misunderstanding can make lovers know each other better and fall in love with each other.Experienceing countless obstacles on the way to the marriage ,Darcy and Elizabeth will cherish their time more when they are together.To my thought,this is the meaning of true love.
