首先，在活动举行的一个月前与英语系例如0801班联系，讨论相关事项。

十、意外事故处理
1、如果活动时间与上课或其他事物冲突，则活动提前，或是取消。
2、若是活动当天天气不好，本班学生f负责雨具的整理摆放工作。
3、提前调试好音响、麦克风等器具，保证其能正常使用。
如果音响或是相关圣诞节活动策划书工具出现问题，及时联系相关部门或是拿出准备的备用器具。
4、发现本班同学或是与外班同学出现矛盾冲突，负责突发状况的同学m及时调解。
如果涉及到活动的进行，同学

5、如果活动举行过程中，有同学出现身体不适，同学m负责安排其休息或是提前离场。
十一、活动资金预算
1、购买活动小吃软工班预定出资两百元。
2、购买活动道具及活动涉及到的奖品软工班预定一百元。
音响软工班提供。
3、购买装扮会场软工班预定出资五十元。

备注：英语系出资数额由该班人数及协商后定。

通过此次活动，让同学们体验到别样的新年节日，对西方的文化进一步了解，增加同学们学习英语的热情。

九．晚会准备
组织人员对活动需要的器材进行外借或者购买，对活动所需要的硬件设施进行充分的准备，保证活动的顺利进行。
十．晚会流程
1.开场（由班级两位同学扮成圣诞老人分发礼物给大家拉开晚会的序幕。
主持人宣布晚会正式开始并致开场白，并有请辅导员老师致辞）
2.节目（有音乐剧.舞蹈.歌曲小品等.中场还穿插互动游戏.）
3.落幕（最后请以互送平安夜苹果的方式宣告晚会即将落下帷幕.最后全体人员上场.参加最后的颁奖典礼）十一.晚会收尾工作（打扫现场）
