备课做到三定（定时间、定内容、定中央发言人）。
四统一（学方针的、统一重点、统一功课内容、学进度）。
小我备课主要以各年级备课组为单位，由各个备课组长负责，每周二第八节课为小我备课时间。
每次备课由1名教师选定一个单元并主讲，明确本单元教学内容的重点、难点、疑点，基本题，参考教法等。
