物料编码管理规范
文件修订记录修订日期 修订内容明细 修订原因 页码 版次 修订人 审核人批准:日期:审核:日期: 编制:日期:为增强物料资料的正确性,物料的领发、验收、请购、跟催、盘点、储存、记录等一切物料之活动均有物料编码可以查核,物料数据更加正确。
物料编码利于物料库存量的控制,同时利于呆料的防止,并提高物料管理工作的效率,因此可减轻资金的积压,降低成本。
因此制订本规范进行管理。
合用于本公司所有的生产工艺材料及辅助材料。
3.1 研发部对所有材料进行统一编号管理。
3.2 采购对供应商进行管理,各部门对于新产品料号,进行通知研发部进行编号管理。
3.3 相关部门对于文件中的料号进行监督。

超详细村田电感产品知识详解一、村田电感的分类二、村田电感产品阵容村田电感的品名表示法村田电感我们统称为是贴片电感,其主要含义是根据村田电感的形状及使用方法而来。
首先是因为它的样子是片状的,另外通常我们使用时是用焊接贴板的形式把电感焊贴在线路板上,所以我们称这种电感为贴片电感。
根据村田电感品名表示法如下:片状线圈:LQ H 32 M N 331 K 2 3 LLQ——表示型号:表示片状线圈。
H——表示结构:G—多层型(空气芯线);H—绕线型(铁氧体磁芯);M—绕线型(空气芯线);P—薄膜型;W—绕线型(空气芯线)。
32——表示尺寸:在尺寸上分为0402,0603,0805,0806,1008,1212,1206,1210,1812,1515,2020,2220,2525;分别对应1.0*0.5mm,1.6*0.8mm,2.0*1.25mm,2.0*1.6mm,2.5*2.0mm,3.0*3.0mm,3.2*1.6mm,3.2*2.5mm,4.5*3.2mm,4.0*4.0mm,5.0*5.0mm,5.7*5.0mm,6.3*6.3mm。

如果有十进制小数点,由大写字母“R”表示。

一种尺寸代码是由4位数字表示的EIA(美国电子工业协会)代码,前两位与后两位分别表示电阻的长与宽,以英寸为单位。
我们常说的0603封装就是指英制代码。
另一种是米制代码,也由4位数字表示,其单位为毫米。

贴片元件的识别方法
方法三、色环表示法这是圆柱形贴片电容常用表示方法。其中前二环表示
电容量前两位有效数字,第三环表示乘10的几次方,第四环表示误差(前四环 表示法与色环电阻基本相同)第五环则表示温度系数,和色环电阻的读法及颜 色代表的数字也一样。 例如:某电容器五环颜色分别为:红、红、橙、金、银,则表示该电容容 量为22×10的3次访=22000p(22n)±5%,温度系数为+30×10的-6次方pF/ ℃
贴片集成电路分为SOP、QFP等几种封装形式。SOP封装其实是双列直插式 封装电路的变形,QFP方形扁平封装集成电路引线较多。集成电路引脚识别 的方法是从有标记圆点处认起。正对圆点的为①脚,其他各引脚面对器件型 号标印面,逆时钟方向依次计数

方法二、颜色和一个字母表示法这种方法是用电容上标一种颜色加一个字
母的组合来表示电容量。其字母的含义仍见表4,其颜色则表示在字母代表 的容量后面再添加“0”的个数,单位为“pF”,详见表6。例如:红色后面还 印有“Y”字母,则表示电容量为8.2×100=8.2pF,黑色后面带印有“H” 字母,则表示电容量为2.0×10的1次方=20pF,白色后面加印有“N”字母, 则表示该电容数值为3.3×10的3次访=3300pF。
六、贴片三极管
贴片三极管均为片装,有矩形和圆形两种,外形及引脚位置见图4。其型号 标记(代码)也是由字母或字母与数字组合而成。最多不超过4位。少数某一 代码,不同厂家用来可能代表不同型号,也可能代表不同器件。
七、贴片集成电路
•a、方形扁平封坟(QFP) QFP是适应IC内容增多、I/O数量增多而出现封装形式,由日本队人首先 发明,目前已被广泛使用,并由日本工业协会EIAJ-IC-74-4制定出相关标准。 而美国开发的QFP器件封装,则在四周各一出的角,起到对器件端子的防护作 用,一般外形比端子长3mil。QEP常见封装为门阵列的ASIC器件。
