１PURPOSE

目的

To establish the procedure to provide effective activities reduce the lose

of the

property and prevent employee being injured in case of emergency

situation.

当紧急情况发生时，在施工现场实施有效的措施，减少人员的伤亡和财产的损失，特

制定本程序。

2 SCOPE

范围

This procedure is applied for all personnel in PC project construction

site.

本程序适用于PC 项目的施工现场的所有人员。

3 PROCEDURE

程序

Emergency procedures have been established to identify and control

prescribed

activities in the following circumstances: 已制定好了应急预案，为以下情况发

生时识

别并控制好局面：

Site evacuation现场疏散

Serious injury重伤

Fire火灾

Natural disaster (earthquake/typhoon/heavy rain) 自然灾害（地震、台

风、暴雨等）

其它灾害的预防与反应

Contractor shall identify a contact person who can be reached

around clock

to responsible and coordinate in case of emergency.

承包商必须指定一名始终能够联系到的联络人，负责紧急情况下的协

调指挥。

The contractor should set up a emergency response board at

the work site

. The responsible person and outside contact agency.

承包商在施工现场必须设立应急联络布告牌，明确责任人和外部联系

机构.

All personnel responsible for carrying out prescribed

activities in

emergency procedures must familiarize themselves with their duties

and carry them out in an efficient manner.

所有负责完成应急程序中规定的行为的人员，必须熟悉自身职责并

高效地完

成任务。

Any changes in their personal contact telephone number or address

etc. must be immediately notified to the project manager and safety

personnel.

若有任何人员联系电话或地址等发生变化，一定要立即通知项目经理和项目

安全人员。

In case of emergencies, the BPS Site Manager is responsible for

all-

overall decisions and tasks "on behalf of the BISC".

发生紧急情况时，BPS基地经理“代表公司”负责整体决策和任务部署

A mobile phone will be rotated to each site manager on duty

according to the personnel list, the phone number is

一部手机将在基地值班经理手中轮流使用，它的固定号码是 The Control room of PIC is the BISC Emergency Response Center.

目前，以PIC的控制室作为拜耳漕泾一体化基地的应急中心。

The Emergency Response Center （PIC control room） has to be fully continuously occupied by at least one person.

应急中心(PIC控制室)有至少一人全天候连续值班。

Site evacuation现场疏散

General Alarm & Muster point 一般警报&紧急集合点

In the event of a Major Incident on live plant an alarm will be

sounded.

当BPS工厂生较大事件时，会发警报。

警报声音区域和类型

1嗡－嗡－嗡工厂内部

2嘘－嘘－嘘工厂外部

On hearing an alarm, ALL non essential personnel in

the construction

area should take the following actions.

听到警报，该施工区内所有非关键人员应采取以下行动:

Shut down all mobile plant/power/energized device.关闭一切机动设备/

动力/电力装置。

Move to the Muster Point. Muster point locates at gate #2 /muster point

locates at gate #3 . Take into account any advise from suitable site

personnel.

向紧急集合点前进。集合点1 位于＃2门附近，集合点2位于＃3 门附

近。集合时重视从合适的现场人员得到的任何建议。

If you are driving a vehicle, you should park it, switch it off, leave the

keys in the ignition, then move on foot to the Muster Point. when you

arrive the muster point ,the contractor project manager should account

the people immediately then report the result to BTS project manager.

BTSS project manager should report to BTS general manager.

如果你当时在驾车，熄火，把钥匙留在打火处，然后步行至集合点。到

达集合点后，承包商的项目经理负责清点本公司内员工的人数。清点完

人数后立即向BTS S的各项目经理汇报清点情况。各项目经理向BTSS

的总经理汇报情况。

So long as it is safe you should remain at the Muster Point until advised

to move elsewhere by a person in authority, or given the all clear.

只要安全，你应该停留在集合点，直到项目经理建议你去别的地方，或

假设所有人都散了。
