关于锂电池或含电池的产品的运单说明
AWB explanation for lithium battery or products containing LB
2009年1月14日前可以使用2008年的鉴定书，但是对于锂电池或含锂电池的产品，厂家和代理应随附2009年新版保函（具体见附件），同时运单等文件的说明以2009年为准。

Non-DG certificate issued in 2008 can be used till 14 Jan 2008, but for lithium battery or products containing LB, manufacturer and agent must provide 2009 new version of written pledge (see Shipper’s Declaration attached) and explanation for AWB etc should meet the following requirements.

¾包装件内含锂电池芯或锂电池
the package contains lithium ion cells or batteries,
¾一旦包装件破损会存在易燃的危险性，必须小心操作
the package must be handled with care and that a flammability hazard exists if the package is damaged,
¾包装件如发生破损需采取特殊程序，包括检查和重新包装
special procedures should be followed in the event the package is damaged, to
include inspection and repacking if necessary,
