PC is synthesized in the liver and is required for lipoprotein assembly and secretion. Centrifuge at 13,000 ×g for 10 minutes at 4 °C to remove insoluble material.Serum samples may be assayed directly.Bring samples to a final volume of50 µL with PC Assay Buffer.For unknown samples, it is suggested to test several sample dilutions to ensure the readings are within the linear range of the standard curve.Choline present in the sample can generate background. To control for choline background, include a blank sample for each sample by omitting the PC Hydrolysis Enzyme in the Reaction Mix. Assay Reaction1.Set up the Master Reaction Mixes according to thescheme in Table 1. 50 µL of the appropriate Master Reaction Mix is required for each reaction (well). For fluorometric assays, measure fluorescence intensity (λex= 535/λem= 587 nm).3 ResultsCalculationsThe background for the assays is the value obtained for the 0 (blank) PC Standard. Correct for the background by subtracting the 0 (blank) value from all readings. Background values can be significant and must be subtracted from all readings. 全体兄弟、姐妹、朋友们,大家好!首先让我们祝贺自己的狼王养兔联盟顺利开始,大家也有幸一起牵手起来,共同打造一个品牌,创造属于自己的财富。

我们相信自己能够做好,联盟一定可以成功,为自己带来可观的收益。

当然这需要我们的努力和奋斗!我想很多联盟兔场的负责人都有些模糊,有些疑惑。

不知道加盟了联盟兔场能为自己带来什么好处,也不知道联盟兔场将如何给自己带来效益,不知道加盟兔场要做些什么事情有什么义务。

在下面我想就这些问题,给大家详细分析。

第一、养兔行业的商机凸显并且巨大:正如我在联盟成立的背景中所说的,当前这个养兔行业极其混乱。

很多的兔业公司和老养兔人都在忽悠新养殖户,在引种这块尤其黑暗。

用普通得不能再普通的商品兔子充当良好的种苗高价出售给新手们。

牟取了极大的利润。

而且我们很多的联盟兔场在刚刚开始时候也是有被忽悠的经历。

毫无疑问的是养兔行业引种这方面有着极大的商机,利润巨大。

而且每个地方每年都会有很多需要进入养兔行业的人,他们需要数量很大的种兔,连同笼具设备、饲料、药品。

还有的是技术服务、指导。

他们现在进入这个行业是小心翼翼、胆颤心惊,总是担心被无良的养兔企业蒙骗,买到高价低质的兔子,假药、设计不合理的笼子等等。

正因为有着巨大的利益诱惑和大多新手对养兔行业的不了解,于是各个地方都是出现了很多高价倒种,坑蒙新手的兔业公司。

他们上骗国家财政,下骗普通养兔人。

得到了巨大的利益。

行业虽然黑暗,但是商机巨大。

那些骗子公司可以获得巨大的利益,同样的我们为什么不可以呢?军事学上有一个经典的谋略是反其道而行之,今天运用到我们养兔行业同样可以行得通。

当他们都是在靠欺骗手段获得利益的时候,我们可以用绝对的信誉,良好的质量,合理的价格去获得。

把他们的生意抢夺过来。

或者分一部分来。

不管怎么说,首先我们要明白的是养兔行业的商机巨大。

这里说的商机不是说靠养殖的出售,是特别指出售种兔、设备、药品、饲料。

技术服务、兔肉销售等等。

第二、抓住商机、正确的理解商机和我们要做的事情。

上面说到了养兔行业的商机巨大,是说出售种兔、饲料、笼具、药物、技术服务、兔肉销售那些方面。

这是时候也许有人要说了,那我们不是等于炒种了么。

也和他们那些兔业骗子一样了么。

或者很多的养兔人会说我们的养兔联盟是专门炒种的组织。

在现在的养兔行业,因为名声早已臭坏,被那些无良奸商破坏了。

所以大家一提到卖种兔,卖设备就是厌恶、恶心、就认为是不应该,好像是骗子才做的行为。

但是事实是那么的吗,完全不是。

很简单的,任何一个新手进入养兔行业都是需要引种的、需要购买设备的、需要技术学习的。

这是行业很合理、正确的市场需求。

谁都可以去做。

只要有实力去做。

如果我们这些存有良知的养兔人不去做不去抓住机遇,那么这个商机就会被那些无良的兔业骗子公司做去。

他们用高价倒卖低劣的兔子给养殖户、出售高价低劣的笼子、甚至假药。

或者是骗取设备货款不发货。

这是因为他们的所作所为,使得这个行业的正确需求交易变味了。

就好比以前的人们一说到发廊就联想到色情场所、一提到小姐就以为是妓女一样。

所以我们的养兔行业也变成了一提到卖种兔就以为是炒种一样。

这其实是很不应该的。

如果我们用真诚的服务、合理的价格、可靠的质量去为新养殖户提供种兔,设备、药品、饲料等等,我们就可以合情合理合法的挣取合适的利润。

获得我们和养殖户、行业的三赢。

我们不是靠骗来获得利益。

记得在国内某著名养兔论坛,有人说了那么一段话什么山寨专家啦-鱼汛之类的;养兔老师啦:狼王这些,都是利用东兔论坛这个平台使劲的炒作自己,然后寻求自己的经济利益-办养兔论坛,卖药,卖兔饲料,卖养兔设备,卖养兔书,办培训班收学费,卖种兔等等。

在这里我想举一个具体的卖种例子给大家:今年的4月3号,我以85一只5.7斤的价格、65一只4斤的价格给广东惠州博罗县的养殖户殷锡杰(联盟论坛注册名字是惠州老弟)提供了50只种兔。

他是正月十七的时候先来我家看过兔子了。

65一只4斤的兔子。

先说价格方面,我当地的肉兔批发价格是10一斤,我出售给周边村民喜宴用兔是12一斤零售。

4斤重的普通肉兔是批发40到45之间(吃饱才出售的)零售的话是50一只左右。

但是经过我断奶开始挑选培养出来兔子我才卖65一只。

就是一只兔子是挣了15的利润吧。

这个价格对我来说很合适。

把好兔子卖了好的价格。

对引种的殷锡杰老弟来说,才多花费了15块就得到了质量很好信誉可靠的兔子。

他也很喜欢。

是双赢的局面。

这时有人会说了,谁知道你的兔子是好还是坏。

呵呵,这其中出现的小插曲可以用绝对的事实征服任何人包括引种户。

当时我们说好是要4月1、2号来取兔子的。

我也没有收取任何定金。

在3月27号时候,殷锡杰兄弟给我来电话,说请求老哥把取兔子的时间推迟20天到4月20号。

那时候可以增加价格给我。

我很奇怪,追问之下才知道他家里出了点事情,钱不够买兔子。

需要等4月20号发工资了才有钱过来。

我当时问他缺多少,他说最多才1500给我。

我考虑了下,说不要推迟,你直接过来拿兔子。

钱不够就先欠着。

等20号发了工资再给我。

当时殷老弟都不敢相信,他给我保证等20号工资一发就给我汇款。

就那么的,我给殷兄弟提供了塑料笼子(帮忙购买的运输笼)、饲料60斤、兔子共计4400元。

但是我只收取了1300元。

剩余的都先欠着。

种兔经过8个小时运输回家以后,无一例出现意外伤亡。

应激都不会。

每个兔子精心挑选培养。

5.7斤重的已经可以直接配种的,现在已经产了10窝。

产子数比我家的还高。

每窝在9个以上(这和配种有关系)。

4月23号殷兄弟给我汇了1500,剩余的1600等5月20号再汇。

我想说的是,朋友们,如果我不是对自己的质量完全放心,绝对可靠。

我能那么的做么?如果出现运输死亡厉害、回家一看兔子都不行。

呵呵,我还想要那剩余的钱么?在他预定种兔时候我没有收取定金,兔子引回去了两月才能给我汇清钱数。

我甚至连他家住哪里都不知道。

朋友们,这样的种兔质量和服务,是炒种行为么?有哪个供种兔场敢和我一样的做。

钱都不要付就可以引种走。

在今天在这里,我需要用自己的实际例子来反驳,并解释我们以后的养兔联盟要如何去提供种兔给别人。

当然不是说都要不给钱就拿兔子走。

只是想说明的是我们给对方提供良好的兔子,合理的价格。

优质的服务,我们就是可以理直气壮的对任何人任何场合宣布卖种、销售设备、饲料都可以。

我们卖了种苗给别人,人家还要谢谢我们给他提供了那么好的兔子,价格优惠服务周到,还会为我们宣传:这个兔场不错!可信!第三、如何去抓住商机,分得蛋糕,发展自己!在上面我们已经知道了行业存在的极大商机,而且也理解了我们要做的事情。

那么我们该如何去抓住商机,使得我们得到确实的利益和发展呢?在家等是等不来机会的。

机会总是留给有准备的人!现在让我们来看看现在的某些兔业骗子们是如何利用商机、实现收益的。

首先在兔场他们会给自己起个很好听的名字,组成公司或者合作社的名誉。

他们会搞得象那么回事情。

会议室、培训室、经理办公室、药品室、仓库等等。

铝合金制作的精美招牌着实的吸引人,各种政府颁发的奖章称号一应俱全。

厂房数量一栋栋排开。

看起来养殖规模极大。

然后呢,很多还有自己的网站,在网络上花费大量的钱进行大势宣传。

依托于电视媒体网络进行不断的广告。

对于养兔新手来说呢,他们不了解啊。

有一部分人呢就是看了电视或者路边的广告牌,被吸引去了。

而大多数年轻人想进入养兔行业的时候呢,他们会上网去查些资料。

于是他们就被那铺天盖地广告吸引住了。

于是在还对兔业一无所知的情况下,被忽悠上当。

从某些兔业骗子的行为和手段中,我们可以看到他们是利用资金优势、扩充规模、做媒体广告宣传、利用很好的门面工作来吸引诱惑新养殖户。

当然这也是有风险的,不是每个兔业骗子那么的做都可以成功。

但是获得利益是极大的。

再回来看我们自己每个兔场,我们大部分人是没有太多资金的。

十几数十万以上的投资都拿不出来,更别说去投资大型兔业公司,上挣取财政补贴,下坑新手朋友。

而且我们也不会那么的做蒙骗新手朋友们,我们都是老实本分的养兔人。

换句话说,即使我们当中的某些人也想那么的去弄,但是投资了还不一定能行骗成功!我们痛恨这些黑幕,但是我们无力改变。

在这之前我们除了呐喊一声以外别无行动。

我们试想,假使有一种方法可以使得我们自己的名声在外,为当地的朋友所知道熟悉、并且信任自己。

而且又不要花费什么资金的。

那不是很好么?即使每年没有获利那么高,但是也是能很好的壮大自己。

而且没有任何风险。

无需投入资金。

就能获得可观的回报。

这是很好的事情啊。

在现在之前想起来,每个人都会说你一定疯了。

怎么可能做到呢?要让人家知道自己的兔场,就必须做广告,广告就是花费巨大。

这是毫无疑问的!但是通过分析,我们已经知道了要抓住商机,就必须做广告,使得周边地区的大部分想养兔的人都知道自己,从而获得收益。

这是条件。

也是问题的关键所在。

因为我们每个兔场没有那么大的实力、资金、规模去吸引人前来你的兔场。

哪怕自己的兔子再好,不去蒙骗人,价格合理便宜,技术好都没有用,因为新手朋友不会知道你的兔场存在。

即使认识了你,也会疑惑不信任你。

因为骗子的门面工作很好,容易叫他们信任。

所以现在开始,我们有了一种全新的模式,就可以实现每个兔场不需要花费什么钱财就能很好的宣传自己的途径和做法。

百益而无一害!这就是我们正在联合做的狼王养兔联盟!通过这个组织、通过我们的努力就能实现这个目标!实现参与分享兔业这块大蛋糕的目的!第四、为什么要组建狼王养兔联盟?我们都知道了每个兔场要分得这块蛋糕,就必须宣传自己。

让人们知道自己的兔场。

但是这需要极大的投资。

还不一定能成功!我们每个人不可能都建立自己的网页,都花费很多钱去搞宣传。

没有资金也没有必要。

单独的力量总是有限的,团队的力量是巨大的。

如果我们联合起来做一件事情呢?那会是什么概念?答案是不需要解说的。

这也就是我们为什么要组织成狼王养兔联盟的目的。

我们需要全国各地的养兔人一起携手,并肩作战,一同奋斗!我们无需要数十个个人养兔网,只需要有一个共同的网站,属于我们每个人自己。

我们共同的去做一件事情,打造我们在养兔行业的响亮品牌。

举个现实的例子:比如我们的狼王养兔联盟在大家的共同宣传和努力下,出名了。

大家都知道了。

网站的点击率位居行业网站的前列时候,我们就实现了每个加盟兔场的宣传效果。

收益就自然的会来。

很多的加盟兔场也许不了解,联盟的出名和信誉对自己有什么宣传效果,有什么立竿见影的宣传意义。

在这里我想先用餐饮行业的连锁企业肯德基来举例,有了实在的例子会比较好对比。

我们都知道肯德基是全球餐饮的巨头之一。

品牌很大。

知名度很高。

我们大家在城市里头如果想去吃饭时候或者请朋友吃好一点的东西,都会习惯的说:“走去肯德基。

”或者你去任何一个城市,你都不知道肯德基在哪里。

但是这并不妨碍我们吃肯德基。

因为我们知道肯德基、麦当劳这类的店一定是在城市最繁华的地段,而且每个地级市都会有。
