The best way to overcome it——so at least it seems to me——is to make your interests gradually wider and more impersonal, until bit by bit the walls of the ego recede, and your life becomes increasingly merged in the universal life. An individual human existence should be like a river——small at first, narrowly contained within its banks, and rushing passionately past rocks and over waterfalls. Gradually the river grows wider, the banks recede, the waters flow more quietly, and in the end, without any visible break, they become merged in the sea, and painlessly lose their individual being. The man, who, in old age, can see his life in this way, will not suffer from the fear of death, since the things he cares for will continue. And if, with the decay of vitality, weariness increases, the thought of rest will not be unwelcome. Though he spared no effort to find a kinship among people all over the world in virtual world ,he can’t regain the heart of his honey girl in reality. Just as the scene at the end of the film: He hesitantly applies for being a friend with her and refreshes the webpage of Facebook about Erica again and again and again...He has lost what he really wants——the real love.It has to be mentioned that Mr. Jobs has something in common with Mark.They both are extremely confident and pretty cool.Their “masterpieces”also can be considered as one and the only one so that all people are crazy aboutits magic powers. Mr.Jobs usually wore a black long-sleeved mock turtleneck and Levi’s blue jeans and New Balance sneakers ,which is just for its daily convenience.There is no doubt that his strength, integrity, and passions on life have made us all better people. That’s totally ironic.Nevertheless, we distinctly know the truth that he lavished love on little Gindy.You know,the horse ,the hen ,casually walking and his last promise...That’s why Mrs.Pamela was so missing him later on that she could’t tolerate any changes on Mr.Banks in her memory.
