He looked through the doorway with his ears lifted high and his tail wagging as fastas it could. He smiled a great smile, and was answered with 1000 great smiles just as warm and firendly. As he left the House, he thought to himself, “This is a wonderful place. I will come back and visit it often.”In this same village, another little dog, who was not quite as happy as the first one, decided to visit the house. He slowly climbed the stairs and hung his head low as he looked into the door. When he saw the 1000 unfriendly looking dogs staring back at him, he growled at them and was horrified to see 1000 little dogs growling back at him. As he left, he thought to himself, “That is a horrible place, and I will never go back there again.”All the faces in the world are mirrors. One sunny morning, their mom called them over for an important talk."My dear little ones," she said lovingly, "You are all grown up now. It's time for you to build your own houses and live independently."The three little pigs were both excited and nervous about this new adventure. After giving their mom a big hug goodbye, they set off to make their dreams come true.Pinky, the eldest, decided to start first. "I'm going to build my house out of straw because it's easy and quick," he said confidently.Perky, the middle brother, nodded thoughtfully and said, "Sticks would be a better option for me. They're stronger than straw."Porky, the youngest, had been listening quietly. With a mischievous grin, he announced, "Well, I'm going to build my house out of bricks. That way, it will be strong and sturdy, and last forever!"The other two pigs laughed at Porky's idea. Bricks were expensive and hard to find. Straw and sticks were much easier. Nevertheless, the three brothers parted ways, each determined to build their dream home.A few days later, Pinky had finished his straw house. He was pleased with how quickly it had come together. Just then, a wicked wolf happened to be lurking nearby. He saw the straw house and licked his lips hungrily. The wolf approached the house and knocked on the door. "Little pig, little pig, let me come in," he snarled."No, no, by the hair on my chinny chin chin! I will not let you in!" Pinky shouted back bravely. The wolf growled and said, "Then I'll huff and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house down!"Before Pinky could react, the wolf took a deep breath and blew with all his might. The straw house collapsed instantly, and poor Pinky had to run for his life. Luckily, he made it to Perky's stick house just in time."Oh Perky, the big bad wolf has blown down my house! Please let me stay with you," Pinky pleaded.Perky agreed, and the two little pigs huddled inside, hoping the wolf would go away. But the wicked wolf had followed Pinky's scent trail and soon arrived at the stick house. He knocked fiercely on the door."Little pigs, little pigs, let me come in," he growled menacingly."No, no, not by the hair on our chinny chin chins! We will not let you in!" the brothers shouted defiantly. The wolf threatened, "Then I'll huff and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house down!"He took an even bigger breath and huffed and puffed with all his might. The stick house shook and trembled, and then it collapsed into a heap of sticks. The two terrified little pigs barely escaped and ran as fast as they could to Porky's brick house. When they reached Porky's sturdy brick home, they were out of breath and trembling with fear. "Porky, Porky, please let us in! The big bad wolf has destroyed our houses, and he's after us!" they cried.Porky quickly ushered his brothers inside, and they locked all the doors and windows tightly. A few minutes later, there was a loud knocking at the door."Little pigs, little pigs, let me come in," roared the wicked wolf. The three little pigs shouted back bravely, "No, no, not by the hair on our chinny chin chins! We will not let you in!"The wolf threatened again, "Then I'll huff and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house down!"He took the biggest, deepest breath he could and huffed and puffed with all his might. But no matter how hard he blew, the brick house stood firm and strong. The wolf tried again and again until he was exhausted, but the brick house wouldn't budge. Finally, the frustrated wolf had an idea. He climbed up onto the roof to look for a way in through the chimney. But as he leaned over to peek down the chimney, Porky and his brothershad been boiling a huge pot of water. Without warning, they swooshed the boiling hot water up the chimney, and the wolf tumbled down with a loud yelp! The three little pigs cheered as the wolf landed in the pot of hot water. He immediately jumped out and ran away into the forest, nursing his burnt behind. The brothers had won! From that day on, they lived happily and safely together in the brick house that Porky had built. And the moral of the story is: By working together and making wise choices, you can overcome even the scariest obstacles in life. The three little pigs learned that it's better to take a little extra time to do things the right way from the start. Their brick house protected them because it was built to last.So whenever you face a big bad bully wolf in your life, remember the story of the three little pigs. Stay strong, use your smarts, and stick together with your friends and family. That's the best way to huff and puff and blow your troubles away! The End篇2The Three Little Pigs: A StorybookOnce upon a time, there were three little pigs who were the best of friends. Their names were Percy, Penny, and Porky. One sunny morning, their mom called them over."My dear little piggies," she said. "You are all grown up now. It's time for you to build your own houses and start your own lives."The three little pigs were sad to leave their mom but excited for this new adventure!Percy was the oldest and wisest pig. "I will build my house out of bricks," he declared. "That way, it will be very strong and sturdy."Penny nodded. "That's a great idea, Percy! I'm going to make my house out of wood from the forest."Porky, who was the youngest, laughed. "Wood and bricks sound like way too much work! I'll just make my house out of straw. It'll be super quick and easy."Their mom warned them, "Be careful, Porky. You don't want to be careless. But I wish you all good luck!"And so the three little pigs set off to build their houses. Percy worked very hard, making sure every brick was perfectly in place. It took a long time, but soon his brick house was complete. He was safe and sound inside.Penny's wooden house didn't take quite as long to build. The wood from the forest was sturdy yet lightweight. "This will do just fine," she thought, admiring her work.Lazy Porky just twirled some straw together in a sloppy bundle. Before long, his straw hut was all finished. "There, that should keep me warm at night!" he said with satisfaction. The next day, a wolf started roaming through the woods near the three little pigs' houses. His name was Winston and he hadn't eaten all day. Winston licked his slobbery chops when he smelled the three tasty little pigs. He trotted over to Porky's straw hut first.Winston knocked at the door and disguised his voice to sound friendly. "Little pig, little pig, let me come in!""No, no, by the hair on my chinny chin chin! I won't let you in!" Porky shouted back. The wolf snarled. "Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll BLOW YOUR HOUSE DOWN!"Winston started huffing and puffing with all his might. The straw flew apart instantly and Porky's hut collapsed into a millionpieces. Porky squealed and ran as fast as his little hooves could carry him over to Penny's wooden house."Quick, Penny! Let me in!" he cried. Penny swung the door open and the two little pigs huddled inside, hearts racing.A few minutes later, they heard a knock at the door. "Little pigs, little pigs, let me come in!"Porky and Penny recognized the wolf's growly voice. "No way! We're not letting any old wolf in our house!"Winston huffed and puffed and huffed and puffed. With all the powerful puffs of air hitting the wooden house, it started to splinter and crack. Porky and Penny screamed as pieces of wood went flying everywhere. The house creaked and moaned and then...CRASH! The whole thing caved in.The two terrified little pigs fled through the wreckage towards Percy's brick house as fast as they could, Winston hot on their trail. They reached Percy's house and banged loudly on his front door."Percy, Percy! It's us, your brother and sister! Please let us in right away!"Percy's front door swung open and Porky and Penny rushed safely inside, slamming the door shut just as Winston reachedthe doorstep. All three little pigs caught their breath as Winston pounded angrily on the brick exterior."Little pig, little pig, let me come in!" growled Winston."Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!" the three little pigs sang together in defiance. The wolf huffed and puffed and puffed and huffed, his face turning bright red from exhaustion. But Percy's brick house was as solid as a rock. No matter how hard Winston blew, the house wouldn't budge an inch. Finally, Winston had to give up. His cheeks were billowing out like balloons from all the puffing. The wolf slumped down on the front step, wheezing heavily. The three little pigs shouted and jeered from the windows, sticking out their tongues at the beaten wolf. Percy lectured Winston through the glass."See there, Mr. Wolf? You can huff and puff all you want, but you'll never be able to blow down MY brick house! Why don't you go back to the woods where you belong?"Winston growled in frustration, kicking a loose brickhalf-heartedly. He knew he was defeated. With his tail betweenhis legs, the wolf skulked back off into the forest, never to bother the three little pigs again.Percy, Penny, and Porky cheered and danced around in Percy's brick house, so grateful to be safe and sound. From that day on, they vowed to always be prepared and look out for one another. And thanks to Percy's brick house, they were able to live happily ever after! The End篇3The Three Little Pigs Picture BookOnce upon a time, there were three little pigs who were brothers. Their mom told them, "You're all grown up now. It's time for you to build your own houses and move out on your own." So the three little pigs set off to make their fortunes. The first little pig was very lazy. He didn't want to work hard at all. He saw a bunch of straw lying around and thought, "Perfect! I can make my house out of this straw. It will be super quick and easy." So the first little pig built his house entirely out of straw. When he finished, he felt proud of his hard work...which really wasn't much work at all.The second little pig wasn't quite as lazy as his brother, but he still wanted to do the minimum amount of work possible. He found a bunch of sticks lying around and thought, "Okay, building with sticks will be a bit harder than straw, but still pretty easy." So the second little pig built his house out of sticks. It took a little more effort than the first pig's house, but he finished it in pretty good time. The third little pig knew that to have a solid house that would last, he needed to work really hard. While his brothers took shortcuts, he went to the lumberyard and bought some bricks and cement. Building a brick house was a lot of tough, physical work, but he knew it was the right way to do it. He mixed the cement carefully and laid each brick perfectly. It took him several weeks, but he didn't mind because he knew his house would be strong and safe.A few days after the three pigs finished their houses, a wolf started prowling around looking for something to eat. When he saw the straw house, he licked his lips and rang the doorbell. "Little pig, little pig, let me come in!" he snarled."No way! Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!" replied the first little pig in a scared little voice. The wolf snarled, "Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!" And he took a huge breath and blew at the house as hard as he could. All the straw blew away in an instant, and the little pig had to run for his life to his brother's stick house. The wolf rang the stick house doorbell and growled, "Little pigs, little pigs, let me come in!""No no no! Not by the hair on our chinny chin chins!" cried the two little pigs shakily. So the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the house down, sending sticks flying everywhere. The two little pigs ran to the brick house, shaking in their boots. The wolf was hot on their trail. He pounded on the brick house door and roared, "Little pigs, little pigs, let me in right now or else!"The three little pigs shouted back, "We're not letting you in, not by the hair on our chinny chin chins! Go away wolf, you're so mean!"The wolf was furious. He huffed and puffed and huffed and puffed, blowing as hard as a hurricane. But the brick house stayed completely solid. The wolf was getting exhausted from all his blowing. He thought up an idea and climbed up on the roof. "I'll come down the chimney!" he growled. But as he tried to squeeze down the chimney, he got stuck halfway down. The three little pigs realized what was happening and quickly made a blazing fire in the fireplace. The wolf's butt got hotter and hotter until finally "OWWWWWWW" He went shooting back up the chimney and ran away into the forest, howling and holding his sore rear end.The three little pigs were so relieved and happy to be safe inside their strong brick house. They sang and danced and had a big celebration with all their friends over. No more worrying about nasty old wolves! From that day on, the two lazy little pigs learned their lesson. They moved into the brick house too, and all three of them worked hard to make it strong and cozy and secure. And they were safe and happy together forever after, living snug as bugs in a rug in their sturdy brick home. The end!篇4The Three Little PigsAn English Storybook for 5th GradersOnce upon a time, there were three little pigs who were the best of friends. Their names were Peter, Percy, and Penelope. One sunny morning, their mom told them it was time to go out into the world and build houses of their own."But mom, we don't know how to build houses!" cried Penelope."Don't worry, my dears," said their mother. "Just use what you can find in nature. And remember – a strong house keeps you safe from the big bad wolf!"The three little pigs waved goodbye and set off to build their dream homes. Peter was feeling lazy that day. He didn't want to work too hard."I'll build my house out of straw," he said. "That will be quick and easy!"Peter gathered piles of straw and constructed his straw house right away. When he was done, he felt proud but also a little nervous. The house didn't seem very sturdy.Meanwhile, Percy had found the perfect spot for his house –right next to a huge pile of sticks!"A stick house will be just right," he thought. "Not too much work, but safer than straw."Percy got to work weaving and layering the sticks. After a few hours, his house was built. It looked sturdy enough, but Percy still felt uneasy.Penelope was the most diligent of the three pigs. She wanted to build a house that was solid and would keep her safe no matter what. She spent days traveling and gathering the sturdiest bricks she could find.Laying one brick after another, Penelope constructed her dream brick house. It was hard work, but she knew a house this strong was worth the effort.A few weeks went by, and the three little pigs were enjoying their new homes. Until one night, there came a knock at Peter's straw door."Little pig, little pig, let me come in!" growled a deep, gruff voice.Peter peeked through the window and saw a big,mean-looking wolf with sharp teeth and fur as black as night."N-not by the hair on my chinny chin chin!" stammered Peter. "I won't let you in!""Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!" roared the wolf. The wolf took a huge breath and blew out with all his might. Peter's straw house collapsed instantly, and the poor little pig had to run for his life! He rushed to Percy's stick house and banged on the door.Percy shouted, "Who's there?""It's me, Peter! The wolf blew down my house and he's after me! Please let me in, Percy!"Percy quickly opened the door and the two little pigs huddled inside, scared but relieved to be together.Just then, they heard a loud scratching at the door."Little pigs, little pigs, let me come in!"It was the big bad wolf again! The pigs didn't answer, hoping he would go away. But he didn't."Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!"The wolf took an even bigger breath and blew with all his might. Percy's stick house shuddered and then collapsed into a pile of sticks. The two little pigs scrambled away as fast as they could, running until they reached Penelope's brick house.Penelope opened the door and gasped, "What happened to you two?"Peter and Percy explained about the wolf, shaking with fear. All three pigs huddled inside Penelope's house, hoping they would be safe at last.Sure enough, a few minutes later, they heard an ominous knock at the door."Little pig, little pig, let me come in!""No way, wolf! Not by the hair on our chinny chin chins!" the pigs shouted together."Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll BLOW YOUR HOUSE DOWN!"The wolf took the biggest breath he could muster and huffed and puffed with every ounce of his strength. But Penelope's solid brick house didn't budge an inch. The wolf blew until he was blue in the face, but it was no use. Finally, the defeated wolf slunk away into the forest, never to bother the three pigs again. And they stayed the best of friends, watching out for each other and any pesky wolves. Thanks to Penelope's hard work, they could sleep soundly, safe and secure in their strong brick houses. The end!篇5The Three Little Pigs: A Tale of Bravery and WitOnce upon a time, there were three little pigs who were the best of friends. Their names were Piggy, Porky, and Curly. They lived happily with their mom in a cozy little house deep in the forest. But as they grew older, their mom knew it was time for them to build their own houses and venture out into the world."My dear little piggies," said their mom one sunny morning. "You have become big and strong now. It's time for you to leave our home and build houses of your own."The three little pigs were both excited and a little scared to go out on their own. But they hugged their mom goodbye and set off to build their dream homes.Piggy, the youngest, decided to build his house first. He didn't want to work too hard, so he made his house out of straw."This will be a warm and cozy home," he said with a smile as he put on the final touches.Porky, the middle brother, decided he wanted his house to be fancier than Piggy's. So he built his home out of sticks. "My house will look so beautiful!" he exclaimed proudly when he had finished.Curly, the oldest, knew that his house needed to be sturdy and solid to withstand any danger. So he spent weeks constructing his house out of bricks. It was hard work but he didn't mind. When he put up the last brick, he wiped his brow and said, "This house will keep me safe forever."Not long after, a hungry old wolf started prowling around the forest, sniffing for a fine plump piggy to feast on. Before long, he spotted Piggy's straw house and licked his lips. "I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow that house down!" he snarled.Poor little Piggy was terrified as the wolf started blowing at his door. And sure enough, with one big huff and puff, the straw house collapsed into a heap. Piggy ran as fast as his little hooves could carry him, all the way to Porky's stick house."Quick, open up! The wolf is after me!" Piggy cried, banging on the door. Porky let him in and they huddled inside, hearts thumping. But then they heard the wolf lurking closer. The wolf spotted the stick house and growled, "Then I'll huff and puff and blow THIS house down!" He started blowing at the door, and the sticks and twigs scattered everywhere. Porky and Piggy fled in terror toward Curly's brick house."Please let us in, Curly! The wolf is coming!" they screamed. Curly swung open the door and they raced inside, slamming it shut behind them. The wolf ran up and banged on the door, then circled around looking for a way in."I'll huff and puff and PUFF until this brick house comes down!" he roared, starting to blow with all his might. But brick by brick, Curly's house stood strong. The wolf blew until he was blue in the face, but the house wouldn't budge. After hours of blowing, the wolf finally collapsed on the ground, too exhausted to go on. The three little pigs had outsmarted him!"Hooray, we're safe!" they cheered, dancing around joyfully. From then on, they all lived together in Curly's strong brick house. Piggy and Porky learned their lesson about theimportance of building a solid and secure home. And the big bad wolf never bothered them again. The three little pigs had faced a very scary situation, but by staying brave and using their wits, they were able to defeat the wolf in the end. They were best friends forever after that, always looking out for each other through any adventure that came their way.篇6The Three Little Pigs StorybookHave you ever heard the classic fairy tale about the three little pigs? It's one of my favorite stories! Our teacher read us the English storybook version in class, and I absolutely loved it. Let me tell you all about the awesome adventure those three little piggies went on.It all started when the three little pigs decided it was time for them to build their own houses and move out of their mom's home. The first little pig was feeling pretty lazy, so he just gathered a bunch of straw and built his house out of that. His brothers teased him, saying a straw house wouldn't be strong at all!The second little pig put in a bit more effort, using sticks to construct his house. But the third little pig went all out – he spent days and days building his house entirely out of bricks. His brothers called him a slowpoke, but he knew a brick house would be sturdy and safe.Well, sure enough, pretty soon an evil wolf started prowling around looking for some piggies to feast on! He went to the first house and growled, "Little pig, little pig, let me come in!" But the little pig just replied, "Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin! I will not let you in!"The wolf was furious, so he huffed and puffed and blew the straw house down. The poor little pig had to run away as fast as his legs could carry him over to his brother's stick house. When the wolf followed them there, the two little pigs repeated, "Not by the hair on our chinny chin chins! We will not let you in!" So the big bad wolf growled and huffed and puffed...and BLEW the stick house down too!Now the two terrified little pigs fled to their brother's brick house, with the hungry wolf stamping right behind them. Once they were safely inside, the three little pigs mocked the wolf saying, "We're in our brick house safe and tight, huffing andpuffing's a lousy trick, you can huff and puff but you can't blow THIS house down!"The wolf was so enraged that he climbed up on the roof trying to sneak down the chimney. But the clever little pigs had a plan – they put a huge pot of boiling hot water underneath the chimney. When the wolf slid down, he landed in the scalding water and shot right back up the chimney! He went running off into the woods, howling and whimpering with his burnt tail between his legs. And so the three little pigs finally had peace and quiet in their sturdy brick house that the wolf couldn't blow down. They all learned that hard work and patience really does pay off in the end! Whenever one of them felt lazy, all they had to do was remember what happened to that foolish wolf.I absolutely loved this story – it was so exciting and had sucha great lesson behind it. The pictures in the book were amazing too! It really brought the tale to life to see the cute little pigs and the big bad snarling wolf illustrated so beautifully. I'll never forget the image of that wolf's tail sticking straight up after falling into the boiling water – ha, he totally got what he deserved! My favorite character was definitely the third little pig who built the smart brick house. Even though his brothers made fun of him at first, his determination and hard work saved all their lives in the end. It just goes to show that you shouldn't slack off or take the easy way out. If you put real effort into something and do it right from the start, you'll be much better off in the long run.I'm so glad we read this classic fairy tale in our English class. Not only did I get to enjoy an entertaining story filled with fun characters and crazy adventures, but I also learned an important lesson about hard work and patience paying off. I'm definitely going to be like the third little pig and always work hard from now on instead of trying to cut corners! This is a tale I'll never forget.。

英语绘本故事篇2Long, long ago, in the days when fairies, witches, giants and ogres still visited the earth, there lived a king who reigned over a great and beautiful country. He was married to a wife whom he dearly loved, and had two most promising children--a son called Asmund, and a daughter who was named Signy. The king and queen were very anxious to bring their children up well, and theyoung prince and princess were taught everything likely to make them clever and accomplished. They lived at home in their father's palace, and he spared no pains to make their lives happy. Prince Asmund dearly loved all outdoor sports and an open-air life, and from his earliest childhood he had longed to live entirely in the forest close by. After many arguments and entreaties he succeeded in persuading the king to give him two great oak trees for his very own. 'Now,' said he to his sister, 'I will have the trees hollowed out, and then I will make rooms in them and furnish them so that I shall be able to live out in the forest.' 'Oh, Asmund!' exclaimed Signy, 'what a delightful idea! Do let me come too, and live in one of your trees. I will bring all my pretty things and ornaments, and the trees are so near home we shall be quite safe in them.' Asmund, who was extremely fond of his sister, readily consented, and they had a very happy time together, carrying over all their pet treasures, and Signy's jewels and other ornaments, and arranging them in the pretty little rooms inside the trees. Unfortunately sadder days were to come. A war with another country broke out, and the king had to lead his army against their enemy. During his absence the queen fell ill, and after lingering for some time she died, to the great grief of her children. They made up their minds to live altogether for a time in their trees, and for this purpose they had provisions enough stored up inside to last them a year. Now, I must tell you, in another country a long way off, there reigned a king who had an only son named Ring. Prince Ring had heard so much about the beauty and goodness of Princess Signy that he determined to marry her if possible. So he begged his father to let him have a ship for the voyage, set sail with a favourable wind, and after a time landed in the country where Signy lived. The prince lost notime in setting out for the royal palace, and on his way there he met such a wonderfully lovely woman that he felt he had never seen such beauty in all his life. He stopped her and at once asked who she was. 'I am Signy, the king's daughter,' was the reply. Then the prince inquired why she was wandering about all by herself, and she told him that since her mother's death she was so sad that whilst her father was away she preferred being alone.英语绘本故事篇3A Silly ManFred was going to school.
