因为我们都是为了取高分而多背语法，词汇；却忘记了英语是一门语言，既然是语言就需要用嘴来反复练习，让它真正的成为交际的工具。

因此，在教师要以学生为中心，加强训练指导，使学生掌握一定的英语语言交际知识，培养学生在交际中初步初步运用英语的能力，从而发挥其“主体”作用。

由于我们没有练习语言的生活环境，练习英语主要就得依靠课堂了。

那怎样做到向45分钟要质量呢？下面我谈谈自己在初中英语教学方面的一些尝试。

一、师生都养成平时课堂上说英语的习惯《初中英语课程标准》提出的英语教学应“培养学生在口头上和书面上初步运用英语进行交际的能力”。

一般来说学生的英语口语至少应达到以下三个方面的要求：第一，语音语调正确；第二，语法正确，用词恰当，符合英语表达习惯；第三，语言流利顺畅，内容充实，前后逻辑清楚。

在平常的教学中，就以这三个目标作为教学目的，对学生进行训练。

在我们目前的许多地方性教学当中，部分教师课上满堂灌汉语来讲解语法知识和句子结构，而不用一句英语讲课。

即使用英语也是那么几句，汉英穿插，所以导致学生用英语做题容易，可是一句英语也说不出来。

一说起来，还脸红，害羞，这就失去了英语作为语言的作用。

影响学生英语口语表达能力的很重要一个因素是听力，因为只有先听懂了，然后才能回答交流。

课上学生先听到的就是老师的语言。

所以在口语表达训练中，要训练学生教师自身就必须具备听、说、读、写四种基本能力。

首先教师尽力练好自己的发音，自己的语调，然后用英语去讲课，用英语去构思整个课堂，甚至用英语指点学生的不足等等。

下面，我们将详细介绍几种课堂上常用的口语活动的设计，以及设计口语活动的原则：一、每日演讲（daily speech）一般在课前几分钟进行，这种课堂活动能使班级里形成良好的英语氛围，锻炼学生的口语表达能力和当众演讲能力，使每个学生都有机会得到锻炼。

可事先安排好演讲顺序，例如按学号排序或按学生事先自愿安排的顺序。

在学生进行演讲报告的前一周提前通知学生，给学生以充分的时间进行准备。
