输电线路状态监测系统是智能电网建设输电环节的重要组成部分,是实现输电线路状态运行检修管 理,提升生产运行管理精益化水平的重要技术手段。为科学规范地建设坚强智能电网输电线路状态监测 系统,确保输电线路状态监测系统技术标准和平台统一,装置数据有效、稳定可靠、先进适用,特制定 本标准。 本标准的附录 A、B、C、D 为规范性附录。 本标准由国家电网公司生产技术部提出并解释。 本标准由国家电网公司科技部归口。 本标准主要起草单位:中国电力科学研究院。 本标准参加起草单位:国网电力科学研究院、华北电网有限公司、华中电网有限公司、重庆市电力 公司、山西省电力公司、安徽省电力公司、浙江省电力公司。 本标准主要起草人:于钦刚、黄志江、李红云、郭志广、李红旗、刘亚新、张予、徐焜耀、周国华、 陈自年、龚坚刚、刘振宇、杨玉金、林峰、王睿、王毅、裴冠荣、倪康婷。
