At lunchtime we dismounted and relaxed by a crystal clear mountain lake while our horses drank their fill and Butch cooked up a delicious trailside meal of beans, biscuits and smokehouse bacon sizzling over the campfire.On the ride back to the ranch that evening, everyone was pleasantly saddlesore but beaming with pride at our big adventure. Well, let me tell you about the craziest, most unforgettable adventure of my life so far!It was a beautiful summer day and my family was going on a camping trip to the mountains. I was so excited because we were gonna hike, swim in the lake, make s'mores over the campfire, and sleep in our big tent. The drive up there took forever and I kept asking "Are we there yet?" about a million times. My little sister wouldn't stop singing that annoying baby shark song the whole way too. But finally, we made it!We set up our tent and gear at the campsite. Dad started the campfire while Mom got our food ready. After we ate some hotdogs, my parents said me and my sister could go explore the woods a little bit as long as we didn't go too far. We found a cool trail and started following it, looking at all the cool plants, trees, and rocks. We even saw a deer!But then, we just kept walking and walking, not paying much attention. Before we knew it, we had gone way farther than we were supposed to. The trail kind of faded away and we couldn't see the campsite anymore at all. It started getting dark and getting colder too. I was getting really scared but trying not to show it for my sister's sake.We heard what sounded like a growl somewhere in the woods and froze in our tracks. My heart was pounding. I felt horrible thinking about how scared they must have been, searching for us. We were hungry, thirsty, cold, and exhausted. We tried yelling for help a few times, but no one answered.We found a big hollowed-out log and climbed inside to try to stay warm overnight. My sister cuddled up next to me and we just huddled there shivering, hoping we would be found soon. I kept watching out the end of the log, terrified that some wild animal's glowing eyes would appear.After what felt like forever, from deep in the forest we finally heard voices calling our names! Mom and Dad, along with a few rangers, were out there looking for us with flashlights and lanterns. We yelled and screamed as loud as we could until finally one of the lights shone on our little log shelter."Jenny! Mikey! There you are!" Dad shouted as he ran over and scooped us out. We were freezing cold and had scratches and dirt all over us, but we were safe! I've never been so happy and relieved. We played games, explored different parts of Rabbitopia, and I even got to ride in one of their cool rabbit-sized rocket ships! Today I want to tell you about the most unforgettable and exciting experience I've ever had!It happened last summer during my family's vacation to Yellowstone National Park. We were so lucky to get to go there because it's an amazing place with beautiful scenery, fascinating wildlife, and awesome geysers and hot springs. My little brother Thomas and I had been looking forward to the trip for months!On the third day of our visit, we went hiking on one of the trails near the Old Faithful geyser area. The trail went through the woods and along a stream. It was a bright, sunny day and we were having a great time. Mom and Dad were pointing out different birds, trees, and animal tracks to us. Thomas and I were running ahead on the trail, climbing over fallen logs, and splashing in the shallow creek. We were having a blast!At one point, I got a little too far ahead of my family. I came around a bend and realized they weren't behind me anymore. I stopped to wait for them, but after a few minutes, they still hadn't caught up. That's when I started to feel a little worried. The forest looked totally different from this new angle on the trail. I couldn't even hear the stream anymore and everything was quiet except for the wind rustling through the trees. I cupped my hands around my mouth and yelled "Mom? Dad?" as loudly as I could, but there was no answer.I decided to keep walking forward on the trail, thinking that's the direction they would be coming from. But after going around a few more bends and over some hills, I knew I was really lost. Panic started rising up inside me. What if I never found my parents again? What if I had to spend the night alone in these woods? I'm not going to lie, I started crying a little bit.Just then, I noticed something moving in the trees up ahead. My heart skipped a beat thinking it was a bear or other wild animal. But as it came closer, I realized it was a man - a park ranger! I had never been so relieved in my entire life. I had the craziest day the other week that I'm still trying to wrap my head around. It was just a normal Thursday morning. I woke up, got dressed, had my bowl of Coco Puffs, and headed off to school like any other day. Little did I know, that day would turn into an adventure I'll be telling my grandkids about someday!I got to class and we were just starting our math lesson when all of a sudden, the strangest sound started coming from the hallway. It sounded like a bunch of elephants were stomping around out there! We all looked at each other confused, but before we could figure out what was going on, the classroom door burst open.In walked a giant, bright green...thing! It was bigger than a car and kind of looked like a blob with arms and legs. "ROARRR!" it bellowed, in the most terrifying monster voice you can imagine.We all screamed at the top of our lungs and dove under our desks. I was absolutely petrified!The monster started knocking over desks and bookshelves, sending papers flying everywhere. Mrs. Johnson, our teacher, was yelling and waving a ruler at it, but the beast didn't seem bothered at all. In fact, it seemed to ughing at her?That's when I realized - this wasn't a real monster at all! It had to be some kind of prank. I peeked my head out to get a better look, and sure enough, I could see legs underneath the green blob costume. Human legs! Someone was just dressed up in a really realistic monster suit.I couldn't help but laugh at how crazy this all was. The other kids started realizing it too, and soon we were all cracking up, even as the "monster" continued his rampage around the classroom. Mrs. Johnson finally figured it out as well and started laughing too, albeit looking a bit embarrassed.After a couple more minutes of mayhem, the monster unzipped a zipper on what was apparently its mouth, and out stepped...John Peterson from the sixth grade class! We all went nuts, cheering and applauding his epic prank. John just grinned and took a bow.It turned out it was all for a video his older brother was making for a school project. They had arranged the whole thing with the principal in advance as a surprise for us. I've got to hand it to them - they really had us going there for a few minutes!Once the excitement died down, John's brother came in with his camera to interview us about how realistic the prank was. We all raved about how terrified we were at first and how amazed we were at the crazy monster costume. Even Mrs. Johnson admitted she initially thought it was a real monster!The rest of the day, all anyone could talk about was John's incredible prank. He was like a celebrity around school. At lunch, crowds of kids gathered around him to hear the whole story behind how he pulled it off. I don't think I've ever seen someone get so much attention before!I'll definitely never forget that day as long as I live. One minute, you're sitting in math class like normal, and the next, you've got a giant monster crashing through the door! 一次难忘的经历(An Unforgettable Experience) 第一篇：
Last summer, I went to Beidaihe for my holiday with my family. We took a train because the way is not far. We lived in a big hotel where could see the sea . We stayed there for three days.
The first day, we went for a walk along the seaside, and then we went swimming and took a lot of interesting photos there. The second day, we went to a famous market and bought many keepsakes. I was going to bring these keepsakes for my friends. The last day, we had a good picnic on the seaside with the natives. They acted all kinds of programmes and made us feel happy.
It's a very good journey, and we all enjoyed ourselves on those days. If I have another holiday, I will go there again.
This summer holiday, I went to Dalian with my family. We got there by air. Dalian is a very beautiful and modern city. On the bus, we could see all kinds of buildings which were great.
In the morning, we got to the hotel where we lived. After breakfast, we began to our travel. First we took the bus to the Sea Park. There are so many different kinds of fishes that I couldn't believe my eyes. We also saw the show of dolphins. Then we had lunch in a restaurant. The seafood which was very famous in China was delicious.
After lunch we went swimming. The sea was blue and beach was golden. We all enjoyed ourselves in the sea. Finally we went back the hotel where we lived. We had a happy day.
In this trip, we also went to some places which were interesting and famous in Dalian, went shopping and so on.
Several days later, we left Dalian. On our way home, we were very happy. This was the reason why we didn't feel tired. In all, we had a good holiday.
I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there. I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel. Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a lot of false man whose hand with all kinds of things. I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon. Though I was very tired, I felt very happy.
I dwill never forget it for ever.

During the last summer holiday, I went to the Amusement Park of Beijing. My elder brother told me that it was an interesting place. We started out by car at 6:00. I saw a lot of people including a foreigner who has blue eyes .
First I went to play roller coaster that was very exciting. Then I went to play corsair that was very unforgettable. Finally I also played any other games, which I had never played. And I enjoyed many beautiful sights.

When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.
First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.
The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.
The fourth day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful and the water was clear . As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.
The last place that we visited was Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.
This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.。
