摘要

施工现场管理是建筑企业管理的重要组成部分，也是整个企业管理的重点，只有不断优化施工现场管理，才能实现企业管理体系的优化。在本文中涉及到几个主要结构材料的管理中的常见问题，以及解决措施，并提出了施工现场管理优化的原则及方法。

施工现场结构材料的优化管理隶属于施工现场材料管理，结构材料管理属于现场管理的重心，因为结构材料价值量大，使用部位重要，对整个建筑性能好坏起着决定性作用。做好结构材料的优化管理工作，就抓住了整个施工现场材料管理的牛鼻子，便能掌控全局，同时能够更好的为建筑施工提供强有力的后盾保障。施工现场材料管理的好坏直接决定着建筑质量的高低，以及施工企业的经济效益的好坏，因此，加强现场材料的管理，尤其是结构材料的管理，便能提高企业的管理水平，更能提高企业的经济效益。在日益竞争激烈的市场经济下，中国建筑走向国际化已经在前进的道路上，所以要不断的优化改革，只能从自身出发，从内部不断的优化才能使得自身强大，在世界化的大舞台站住脚跟，对于建筑企业而言，施工现场就是一个对外的展示平台，只有做好施工现场的优化管理，才能让世界看到中国建筑的新面貌。

Abstract

The construction site management is an important part of the construction of enterprise management, the focus is the entire enterprise management, only by constantly optimize construction site management, realize the optimization of enterprise management system to. Related to the main structure of several common problems in the management of materials in this paper, and the solving measures, and puts forward the principles and methods of construction site management optimization.

Optimization of the construction site management structure material and belongs to the material management in construction field, structural materials management belongs to the center of gravity of on-site management, because the structure of the material value, the use of the site important, plays a decisive role in the whole building performance. To the optimization of management structure of the material, the entire construction site material management method, can control the overall situation, at the same time can be better for the construction to provide strong support for. The material management in construction field determines the construction quality, and the quality of construction enterprise's economic benefit, therefore, enhance on-site material management, especially the structure of the material management, can improve the management level of enterprises, can improve the economic benefit of enterprise. In the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy, China building internationalization has been on the road ahead, so to optimize the reform continuously, can only proceed from oneself, from optimization can continue to make its own strong inside, in the world arena footing, for construction enterprise, the construction site is a foreign display platform, and only do the construction site management, in order to let the world see the new look of Chinese architecture.
