Unlessotherwiseagreed,PartPAshallremitgroupfeestothefollowingbankac countofPartPBbPT/Tpriortoarrivaldateofthegroup:开户银行如果甲方未能按本合同规定支付相关款项，每逾期一日，应向乙方支付未付款项的千分之一作为违约金，并赔偿乙方的其他损失。
IncaseofanPdelaPintheabovepaPment,PartPAshallpaP0.1%ofoutstandingamountasliquidateddamageforeachdaPdelaPed,andcompensateforanPlossofPartPB.第四条如因甲方操作失误或甲方的其他原因造成旅游团行程延误、更改、取消所产生的经济损失（包括但不限于乙方的损失）由甲方承担。

除人力不可抗拒或乙方不能控制的因素外，如乙方未按约定的接待标准和日程安排向旅游团提供服务，应当提供补偿服务或将低于服务标准的费用差额退还甲方。
除人力不可抗拒或乙方不能控制的因素外，如因乙方的原因变更旅行日程、交通工具、食宿标准等所增加的费用由乙方承担。

乙方导游不得诱导旅游者涉足色情场所和赌毒场所，不得强迫旅游者参与自费项目。
