氢氧化钠装卸的操作规程

1 OBJECTIVE 目的

To establish procedure/method for unloading of NAOH from tank truck into bulk storage tank RMT04.

建立氢氧化钠从槽罐车卸载到储存罐的程序/方法。

2 SCOPE 适用范围

This procedure applies to the warehouse receiving personnel involved in the unloading of NAOH from tank truck into bulk storage tank RMT04。

此程序用于仓库人员把氢氧化钠从槽罐车卸载到储存罐。

3 VOLUME OF STORAGE 储存容量

Volume of bulk storage tank is 12000 litres. Volume of NAOH storage shall not exceed 10000 litres.

储存容量12000升，实际氢氧化钠的储存量不要超过10，000升

4 DOCUMENTATION 文件

A checklist detailing each operation in sequence shall be used to assist the

person in charge of unloading. He must initial on the checklist after each operation and forward the completed form to Warehouse Executive. Form No.

SCFC-SHEF-10.40 (see Annex 1).

一个详细列出逐项操作的检查表用于协助卸载。他应按检查表逐项操作，并把操作完成的检查表交给仓库主管。表号SCFC-SHEF-10.41(见附表1)

5 PROCEDURE 程序

Refer to Annex 1 (Checklist for Unloading of NAOH from Tank Truck into Bulk Storage Tank).

参见附表1（NAOH从槽罐车卸载到储存罐的检查表）

6 RESPONSIBILITY 职责

6.1 It is the responsibility of the Warehouse leader to ensure compliance of

this procedure and the responsibility of the S.H.E. officer to monitor the

procedure.

仓管领导负责此程序的严格执行，SHE人员负责监督此程序的实施

6.2 It is the responsibility of the S.H.E. officer and chemical specialist to audit

and update this procedure.

SHE人员和化学专员负责审核和更新此程序。

6.3 Warehouse Executive is responsible for the safe-keeping of all completed

checklists and the key for the unloading valve.

仓库主管负责妥善保存检查表和卸料阀门钥匙
