单位网上申办住房公积金开户登记须知

一、申办条件

新设立的单位，应当自设立之日起30日内到市住房公积金管理中心办理开户登记，并自登记之日起20日内持市住房公积金管理中心的审核文件，到受委托银行为本单位职工办理住房公积金账户设立手续。

二、办理程序

1.单位登陆市住房公积金管理中心网站，点击进入“单位网上申办住房公积金开户登记”，链接到市网上行政审批服务中心网站/；

2.点击“申报人员”，选择“单位用户”注册，注册并激活账号；

3.申报用户登录，承办单位选择“国土局”，事项名称选择“单位住房公积金开户登记”；

4.点击“我要申报”，准确填写单位名称和电话；

5.点击“填写表单”，按规定填写《厦门市单位住房公积金开户登记申请表》，提交后获得申报号码；

6.市住房公积金管理中心审核办结；

7.申报用户登录，点击“申报查询”，在“查看”下点击“办结发文”，用A4纸横向打印《厦门市住房公积金单位开户登记表》一份并加盖单位公章后，连同银行开立账户需提供的其它材料（请向开户银行咨询），到银行办理开户手续。

三、办理时限：5个工作日。

四、注意事项

单位新增职工开立个人住房公积金账户，申请单位持《厦门市住房公积金缴存变更清册》（经单位盖章）直接到住房公积金开户银行办理。
