摘要

从1831年变压器的雏型(法拉第电磁感应线圈)到现在, 变压器的发展已走过了170年的道路。纵观这170多年来变压器技术的发展, 大致可分为四个阶段, 即探索、初创阶段、技术成长成熟阶段、高速发展阶段和平稳发展阶段。

变压器是建立在电磁感应原理上的静止电机, 它实际上是人们在研究电磁感应现象、自感现象等活动中, 不经意而发明的一种设备, 所以相当长一段时间内人们并没有认识到它的实用价值, 最多只不过把它作为一种实验器具。电力变压器自十九世纪问世以来,随着电力工业及供用电事业的不断发展,已经获得了极为广泛的应用。它是电力网构成中不可缺少的重要设备离开了它,随着生产技术的不断发展,变压器的型号、结构.性能与参数也在日益更新,这期间同样经历了一个相当的研制与发展过程。进而综观世界同行业的变化,更会激起我们树立奋勇赶超国际先进水平的雄心。

在本课题中,通过对电力变压器的铁心、线圈、损耗、油箱、温升等各个部分的计算,设计出一台符合实际要求的电力变压器。

电力变压器是发、输、变、配电系统中的重要设备之一,它的性能、质量直接关系到电力系统运行的可靠性和运营效益,所以电力变压设计是一个很值得我们去研究的课题。

ABSTRACT

From 1831 transformer outline (Faraday electromagnetic induction coil) till now, the

development of the transformer has come a road in 170. Throughout the 170 years transformer technology development, can be roughly divided into four stages, namely exploration, start-up phase, technology growth, mature, stable high-speed development stage and development

stage.

Transformer is based on the electromagnetic induction principle of static electric motor, it is, in fact, people in the electromagnetic induction phenomenon, self-induction phenomenon such as activity, casual and invented a device, so quite a long time, people don't realize its practical value, but most use it as an experimental apparatus. Power transformer since the advent of the 19th century, with the continuous development of power industry and power supply enterprise, has obtained the extremely widespread application. It is the indispensable important equipment in power grid structure left it, with the continuous development of production technology, the transformer of the type, structure, performance and parameters have also been updated, this period also experienced a considerable research and development process. And throughout the world in the same industry changes, more valiant set will provoke us to catch up with the international advanced level of ambition.

In this topic, through to power transformer's iron core, the coil, the loss, the fuel tank, the temperature rise and so on each part of computations, designs one to conform to the actual request power transformer.

The power transformer is sends, loses, changes, one in electrical power distribution system's important equipment, its performance, quality direct relation electrical power system movement reliability and operation benefit, therefore the electric power live pressure design is the topic which is worth us studying very much.
