《我能，我型，我秀》说课稿温州瓯海职业中专集团学校郑晓笑各位评委，大家好！我是瓯海职业中专的郑晓笑，我今天说课的题目是《我能，我型，我秀》，属于自我意思辅导的范畴。
我将从以下7个方面来阐述这堂课。
一、理念分析人对自己的思想、动机、行为和个性的评价，人对自己的身心状况、能力和特点，以及自己所处的地位、与他人及社会关系的认识和评价，直接影响学习和参与社会活动的积极性，也影响着与他人的交往关系。
一个人如果能够正确地如实地认识和评价自己，就能正确地对待和处理个人与社会、集体及他人的关系，有利于自己克服缺点、发扬优点，在学习生活工作中充分发挥自己的作用。
实事求是地评价自己是进行自我教育、自我完善的重要途径之一。
二、学情分析中职生是中考的“弱势群体”，他们饱受社会，学校，家长的负面评价。
他们心中理想自我和天天看到、听到、接触到的客观现实，经常会产生碰撞和冲突。
容易以学业的失败否定自己的方方面面，甚至会以偏概全地认为自己一事无成，一无是处。

四、教学过程（一）导入：FLASH动画两个水桶的故事一个挑水夫有两个水桶,分别吊在扁担两头,其中一个桶有裂缝,另一个则完好无缺. 每次挑水,完好无缺的桶总是能将满满一桶水从溪边送到主人家中,但是有裂缝的桶在到达主人家时,却只剩下半桶水.一年来,挑水夫就这样每天挑一桶半的水到主人家.有裂缝的水桶对自己的缺陷非常羞愧,它为只能尽到责任的一半感到非常难过.但在挑水夫的提醒下，有裂缝的水桶发现只有自己这边的路旁开满了鲜花。

准备：图片6个、大树、小河。
过程：1、组织好幼儿，准备活动。
教师向幼儿问好：hello,goodmorningboysandgirls.2、出示乌龟的图片：let’shavealook!itisatortoise!反复教幼儿单词tortose的发音。
再出示狐狸的图片，教幼儿单词fox的发音。
3、在幼儿初步认识的基础torosefox后，教师讲述故事《聪明的乌龟》并展示手形进行讲述。
讲完故事后，教师向幼儿提问，使幼儿明白故事的意义。
教师利用手形展示在讲述一遍故事。
