我将从以下7个方面来阐述这堂课。

一、理念分析人对自己的思想、动机、行为和个性的评价,人对自己的身心状况、能力和特点,以及自己所处的地位、与他人及社会关系的认识和评价,直接影响学习和参与社会活动的积极性,也影响着与他人的交往关系。

一个人如果能够正确地如实地认识和评价自己,就能正确地对待和处理个人与社会、集体及他人的关系,有利于自己克服缺点、发扬优点,在学习生活工作中充分发挥自己的作用。

实事求是地评价自己是进行自我教育、自我完善的重要途径之一。

二、学情分析中职生是中考的“弱势群体”,他们饱受社会,学校,家长的负面评价。

他们心中理想自我和天天看到、听到、接触到的客观现实,经常会产生碰撞和冲突。

容易以学业的失败否定自己的方方面面,甚至会以偏概全地认为自己一事无成,一无是处。

本节课以多元智能理论为支撑,使学生体会到个体智能的多元化,以及社会对个体评价的多元化,摒弃单一的以学习成绩作为评价个人价值高低的习俗标准。

利用多元智能核查表,让学生发现自己的优势智能,接纳自己的弱势智能,最终引导学生正向的、肯定的评价自我,由此产生积极的情感体验,同时将更有可能发展出好的行为,产生良好的结果。

四、教学过程(一)导入:FLASH动画两个水桶的故事一个挑水夫有两个水桶,分别吊在扁担两头,其中一个桶有裂缝,另一个则完好无缺. 每次挑水,完好无缺的桶总是能将满满一桶水从溪边送到主人家中,但是有裂缝的桶在到达主人家时,却只剩下半桶水.一年来,挑水夫就这样每天挑一桶半的水到主人家.有裂缝的水桶对自己的缺陷非常羞愧,它为只能尽到责任的一半感到非常难过.但在挑水夫的提醒下,有裂缝的水桶发现只有自己这边的路旁开满了鲜花。

准备:图片6个、大树、小河。

过程:1、组织好幼儿,准备活动。

教师向幼儿问好:hello,goodmorningboysandgirls.2、出示乌龟的图片:let’shavealook!itisatortoise!反复教幼儿单词tortose的发音。

再出示狐狸的图片,教幼儿单词fox的发音。

3、在幼儿初步认识的基础torosefox后,教师讲述故事《聪明的乌龟》并展示手形进行讲述。

讲完故事后,教师向幼儿提问,使幼儿明白故事的意义。

教师利用手形展示在讲述一遍故事。

幼儿相互之间模仿老师手形讲述故事。
