一、S(1)办事能力强,善于组织各种细节工作,在履行职责的过程中充满动力,做事详细周到、认真负责,行事果断;(2)为人可靠、友好直率、责任心强、性情开朗、精力充沛;(3)注重实际和事实,有较强的逻辑分析能力和客观判断能力;(4)善于先安排计划而后作出行动,力求迅速、高效;(5)独立自主、不轻易依赖他人;(6)文化产业管理专业研究范围广,涉及较多领域的学科,就业领域非常广。
二、W(1)在生活中过分的严苛和关注细节,容易因为某一细节好坏改变对他人的态度;(2)固执己见,不善于接纳他人观点和立场;(3)做事态度过于强硬,习惯用自己的想法去影响甚至改变他人,容易忽视对他人的感知;(4)遇到困难,执着于和自己较劲,不擅长寻求他人帮助,总想独自完成任务,往往费时费力;(5)过分拘泥于规矩,缺乏灵活变通性;(6)文字表达能力较弱;(7)想的很多,做的太少,容易轻言放弃。
