全国职业院校技能大赛中职组职业英语技能赛一、赛项简介2021年6月16日,全国职业院校技能大赛中职组职业英语(课程)技能赛项(以下简称“职业英语技能大赛”、“大赛”)将在重庆举办第三届比赛.在比赛即将举办之际,认真探讨如何通过大赛的举办推动中职英语教学模式和人才培养方式的转变,很有必要.职业英语技能大赛主要考查中职学生通用职业场景中的英语应用能力以及基本职业能力(大赛集中考查职业能力中的信息处理能力、沟通能力、思辨能力和协作能力).举办大赛的目的是以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改.大赛题目设计的纲领性文件是教育部《中等职业学校英语教学大纲》(以下简称“《大纲》”).《大纲》明确规定:英语课程是中等职业学校学生必修的一门公共基础课.本课程的任务是:使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和基本技能,培养学生在日常生活和职业场景中的英语应用能力;培养学生的文化意识,提高学生的思想品德修养和文化素养;为学生的职业生涯、继续学习和终身发展奠定基础.在《大纲》的引领下,大赛的形式和内容均接近实际工作任务,通过考查选手在职场可能出现的工作情境中用英语解决实际问题的能力,体现工学结合、学以致用的教学原则.赛题呈现的主题与《大纲》要求的话题紧密相关,凸显了大赛紧扣《大纲》,密切联系中职英语教学实际的特点.二、比赛结果分析作为全国职业院校技能大赛里参与度最高的赛项之一,自2021年举办第一届职业英语技能大赛以来,共有127组选手参加了本大赛的全国总决赛(根据大赛组委会的规定,2021年职业英语技能大赛休赛一年).从两届比赛中选手的表现,以及比赛前后的跟踪访问来看,各地对大赛倡导的英语教学理念,有了一定的理解.大赛理念对“教”和“学”的促进作用,使得《大纲》规定的课程任务在日常英语教学中得到了更好的贯彻,大赛对促进各地中职英语教师积极探索有效教学方法、培养中职学生综合素质、促进中职英语教学改革、提升公共基础课地位,扩大职业教育社会影响等方面,起到了积极的作用.在2021年的大赛中,多数参赛选手表现青涩,无论通用职业场景中的英语应用能力还是基本职业能力都不够高.虽然多数选手能够用英语侃侃而谈,但是内容的准确性与条理性一般.选手的思辨能力显然没有经过有意识的训练,多数选手对问题的看法流于表面,千篇一律的思路也显示了个性思维的不足.选手的信息处理能力和协作能力也还有很大的提升空间.在该届比赛中获得优异成绩的深圳代表队、江苏代表队和宁波代表队选手两方面的能力都明显高于其他选手.除了这几个省市对职业教育更加重视、投入更多的原因之外,职业教育理念的先进性是他们成功的法宝之一.比如一等奖第一名得主——代表深圳队参赛的深圳技师学院秉承“与课程结合、与岗位需求结合、与企业合作、充分展示英语技能”的原则,多年来一直在举办英语技能节,技能节有珠宝拍卖大赛、商务英语挑战、e-shop diy大赛、汽车英语大赛、生物技术英语大赛、计算机专业英语大赛、英文歌曲大赛、英文电影配音大赛等多个赛项,学生们用英语展示自己的专业能力和风采.每届预赛参加人数超过1600人,决赛参加人数500多人次.该学院英语技能节的原则与职业英语技能大赛的设计理念不谋而合,这就难怪他们能在第一届比赛中稳操胜券,拔得头筹.而表现较弱的代表队反映了当地对职业教育重视不够以及对职业教育理解不够深刻的问题.比如,不少中职学校英语教学理念陈旧,教师在课堂上一如既往地教单词、讲语法,反复让学生进行机械的操练.老师讲得痛苦,学生学得难受.其他还表现在教师对教材把控能力不够,不敢对教材内容进行有效整合,以及课堂驾驭能力不足,不敢或难以设计符合中职学生性格特征、专业需求和年龄特点的课堂活动.2021年举办的第二届大赛中,选手们职业场景中的英语应用能力以及基本职业能力都有了明显提升,这表明大赛的影响力正在逐渐扩散,各地正在逐步践行大赛理念.上海代表队、深圳代表队和宁波代表队获得其他类专业组一等奖;河南代表队、重庆代表队、江苏代表队、浙江代表队、广东代表队和山东代表队获得二等奖.选手们的语言表达能力、应答能力有一定程度的提高,大多数选手的英语表达能做到逻辑性强、层次分明,观点较为鲜明,论述较为有力.选手们在赛场默契的配合说明他们的协作能力有了进一步的提升.他们在汇报以及答问中表展现出的思辨能力,与上一届相比也明显提高.而选手们更加落落大方、彬彬有礼的表现则展示了他们的自信以及对基本职业能力更好的理解和践行.三、把大赛考查能力培养与日常英语教学结合的思考目前,中职英语教学的问题仍然不少,主要表现是缺乏职教特色.而职教特色正是职业英语技能大赛所考查的内容,即通用职业场景中的英语应用能力以及基本职业能力.调查显示,因为所学内容无助于将来的工作而不愿意学英语,是大多数中职学生放弃英语学习的原因.英语作为一门文化基础课,除了传授专业知识与技能之外,还肩负着培养学生基本素养的任务.正确的世界观、价值观、良好的心理素质、优秀的职业能力,对中职学生未来顺利完成工作任务、健康发展职业生涯,起着至关重要的作用.因此,在中职英语课堂上,很有必要培养和锻炼学生的职业能力,而意识到职业能力重要性并从中受益的中职学生,对英语课的兴趣也会增强.培养学生通用职业场景中的英语应用能力,中职英语教师要做到:1. 以学生为中心;2.以交流为目标;3.以活动为基础.这样的英语课才是中职学生欢迎的英语课,这样的课堂培养的学生才是受人力资源市场欢迎的从业人员.以学生为中心就是要真正了解中职学生的英语基础、学习特点、学习目的和心理发展规律,并据此确定教学内容.多数中职学生的英语基础不是太好,他们对学习英语有畏难情绪,但是这个年龄的孩子又特别要面子,为了不让自尊心再受打击,他们声称自己不爱学英语,而并不是学不会.有的教师把听力内容作为听说内容(学生可以看到听力原文)来学习;删除或替换教材中偏难的和不必要的内容,集中精力处理学生能力范围内和适合学情的学习内容,达到了较好的教学效果.学习语言的目的就是交流,对中职生来说,尤其如此.以交流为目标组织教学,才会受到学生的欢迎.爱动不爱静是多数中职生的特点,如果能把教学内容设计成一个个职场任务,让同学们在活动中练习、巩固所学内容,会有事半功倍的效果.上海市商业会计学校一位英语教师,把大赛职场应用环节的形式借用到英语课堂,受到学生欢迎.比如,她让同学们两人一组,为一个会议寻找符合要求的酒店.a 同学把会议要求转达给b同学,b同学课后上网查找符合要求的酒店.之后,两人讨论确定承办会议的酒店.第二天两位同学就任务的完成情况进行陈述并回答教师提出的有关问题.这位教师这么做的初衷是为了激发学生学习英语的兴趣,并且能够真正做到让学生为用而学、学而能用.事实证明,同学们不但学习热情提高,学习效果也提升了.课堂活动的形式非常重要.调研发现,中职学生特别反感简单的反复操练,一遍一遍地抄单词、读对话,是他们认为非常枯燥的课堂活动.同学们反映,“我们虽然英语基础不够好,但是思维能力不低下,知识面也够宽,单调乏味的操练很让人厌倦.”如果能设计出既不要求有太高英语基础,又能展示学生思维能力和知识面的课堂活动,势必会受到学生欢迎.湖南省一位教师设计的一个课堂活动值得推广,她说,“许多老师都让学生把英文的名人名言抄写在黑板上,我也这么做,但这只是第一步.有一次,一位同学在黑板上写下failure is the mother of success. 等同学们都知道了这句谚语的汉语意思之后,我把谚语中的failure 和success擦掉,让同学们自己补充完整这个句子,并且小组评选,进而全班评选出最有哲理的新谚语.”同学们踊跃参与这一课堂活动,因为这个活动并不难,却能体现出一个人的思维深度和知识面的宽度.多给学生一些机会,让他们能够在英语课堂上获得学习的成就感,上课的时候他们也就不会那么无奈、无聊,而乐于参与.如果我们能多设计些类似的课堂活动,中职英语课堂会变得越来越轻松,越来越活跃.大赛集中考查的职业能力包括信息处理能力、沟通能力、思辨能力和协作能力.如果信息处理能力的培养形式不再是“探囊取物”式的,而是需要同学们经过思考才能得出的结论,是不是会提升活动的参与度呢?职场中不乏用到信息处理能力的例子,如果我们能引用到课堂教学之中,同学们会是什么反应呢?比如,作为秘书,你接到好几个找你领导的电话,而电话中提到的这些事情在时间上又有冲突.你在给领导汇报来电情况时如何提出建议,哪些需要优先办理,哪些可以推迟做,哪些可以直接回绝?像这样没有绝对正确答案的模拟职场活动的练习,对学生将来的职业发展既有帮助,又能展示每个同学的个性思维,相信会有好的收效.对于思维能力已基本接近成年人的中职学生来说,最不喜欢的沟通能力培养方面的练习估计就是“明知故问”了.一次公开课上,授课教师在课前跟学生一个一个地问,what’s your name? how old are you? 这样的练习难免让学生们弃如敝履.但是,如果我们让一个同学把眼睛蒙上,通过触觉来判断摸到的是什么物品,并且给出判断的理由.是不是会因为沟通具有了真实的交际性而有趣些呢?思辨能力的培养不是一蹴而就的,可以从让学生对简单的事物发表看法开始.比如your teacher has given you the school timetable. do you like it? now discuss with your partner to make your own school timetable.老师经常能听见学生拿到课表后说,“最烦某某课了,又排这么多.”利用好这种抱怨就可以把它转换成培养学生思辨能力的契机.比如我们可以问学生:你为什么讨厌这门课?请列出原因;你不喜欢它,但将来会不会用到这门课的知识?你喜欢什么课,为什么?你认为你喜欢的课应该排多少节?等等.待学生相应能力有所提高之后,可以选取讨论、辩论的形式,进一步提高学生的思辨能力.协作能力对于一个人的发展有着非常重要的作用.教师可以通过组织一些活动来锻炼学生这方面的能力.比如,让学生分小组组织不同的活动,交际语言必须使用英语.活动可以是组织一个party、设计一个海报、办一个小型的跳蚤市场等.这些活动的完成需要分工协作,同学们在组织和完成活动的过程中,既练习了英语沟通能力,又锻炼了协作能力.四、总结与建议从2021年6月份举办第一届职业英语技能大赛以来,才刚刚3年的时间.如果把大赛比作一棵树的话,它还远远没到枝繁叶茂、繁华似锦的阶段.我们如何浇水和施肥,才能让职业英语技能大赛这棵树茁壮成长,早日长出蔽日的绿荫、开出繁花、结出硕果,长成参天大树呢?1.扩大赛项影响,赢取关注支持大赛裁判组由职业英语教学专家、英语测评专家、母语为英语的外籍专家、知名企业人力资源部门负责人构成,确保成绩评判权威性的同时,也通过不同领域专家的参与更好地宣传本赛项,扩大赛项影响.比赛赛程对观众公开,多渠道传播本赛项的理念,展现中职学校英语教学改革成果,增强中职学生学习英语的信心,提高其学习英语的兴趣,获得社会各界对职业教育更多的关注和支持.2.规范举办省赛、市赛;扩大比赛参与度调查发现,尽管多数省、市层层办赛,选拔参加国赛的选手,还是有个别地区指定参赛选手,或者通过演讲比赛的形式选拔国赛选手.这样不规范的选拔,根本没有把大赛的理念传达到中职学校,大赛的影响力被人为地弱化了.要真正做到以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改,必须要做到各省市规范办赛,把大赛的理念原原本本地传达下去.为了能让更多师生了解大赛理念,在条件成熟的情况下,可以扩大国赛的参赛规模,也可以考虑增加网络比赛形式,吸引更多的参赛选手,让比赛真正深入人心,让更多的师生因大赛受益.3.组织教师培训,创新教学模式通过组织中职英语教师现场或在线观摩大赛、观看大赛视频光盘、参加现场培训等形式让老师们更好地接受大赛的理念,更清楚地了解大赛的形式和内容;组织教师进车间、进企业,帮助其了解行业、企业对中职学生英语能力的真正需求,进而做到把工学结合落到实处,这样教师们所教才会是学生们想学,并且学而能用的知识和技能.当然,教师们也需要通过参加培训进一步提升个人英语专业能力以及教学技能,以便能更好地传道、授业、解惑.通过树立一批把大赛考查内容与日常教学结合较好的教师典型,起到榜样作用,把大赛的引导力辐射到更大的范围.通过举办研讨课、观摩课、光盘课、在线观看等形式推广日常英语教学中渗透大赛考查能力培养的好课,从而推动广大中职英语教师从教学内容、课堂结构、教学方法、教学手段、评价方式等方面积极探索,把英语教学和专业培养目标紧密结合起来,处理好英语基本知识与专业英语技能的关系,使得中职英语教学能更好地围绕市场需求,培养出受行业、企业欢迎的从业者,从而建立有效的中职英语教学模式,为我国的经济建设服务.4.资源转化举办职业英语技能大赛的目的之一是优化教学资源配置,将赛项内容转化为教学成果,以此带动中职教育教学改革.通过建设大赛官方网站,整合优质赛题、获奖选手比赛视频、专家点评视频、指导教师访谈视频等资源,将优质的数字化竞赛资源向公众免费开放,以形象、立体、直观的方式展现大赛成果,为人才培养提供直观可借鉴的素材.将赛题题库内容整理成册,作为中职学生职业英语技能培训的教材,更好地促进中职学生通用职业场景中的英语应用能力及基本职业能力的培养.发掘并推广把通用职业场景中的英语应用能力及基本职业能力融入到教学中的优质课,推动中职教育教学改革.搭建优秀指导教师、优秀选手交流平台,加强全国中职师生的沟通与交流,分享经验,共同提高.开展“中职学生通用职业场景中的英语应用能力培养”“中等职业教育对职业能力的培养”等课题研究,组织行业、企业、院校专家及一线优秀教师共同参与,以其研究成果为国家规划教材修订、骨干教师培训、赛事设计等提供有意义的参考.结合赛项的实施情况和参赛队的表现,并根据从参赛师生、裁判处收集到的反馈意见,详细分析,严谨论证,邀请专家进行指导,形成《职业英语技能赛项分析报告》.明确赛项所反映的当今中等职业教育教学与人才培养方面存在的问题,并形成有针对性的意见和建议,用以指导日后的教材出版、教师培训、赛事设计等工作.五、结语在第三届大赛举办之前,笔者跟踪访问了一定数量的往届参赛选手.无论当时参赛是否取得优异成绩,他们表示,参赛经历是他们一笔宝贵的财富,他们的英语水平以及职业能力得到了锻炼和提升.2021年获得大赛一等奖的深圳技师学院的两位选手,一位由于出色的组织能力留校负责团委和学生工作,另一位由于良好的英语应用能力及职业能力成功应聘到一家外企工作.2021年获得大赛三等奖的北京代表队的一位选手目前在国外学习.一些选手因为在比赛中获得优异成绩而被高职院校或普通高校录取.还有一些选手虽然在大赛中未能取得好成绩,但凭借自己扎实的英语功底以及不懈的努力,获得了深造的机会.往届参赛选手非常感谢大赛执委会创建的这个交流学习、拓展视野、展示才华、提升能力的平台.大赛不是目的,而是途径,通往更加有效的中职英语教学;大赛不是终点,而是起点,走向中职英语教学改革;大赛不是万能的,而是调动中职英语教学参与者主观能动性的发动机,引发来自各方面的深层思考,把中职英语教学模式提升到一个新的高度,为推动我国中职英语教学模式和人才培养方式的转变做出更大贡献.在此,我也祝愿第三届职业英语技能大赛圆满成功,祝所有的参赛选手取得更好的成绩!正文已结束,您可以按alt+4进行评论。

二、竞赛目的通过此项目竞赛,检验参赛选手酒店专业操作技能的规范性和熟练性、酒店服务意识、现场问题的分析与处理能力、语言沟通表达能力和卫生安全操作意识,引导中职院校关注现代酒店行业发展趋势和对所需人才的新需求,促进酒店服务与管理等专业开展基于酒店实际工作过程导向的教学改革,加快酒店行业所需的高素质技能型人才的培养。

三、竞赛方式与内容本竞赛分中餐宴会摆台、客房中式铺床两个赛项,分别包含仪容仪表展示、现场操作、专业理论和英语口语等内容。

(一)竞赛方式竞赛采取个人比赛方式,每个参赛队可同时报两个分赛项,每个分赛项由2名选手组成,男女不限,即每个参赛队最多可报4名选手分别参加两个分赛项的比赛。

每个分赛项限1名指导教师。

竞赛流程:现场操作比赛专业理论和专业英语口试(1)现场比赛:两个分赛项分别进行①中餐宴会摆台:每组6名选手同时进行比赛,内容包括仪表仪容、中餐宴会摆台、餐巾折花和拉椅让座。

每支参赛队由领队、指导教师及2名参赛选手组成。

(二) 竞赛内容本次比赛内容分为能力在线、情境交流、职场应用、职业风采四部分,各部分得分分别占总成绩的10%、35%、40%、15%。

1. 能力在线选手上机操作,使用职业英语能力测试系统,自我评估通用职业场景下的综合语言应用能力。

每支参赛队2名选手卷面成绩的平均分乘以10%为此部分最终成绩,满分10分。

时间30分钟。

2.情境交流每支参赛队推选一名选手参加此轮的比赛。

选手从五组漫画或图片中抽取一组,漫画或图片内容皆是与选手将来工作或生活紧密相关的场景,呈现一个工作任务或事件。

经过一定时间的准备后,选手在90秒之内对漫画或图片内容做出描述并阐释个人见解,然后与外籍评委就漫画或图片主题及描述内容进行互动问答。

本环节满分35分。

3.职场应用选手以2人团队为单位完成一个通用职业场景中的任务,如制定工作方案、工作流程等。

山西省第九届职业院校技能大赛高职组三维建模数字化设计与制造赛项(模拟题 )“数据采集与再设计”阶段( 总时间: 3 小时)任务书二〇一五年四月二日注意事项1、参赛选手在比赛过程中应该遵守相关的规章制度和安全守则,如有违反,则按照相关规定在考试的总成绩中扣除相应分值;2、参赛选手的比赛任务书用参赛证号、组别、场次、工位号标识,不得写有姓名或与身份有关的信息,否则视为作弊,成绩无效。

3、比赛任务书当场启封、当场有效。

比赛任务书按一队一份分发,竞赛结束后当场收回,不允许参赛选手带离赛场,也不允许参赛选手摘录有关内容,否则按违纪处理。

4、各参赛队注意合理分工,选手应相互配合,在规定的比赛时间内完成全部任务,比赛结束时,各选手必须停止操作计算机。

5、请在比赛过程中注意实时保存文件,由于参赛选手操作不当而造成计算机“死机”、“重新启动”、“关闭”等一切问题,责任自负。

2015年全国职业院校技能大赛中职组职业英语技能赛项其他类专业组职场应用环节样题比赛说明:本环节含两个阶段。

第一阶段:在备赛区进行,限时 30分钟,两名选手通过沟通和协作完成并提交任务单(Worksheet ,并按照比赛要求分别准备第二阶段的比赛内容。

第二阶段:在赛场进行,选手 A 按要求向评委陈述任务完成情况(限时 3分钟,选手 B 回答评委的现场提问(限时 2分钟。

每位选手比赛时间剩余 15秒时,响提示铃。

每位选手比赛时间终止,响终止铃,选手必须停止汇报或作答。

本部分满分 30分。

6.参赛选手若提前结束比赛,应向裁判举手示意,比赛终止时间由裁判记录,参赛选手结束比赛后不得再进行任何操作。

7.参赛选手完成比赛项目后,提请裁判到工位处检查确认并登记相关内容,选手签字确认后听从裁判指令离开赛场。

裁判填写执裁报告。

“2012年全国职业院校技能大赛”中职组电子商务技术赛项规程修改说明有关参赛学校:“2012年全国职业院校技能大赛”官方网站()已公布了本赛项的规程(包括技术规范和赛项须知)。

为使竞赛方案设计更加科学合理,赛项专家组于5月10日再次对相关规程进行了研究,并做出如下说明或修改:1.原规程中对知识测试部分有参考书的表述,按组委会统一规定,本次比赛不指定任何参考教材,具体考核范围以技能大赛官网公布的规程为准。

2.原规程中有表述“竞赛命题由组委会按照电子商务行业相应工种职业标准”,鉴于目前我国电子商务行业考试的实际情况,可参考两个行业考试,一个是劳动部的电子商务师,一个是软件水平考试的电子商务技术员和电子商务师,但本赛项不能与其完全对应。

“2012年全国职业院校技能大赛”中职组职业英语技能赛项样题及说明(一)比赛目的以赛促学,以赛促教是本次大赛的目标。

大赛致力于为全国中职学生及英语教师创建一个交流学习、拓展视野、展示才华的平台,推动中职英语教学模式和人才培养方式的转变,展现中职学校英语教学改革成果,着力于中职学生沟通能力、信息处理能力、创新能力、思辨能力的综合培养,服务于中职英语教学改革的发展需求。

(二)比赛构成比赛共由四个环节构成:在线测评、情境交流、职场应用和职业风采。

(三)比赛各环节详细解析第一环节在线测评本环节要求每支参赛队的所有选手在计算机上使用“职业英语能力测试系统”完成,旨在考查选手在通用职场情境下的输入型语言技能(即听力技能和阅读技能)。

1●第二环节情境交流本环节要求每支参赛队选取1名选手进行现场比赛,旨在考查选手用英语描述事物的能力、现场应答能力和时间掌控能力。

本环节含两个阶段。

第一阶段:在备赛区进行,限时30分钟。

选手阅读图片并为第二阶段的比赛做准备。

第二阶段:在赛场进行,限时3分钟。

选手先用90秒时间描述整组图片内容(内容可适当扩展),然后于90秒之内回答评委的现场提问。

●第三环节:职场应用本环节要求每支参赛队选取2名选手进行现场比赛,旨在考查选手用英语完成任务的能力和初步职业能力(对信息的处理能力、团队协作能力、语言表达能力和时间掌控能力)。
