发展北方古镇旅游现状问题与对策研究

——以古北水镇为例

摘要：随着经济的迅速发展，人们越来越重视精神文明。而古镇作为人们的精神家园，遗留及保存下来的不同历史时期的古镇文化受到了国内外旅游者的青睐。古镇是不可再生的历史文化遗产，对古迹、遗址的保护尤其重要，它是旅游发展的保证。在中国北方地区，有一些历史悠久的古镇，他们具有资源条件方面的优势，那么探索北方古镇旅游的现状和问题就有助于促进古镇旅游的发展。本文以古北水镇为例，实地考察古北水镇的旅游发展情况，运用了文献研究，实地考察等方法旨在为北方古镇旅游的发展提出建议。

本文首先对本课题的研究背景、内容以及研究的意义进行了交待；然后在古镇旅游的研究方面，从问题与对策的角度总结了目前几方面的研究文献；紧接着探究了目前北方古镇旅游的的现状与问题；再以古北水镇为例，简单介绍了古北水镇，总结了古北水镇旅游发展存在的问题并提出了建议，最后提出了繁荣发展北方古镇旅游的对策思考。

Study on present situation and countermeasures of northern ancient town tourism —— Taking Gubei ancient town as an example

Abstract:With the rapid development of the economy, people pay more and more attention to the spiritual civilization. And the ancient town as the spiritual home of the people, the legacy and preserved in different historical periods of ancient town culture by domestic and foreign tourists of all ages. The ancient town is not renewable historical and cultural heritage, the protection of monuments and sites is particularly important,it is the guarantee of tourism sustainable development.In the northern area of china,there are many tourist town, they have resources advantages, current situation and problems of the ancient town tourism exploration is helpful to better development and utilization of ancient town.

This paper presented the research background of the subject, the content and the research theory and the practical significance;then study the ancient town tourism form home and abroad,summarized the several aspects of the research literature;then explores the current situation of resources and development of the northern . common

characteristics; finally in Gubei town as an example, introduces the Gubei town and his development mode, and summarized the existing Gubei town tourism development problems, and then according to the existing problems, put forward specific measures.

一、绪论

(一）研究背景

随着人们收入水平的不断提高、大众文化品味的提升、闲暇时间的逐渐增多，旅游在一些发达地区一些高收入人群中逐渐兴起，并以很快的速度成为比较普及的休闲方式，这种情形决定了旅游者的消费能级的增高，对于古镇旅游的发展提供了积极的支持。另外古镇旅游相对于一些消费水平较高的旅游产品比如游轮旅游、出境游等有更强的价格优势，因此无论是以个人为单位的观光旅游，还是以家庭为单位的休闲旅游，古镇旅游都是当下十分热门且流行的选择之一。

近些年来，我国古镇旅游更是进入了高速发展期，特别是以同里、周庄、乌镇为代表的江南水乡古镇的发展尤其令人瞩目。江南水乡的传统古镇旅游起步较早，自1980年代末至今经过20多年的发展，该区域的传统古镇已经基本形成具有自身特色的发展模式，也有了较为稳定成熟的客源市场。相比之下，北方古镇旅游却仍然处于探索发展中。北方颇具代表性的古镇不是没有，却相对缺乏知名度，游览观光人次也远不及南方古镇，作为旅游资源对游客的吸引力也没有南方的古镇大。古北水镇是典型的北方古镇之一，本文以古北水镇为例研究探讨分析了北方古镇旅游开发的现状与存在的问题，针对性地提出了北方古镇旅游开发的策略与建议。

第一部分绪论部分对此论文的研究背景研究内容研究意义进行了系统的分析，第二部分对古镇旅游研究的理论成果进行了概括和阐述，第三部分说明了北方古镇旅游的现状，第四部分以古北水镇为例研究了其旅游发展过程中的问题并针对性的提出了相关的建议，第五部分提出了繁荣北方古镇旅游发展的原则与对应的策略与建议，最后结论部分对发展北方古镇旅游现状问题及对策研究的结论
