对幼儿入园焦虑的研究

摘要

幼儿的入园焦虑是一个普遍存在于新入园幼儿中的问题，当家长把新入园幼儿送到幼儿园并离开之后，幼儿们都表现出不同程度的焦虑。有研究表明，幼年时期的严重的入园焦虑如处理不当,成年后可能会患有恐惧综合症,影响今后的生活工作，为一生留下祸患。如何帮助幼儿实现从家庭向幼儿园顺利转变与过度,有效地缓解幼儿入园焦虑、提高入园的适应性,是儿童发展中一个无法回避的课题。因此，本文从了解幼儿入园焦虑的表现出发,进而分析幼儿入园焦虑产生的原因，在此基础上提出缓解幼儿入园焦虑的对策。在解决此问题上，家长与教师应携手，针对幼儿不同的焦虑反应,采取科学有效的措施缓解幼儿的入园焦虑,使其在幼儿园中健康快乐的成长,为日后的教育生活打下良好的基础。
