1.During the past two years as the head of small & micro finance department of Liuzhou Branch, Ihave made remarkable achievements and granted 1.2 billion RMB of small & micro loan, ranking top among all second-level banks. In the meantime, I lead the risk control team to control the access to credit and manage the problematic loans and control the small & microbad loans rate within a reasonable level. In 2014, 1.2 billion RMB of small & micro credit loans were granted by Liuzhou Branch among which the bad loans only reached 15 million RMB, accounting for about 1.5%.
