论我国加工贸易发展存在的问题及对策摘要：改革开放以来，我

国加工贸易发展迅速，现已成为我国对外贸易的重要方式。然而加工贸易取得

巨大发展的同时，还存在很多如区域发展不平衡、产品附加值低、国内相关产

业带动作用弱、劳动力传统比较优势逐渐减弱等严重问题。因此，加工贸易转

型升级势在必行。加工贸易转型升级已成为“1015”时期我国外贸发展的重要

课题。本文从加工贸易的企业性质以及产业结构等方面描述了我国加工贸易的

发展现状及特点，分析了我国加工贸易发展的问题，并提出了促进加工贸易发

展转型升级的措施和建议。关键词：加工贸易、产业结构、产品附加值、自主

Therefore, the transformation and upgrading of processing trade is imperative. The transformation and upgrading of the processing trade has become the a important part of the Fifty National Peoples Congress, This thesis elaborated on the actuality and characteristic of China’s processing trade, and then analyzed the existing problem of China’s processing trade.
