Testing procedure as below:

1>Suspend (time: 5 minutes)

2>Discharging (constant current)

3>Suspend (time: 5 minutes)

4>Charging (constant current/voltage)

5>Suspend (time: 5 minutes)

6>Cycle test (1 cycle: from step 2 to step 4)

7>Finish test

Features and protective function: Short-circuit protective function:

Charging / discharging functional test (on-line fully test)

Charging test Discharging test Short-circuit protection functional test (on-line fully test)

Over-charging protection functional test (sample per S-3)

Once the power bank shows that battery is fully charged, so that:

1>No input current to the battery, and

2>Charging indication light off or fully charging indication lighting up

3>Battery voltage should not exceed 4.2 V after over-charging (normal fully charged

time plus 1 hour charged)

Over-discharging protection functional test (sample per S-3)

Power Bank Requirements

Abuse test (sample per S-3)

1>USB socket plug & unplug cycle test (50 cycles)

2>Switch / control button cycle test (50 cycles)

3>Indication light cycle test (50 cycles)
