When the earthquake happened, everything seemed collapsed. Only a few seconds, it brought horror and flurry, and left just misfortune.Houses fell down, roads were blocked. Some people who had not escaped successfully were faced with waiting and death; some who survived themselves couldn’t find their families; some lost their child；some lost their lover… What brought by the earthquake is not just the destruction of the family, is more of the fragmentation of heart.

Faced with disaster, our people proved to be perseverant. There is no doubt that they were all painfully sad, but they chose to put sorrows aside temporary, and appeared to be clam and unhurried. They had begun to organize rescue work before the arrival of the rescue teams.

53 seconds after the earthquake, the first weibo had been uploaded in the

network; within an hour, emergency response plan launched in an orderly

way; Within 3 hours, the first rescue teams rushed to the epicenter, and

more than 400 critically ill patients were sent to different place to rescue.

At the scene of the disaster, survivors and rescuers together raced with

death, saved lives.

At the Medical sites of the people's hospital in Lushan County, a nurse

fell unconsciously because of long time work. Let’s pay tribute to the

On April 21, in the severely afflicted area-Baosheng Village, an armed police officer was hit heavily by falling rocks because of the aftershock when he was on his way to rescue.
