Unit 5 Sports

【教学目标】

1.知识目标:熟练掌握单词:ski, skate, swim, play football, play table tennis.

2.能力目标:The students are required to be able to speak and use these new words freely in daily life. The teacher should as much as he/she can encourage the students to speak English in daily life.

3.情感目标:The teacher should create a condition where the students can enjoy themselves much while they are learning English. In other words, learning English should be a fun, not a boring job.

【过程与方法】

通过唱英语歌曲、游戏、表演、单词卡片等形式多样的活动让学生掌握本课的单词和句子。

【教学重难点】

重点:熟练掌握并拼写单词:ski, skate, swim, play football, play table tennis.

难点:It’s difficult for students to master these new words well and pronounce them correctly. Especially, it’s difficult for them to speak them well.

【教学工具】

words cards, recorder, speaker.

【教学过程】

Step 1.Greeting:

T: Class begins.

P: Stand up and sing: Good morning, good morning, good morning teacher.

T: Sing: Good morning, good morning, good morning children.

P: Good morning teacher.

T: Good morning children.

P: Sit down, please

Step 2.Warm up:

Sing songs.

Step 3.New class presentation:

1.teach the word “ski”.

出示一张滑雪的图片。

T:这位小朋友在干什么啊?

Ss:滑雪。

T:right,他正在滑雪。(出示单词ski,领读几遍,然后抽查学生读,且加以纠正其发音)

2.teach the word “skate”.

出示一张滑冰的图片。

T:这位小朋友在干什么啊?

Ss:滑冰。

T:right.,她正在在滑冰。(出示单词skate,领读几遍,然后抽查学生读,且加以纠正其发音)

3.出示swim的图片,用相同的方法教学生掌握单词。

4.Teach the phrases:play football, play table tennis(出示图

片)。

T: 说一说大家都在玩什么呢?

S1:踢足球

S2:打乒乓球

T:同学们说的真好,大家都在玩这些运动呢,那么我也可以玩,这怎么表达呢?

用I can 来表达。我能跑:I can run.等等来表达我可以…

I can ski.

I can swim.

….
