∙She has the qualification of British litigators , and ever worked as an lawyer in a City law firm and a medium-sized commerical enterprise respectively , at the same time serving as the director of the local government's lawsuit department.

∙2001年米娜移居北京,自此曾先后历任全球最大人力资源和招聘公司公共关系经理、法律和财经界猎头,中国国家外服公司(FESCO)企业客户开发部主管,及一家人力资源和招聘公司的创始合伙人。
