无工频变压器开关稳压电源

摘要

无工频变压器开关稳压电源以其独有的体积小、重量轻、效率高(包括功率因数大)、输出形式多样化(主要指路数和极性)、稳压范围宽等特点已逐步取代了传统的线性稳压电源,已被应用到与电有关的各个领域,具有十分广阔的应用前景。本文阐述了基于自激型单端反激式隔离型DC-DC变换器电路的应用——手机万能充电器。由于手机使用可充电的电池,便需要对电池进行充电,因此手机电池充电器是一种需求量极大的日常电子消费品,该电路具有结构简单,调试容易,工作可靠等优点,适于小功率输出的场合。由高频功率开关管和高频变压器为核心构成了自激型反激式DC-DC变换器,通过自激型自激激励电路控制功率开关管按一定的周期“开”、“关”,并且变换器是间歇工作方式,即在50HZ交流电的正半周才工作,在负半周不工作,通过整流滤波电路,可将市电220V变成约310V的直流电压、经过由高频功率开关管和高频变压器组成的逆变电路,将310V 的直流电变成了高频变压器次级输出的频率较高的交流电,将此高频交流电经过高频整流滤波电路,可变成负载所需的低压直流电。

Abstract

No frequency transformer switching power supply with its unique small size, light weight, high efficiency (including power factor large), the output form the diversity (number and polarity of the main guiding), wide voltage range and so has gradually replaced the traditional linear power supply, has been applied to various fields and electrical-related, have very broad application prospects. In this paper, based on self-excited type single-ended flyback isolated DC-DC converter circuit applications - mobile phone universal charger. As mobile phone use rechargeable batteries, they need to charge the battery, so mobile phone battery charger is a great demand for daily consumer electronics, the circuit has simple structure and easy to work and reliable, suitable for small power the output of the occasion. By the high-frequency power switch and high-frequency transformer as the core constitute the self-excited flyback type DC-DC converter, through the self-excited-type self-excited excitation control of power switch circuit the cycle by a certain "open", "Off", and converter is the intermittent work, that is 50HZ AC positive half weeks to work in the negative half cycle is not working, through the rectifier filter circuit can be turned into electricity at about 310V 220V DC voltage, after the high-frequency power switch and inverter circuit composed of high-frequency transformer, the 310V of direct current into a high-frequency transformer secondary output high frequency AC, this high-frequency alternating current through the high-frequency rectifier circuit, low-voltage direct current into the load required .
