本学期，我中队是一个团结奋进的中队;是一个充满活力的中队。

(2)中队在上级领导的大力支持和正确领导下，积极开展各项中队活动。

通过活动，队员们的能力得到了充分提高;思想更加活跃，行动更加积极，学习也更认真了。

一、树立目标，热爱集体。

在一个集体里，精神文明的建设在很大程度上直接影响着学生的言行举止，对学生思想行为有着重大的指
导作用。

因此，开学伊始，我班就制定了争当文明班，争做好学生、好孩子的目标。

通过讲道理、讲故事和参加各项活动，学生明白：班集体的荣誉与个人是密切联系的，作为班的一员要为班集体争光;并让学生时刻牢记自己是省一级学校的学生，要以省一级学生的要求来严格要求自己，要为校争光，并且要把这个思想贯彻到日常生活行动中。

有了这样一个思想行为准则，学生在日常学习生活中能严格要求自己，并逐渐形成了热爱集体，为集体争光的良好班风学风。

二、培养队干，齐抓共管。

学期伊始，我就对原班班干做了相应调整，鼓励队干大胆开展工作，要求班队干要详细分工，又紧密配合，并大胆使用一些调皮捣蛋却能吃苦耐劳的男孩担任大扫除或其它劳动的总负责，使这些队员倍感自豪。

通过对班队干的合理使用，我中队的集体荣誉感大大增强，全体队员目标一致，纷纷表示要为班集体争荣誉。

另外，通过对班队干的锻炼，也培养出了一批优秀的学生干部。

三、活动促进，培养能力。

活动是培养学生各项素质、增强班级凝聚力的最有效的载体，是培育优秀种子的最好的土地。

因此，我中队除了积极参与学校组织的各项活动外，还开展了大量的中队活动。

1、充分利用班会课，针对班里出现的各种问题，组织各种主题活动。

在《我是节俭小能手》的班队主题活动中，队员们懂得了节俭的重要性，学到了许多课本上没有的知识。

在设计科技板报的活动中，提高了队员们动手能力、审美能力，丰富了学生的科技知识。

2、积极参加体育锻炼，既强体又大显身手。

本学期，我中队参加学校校运会，队员们表示今年仍要加强锻炼，继续为校争光!四、做好计划，总结改进。

本学期，除了学期计划与总结外，我还做到每周有
周计划、周小结，每次活动有活动计划、活动总结。

确立各阶段的目标，并及时分析情况，总结经验。

通过以上工作，我中队在本学期的各项工作中均取得了好成绩，获得文明班称号，期末成绩排在年级前茅。

今后，我们一定会更加努力，争取更大的成绩。
