DZ47-63小型低压漏电断路器使用说明书1、小型低压漏电断路器用途DZ47LE漏电脱扣器与DZ47-63小型断路器拼装成漏电断路器，它适用于交流50HZ、额定电压到380V，额定电流到63A的电路中，作为人身触电和设备漏电保护之用，并且有过载、短路保护功能，也可以在正常情况下作为线路的不频繁转换之用。
当它兼有过电压保护功能时，除了以上功能外，还能对由于电网故障引起的电压过度升高（例如由于中心线错接、断开、三相负载不平衡引起的电压升高）进行保护。
2、小型低压漏电断路器正常工作条件2.1周围空气温度-5℃～+40℃,24H内平均值不超过35℃；2.2海拔：安装地点的海拔高度不超过2000M。
2.3大气条件安装地点的空气相对湿度在最高温度+40℃时不超过50%，在最湿月的月平均最低温度不起过+25℃,相对温度不超过90%。
2.4安装类别安装类别为II III级。
2.5污染等级：污染等级为2级。
2.6安装型式采用标准导轨安装。
3.小型低压漏电断路器产品型号的含义4、小型低压漏电断路器分类4.1按额定电流分：6A、10A、16A、20A、25A、32A、40A、50A 63A共九种。
4.2按极数分：单极两线、两极两线、三极三线、三极四线、四极四线。
4.3按保护种类分：有过载、短路及漏电保护；4.4按瞬时脱扣器特性分：C型、D型。
5、小型低压漏电断路器结构和工作原理5.1结构漏电断路器由CNPB1系列断路器和漏电脱扣器组装而成，其拼装过程参见拼装图。
漏电脱扣器主要由零序互感器、电子判别控制电路、脱扣器推标杆、试验按钮等组成。
5.2工作原理将漏电断路器手柄扳向ON位置时，通过机械机构带动动触头并与静触头可靠接触，接通电路、当线路发生过载故障时，过载电流使热双金属元件弯曲并推动扛杆使得机械锁定机构复位，动触头迅速离开静触头，从而实现分断线路的功能；当线路发生短路故障时，零序互感器输出的信号触发可控硅导通，漏电断路器在0.3S内切断电源，从而实现漏电保护功能；过压保护是利用分压原理取得过电压压信号触发可控硅导通，漏电脱扣器的铁芯动作，推杆推动断路器脱扣，使漏电断路器在0.3S内切断电源，从而实现过压保护功能。

5.2 过电流脱扣特性:断路器在正常安装条件和基准环境温度30 ℃ 下的过电流脱扣特性应符合下表的规定。
