SB2100流量积算仪说明书发布时间:2011-7-15 18:40:08SB2100流量积算仪说明书前言长期以来,流量的计量一直是计量工作中的重点和难点,它直接影响着企业运行的稳定和企业成本的控制,同时,随着区域集中供热的发展,更是对流量的计量提出了新要求,为了满足这一目标,除了选择合理的现场流量计外,也同时需要配备性能优异的流量积算仪,这样才能组合成完善的流量计量管理。
SB-2000系列和SB-2100系列流量积算仪就是适应了上述要求的产品,它不仅具备传统的质量计量,同时增加了热量计量、热差量计量、断电记忆、密码设置、定量输出、定时打印和通讯联网等,产品分数码管显示(SB-2000系列)和液晶显示(SB-2100系列),在接线上可直接与各种流量计配套,而且操作简易。
SB-2100系列流量积算仪采用12864图形点阵液晶显示器显示,通过全中文菜单式设定,可测量介质的质量流量、热流量、热差量、标准体积流量等,它由2100A、2100B、2100D、2100H、2100K、2100S、2100V和2100W八种型号组成,其中,2100A属于通用型,适合测量饱和蒸汽、过热蒸汽、热水和一般气体的流量、热量等;2100B是适用于天然气、压缩空气、氧气和氮气的流量计量;2100D是在2100A的基础上增加了协议计量功能,可对超出设定范围的流量进行协议计量;2100H 是根据国家城镇建设行业标准CJ 128-2000,用于饱和汽或热水的入口出口热差量的计量;2100K 是在SB-2100A的基础上,通过设定一定量值,当累积流量达到该定量值时能输出继电信号;2100S是分时段计量的积算仪,可任意将一天设置成峰﹑谷﹑平时段;2100V是用于V形锥流量计的配套积算仪;2100W是用于弯管流量计的配套积算仪。
本说明书主要介绍SB-2100A﹑SB-2100B﹑SB-2100H和SB-2100K积算仪。
1、流量输入信号:接收差压变送器、电磁流量计的0~10 mA、4~20mA电流信号或涡街流量计的0~5000Hz频率信号。
插入式流量计使用说明书
一、简介HHCD系列电磁流量计的产品性能符合行业标准JB/T9248-1999。
在出厂前必须通过多个技术指标的严格检验。
流量计到货后,请您务必检查其外观,确认运输过程中仪表有无损坏。
请参考本章内容检查仪表附件。
HHCD插入式电磁流量计是在管道式电磁流量计的基础上发展起来的一种新型流体流量仪表。
它在保留管道式电磁流量计优点的基础上,针对管道式电磁流量计在大管道上安装困难,费用大等缺陷,根据尼库接磁(NIKURADS)原理,用电磁方法通过测量流体的平均流速,从而获得流体的体积流量。
特别是采用带压开孔、带压安装技术后,插入式电磁流量计可在不停车(水)的情况下安装,也可在铸铁管道,水泥管道上安装。
插入式电磁流量计的研制成功,为流体流量的检测提供了一种新的手段。
与一般电磁流量计不同的是,插入式电磁流量计的传感器是外侧形成外发射磁场,测量电极在传感器的端部或两侧如下图所示电磁流量计原理。
值得注意的是,外发射磁场电磁流速传感器的感应信号受信号受流体和磁场的边界层厚度影响,会降低测量的线性度。
对HHCD插入式电磁流量计来说,管路中导电的液体就是在磁场中运动的导体,两电极间的距离就是导体的长度L。
其感应电压与平均流速成正比。
比时管道中流体流量就可由此得出:Q=∏D2U/4KBLD:测量管内径U:感应电压B:磁感应强度K:与磁场分布有关的系数1.1、检查型号和规格型号和技术规格可从电磁流量计铭牌、出厂校验单上查到,检查一下该仪表型号和技术规格是否与所定仪表型号和技术规格一致。

测量时将检测管插入管路中,并使全压和背压探头中心轴线处于过流断面中心且与流线方向一致,全压探头测孔正面应对来流,检测流体总压,并将其传递给差压变送器;同时背压探头测孔拾取节流静压也将其传递给变送器,变送器读取总静压差值并将其转换成相应的电流信号(4~20mA)传送给传给数据采集模块。
该装置型式批准证书号为:2016C127-11。
其原理是基于差压测量原理,测量装置安装在管道上,其探头插入管道,当管道内有气流流动时,迎风面受气流冲击,在此处气流的动能装换成压力能,因而迎风面管内压力较高,其压力称为“全压”,背风侧由于不受气流冲压,其管道内的压力为管内的静压力,其压力称为“静压”,全压和静压之差称为差压,其大小与管道内的风速有关,风速越大,差压越大;风速小,差压也小,风速与差压的关系符合伯努利方程:V= K(2ΔP/ρ)0.5式中,V为风速(m/s),K为测量装置系数,ΔP表示差压(Pa),ρ表示气体密度(kg/m3)。

安防技术_GE2000数字矩阵使用说明书
GE2000数字矩阵使用说明书GE2000数字矩阵主要实现监视远程图像、图像上电视墙、参数调节、控制前端云台镜头、录像、远程布/撤防的功能。
网络端连接配置:连接前的准备情况:1,需要安装解码卡驱动,把解码卡安装好。
2,当安装好解码卡后,设置配置路数,根据实际情况配置。
3,要求主机的显卡是64MB或更高,机器的操作系统是WIN2000操作系统,内存最少256MB内存。
4,网络带宽是10MB以上。
以下为操作的基本步骤:打开【开始】-【程序】-【黄金眼M4存储王网控】-【系统配置程序】后,弹出一个对话框,如下图所示:这个对话框是用来配置通道类型的,GE2000数字矩阵是采用的硬解码选择015-硬解码网控,(注:“010-网控A”是软解码的设置,不能进行矩阵切换上电视墙。

设置完点“确定”按钮会弹出“系统配置程序”的登陆对话框,如下图所示选择“用户名和密码”登陆后,会弹出配置对话框,“通道类型”的配置也可在[视频]配置选项卡进行配置,如下图:第一步:在左边的编辑框中选择“视频通道”选项。
第二步:选择[增加]按钮弹出如下对话框,设置如下图所示:注:板卡类型选择“010-软解码网控A”(硬解码的类型)例如,配置4个网络端的视频输入;就增加4个视频通道,最后结果如下图所示注意:不要配置视频源,只需要配置视频通道就可以了,如果配置了视频源,将无法连接图像,系统运行将不正常。
然后选择【网络】页框中,设置用户想要连接的主机(可以设置多台),注意在本地连接中所有的主机都要选择一样的连接方式,不能一台是TCP/IP而别的是UDP方式,配置如下:单元号:主机端配置程序为该系统配置的主机单元号。
在以往的网控程序,连接主机直接通过主机IP,单元号无关紧要,但对于以后的网控系统,单元号设置不正确可能导致连接不上。
主机名:主机名称的助记符,不一定与该主机的网络名称相同,该名称将出现在网控程序左边的视图中。
主机IP:主机的IP地址。

If you have any problems with the meter, refer to the Maintenance and Troubleshooting sections of the manual.This manual contains connection and op-erating instructions for the OMEGA FPDSeries meters. For models with displays and /or 4-20 mA output, anadditional instruction manual is provided.The flowmeter has incorporated the oval ro-tor principal into its design. This has proven to be a reliable and highly accurate method of measuring flow. Exceptional repeatability and high accuracy over a wide range offluid viscosities and flowrates are features of the oval rotor design. With low pressure drop and high pressure rating, oval rotor flowmeters are suitable for both gravity and pump (in-line) applications.Please read this informationcarefully before use!Before use, confirm the fluid to be used is compatible with the meter. Refer to Industry fluid compatibility charts or consult yourlocal representative for advice.To prevent damage from dirt or foreignmatter it is recommended that a Y or bas-ket type 200 mesh strainer be installed as close as possible to the inlet side of the meter. Contact your local representative for advice.NOTE: To prevent damage to the meter, slowly fill the system with fluid (this will prevent damage caused by air purge). Failure to do this could damage the meter.To reduce pressure build up, turn off the pump at the end of each day.1. Use thread sealant on all pipe threads.2. Ensure the meter is installed so that rotor shafts are always in a horizontal plane. Flow is bi-directional.3. OMEGA recommends use of flexible connections.4. Extreme care must be taken when installing the meter. Pipe strain or overtightening the meter connections can cause meter damage.Your meter is equipped with both a Hall Effect sensor and a Reed Switch sensor. The equipment you are sending the pulse signal to will determine which sensor you use. The wires for the unused sensor will not be used. ⑵ 了解流量计的标定方法。
⑶ 测定文丘里流量计的流量标定曲线(流量-压差关系)和流量系数和雷诺数之间的关系(Re 0 C 关系)。
实验设备的特点:⑴ 结构紧凑, 流程简单, 设备投资少。
⑵ 使用方便, 安全可靠, 节省实验时间。
⑶ 装置体积小, 重量轻, 移动方便。
二、主要仪器仪表及技术参数⑴ 离心泵: 型号 WB 70/055 转速n 2800 转/分 流量Q 20~120 L /min, 扬程H 19~13.5m⑵ 贮水槽: 550mm ×400mm ×450mm ⑶ 试验管路: 内径 26.0mm⑷ 涡轮流量计:φ25,最大流量 10m 3/h ,仪表常数830.54次/升 ⑸ 文丘里流量计:喉径φ15mm⑹ 转子流量计:LZB-25,量程0.25-2.5m 3/h ⑺ 铜电阻温度计;⑻ 差压变送器: 0-200kPa三、实验装置流程用离心泵3将贮水槽1的水直接送到实验管路中,经涡轮流量计计量后分别进入到转子流量计、文丘里流量计,最后返回贮水槽1。
用文丘里流量计测量时把阀门5打开,阀门6关闭;转子流量计测量时把阀门6打开,阀门5关闭。
流量由调节阀5、6来调节,温度由铜电阻温度计测量。

一、2000标准负荷测量仪简介2000标准负荷(扭矩)系列测量仪是一款经过10年大量实践检验被最广泛认知的基础力学测量仪器,10年来先进的测量器具在基础力学测量领域中的推广应用和称重传感器在性能、质量、产能以及在世界市场上份额的增加,该系列仪器有着不可磨灭的贡献,应用领域包括:精密力值测量;扭矩测量、材料性能测试、应力应变测量、峰值测量以及基于应变原理传感器的生产检测领域。

2000A型仪表为最常用的测力计配套仪表,具有很高的可靠性和性能价格比,6或40个数据通道,额定显示分度5万,重复性、线性<0.01%FS, AD转换速率50~500次/秒,mV/V量值准确度:0.030%+0.020%(准确度采用相对于读数+相对于量程的不确定度描述方法,以下同),温度系数:<20ppm+10ppm,该款仪表主要应用于当量准确度为0.3%的标准测力计和常规力值测量。
2000B型仪表提供更高的准确度和测量效率,适用于当量准确度为0.1%的标准测力计、标准叠加式测力机和高要求测量需求,6或40个数据通道,显示分度20万,重复性、线性<0.005%FS,mV/V量值准确度:0.015%+0.010%,温度系数:<10ppm+5ppm。
2000D型仪表为扭矩测量仪表,6或40个数据通道,额定显示分度5万,重复性、线性<0.01%FS,AD转换速率50次/秒~500次/秒,mV/V量值准确度:0.030%+0.020%,温度系数:<20ppm+10ppm。
2000E型仪表为应变式传感器检测、补偿和调整的专用仪表,可直接显示传感器输出信号mV/V 的测量值,信号输入范围:-12mV/V~+12mV/V,最小分辨率:0.01 V/V(等效于6.5位数字电压表),重复性、线性<0.005%FS,mV/V量值准确度:0.015%+0.010%,温度系数:10ppm+5ppm,内置传感器供桥电源,可替代“稳压电源+数字万用表”的传感器检测、补偿和调整方法。

一概述§1.1 引言欢迎您选择使用性能更优异、功能更多、采用了专利技术制造的FV2000系列超声波流量计。
第七版中英文显示FV2000型超声波流量计是在第五版同型号超声波流量计的基础上,采用低电压多脉冲平衡发射接收专利技术设计的一种全新通用时差型多功能超声波流量计,适用于工业环境下连续测量不含大浓度悬浮粒子或气体的大多数清洁均匀液体的流量和热量。
同前一版流量计相比,新版流量计具有以下更多的优点(1)校正后精度可达到0.5级;(2)采用了平衡差分发射和平衡差分接受电路,抗干扰性能和适应性能有很大提高,能适用于大功率变频器工作场合;(3)采用了最新集成电路,电路参数进行了优化,使生产工艺更简单,而整机可靠性和一致性等性能更加优异。

第一章1.0 简介为了计算气体的总能量、体积量和瞬时流量而设计了2000型气体测量修正仪。
在计算时,使用了涡轮流量计的脉冲输出(或者超声流量计的输出)以及温度变送器和测量管线压力的压力变送器的输出。
如果需要的话,该修正仪可以使用预先设定的或者实时输入的气体相对密度(即比重)、气体的组分数据和热值。
为了计算气体流量,采用了以下几种计算气体压缩因子(Z因子)的方法,如:AGA 8,ISO12213和AGA 3 ,NX19。
对于一些特定应用场所,也可以采用固定的Z因子。
修正仪能够对所有实时输入的信号进行上、下限报警,而在报警的状态下,可以使用默认值来取代处于报警状态的参数以进行流量计算。
对于发生和取消报警的时间都有指示,同时也提供报警的输出信号。
本修正仪的特点是它采用数字通讯,温度与压力变送器都采用HART协议进行通讯,从而消除了校准修正仪及调节电位器的必要。
这一特点也限制了由于环境温度所带来的流量测量误差,只有温度和压力变送器的温度系数会产生误差。
修正仪有两个RS232/RS485串行数据通讯接口,为了能和系统的其他器件通讯,通讯协议为MODBUS ASCII,还有一个ASCII的串行通讯协议可以和大多数打印机通讯。
为了使操作数据和流量测量结果具有最大的安全性同时保持辅助功能的灵活性,修正仪具有编辑功能:既可以更改已选定的数据同时又利用临界数据保持其安全性。
为确保所有的信号都在设计要求的范围内,对所有的输入输出信号都进行测试。
当报警发生和清除时,每一个报警显示都记录发生和清除的时间。
如有报警发生时,可以选定将报警期间的累计总量单独累计并单独显示。
第二章2000型气体测量修正仪,它包括一个19英寸标准尺寸的安装支架(但只有1/2 宽),还包括和母板连接的许多接插件式的印刷电路板。
修正仪的前面板包括一个液晶显示屏,键盘,操作按钮和LED显示器。
液晶显示屏(LCD)是图形点阵式的,用于显示输入数据和流量信息。

Pulses generated by the spinning paddlewheel are counted and multiplied by scaling factors. The resulting flow rate amounts and total flow amounts are displayed on the LCD readout. Pressing the enter button located on the front panel toggles the display between flow rate and total flow or allows entry into the programming mode. Pressing the clear total button while the total flow value is displayed will return the total to zero (must be activated in the programming mode - not the factory default setting). A small icon will light at the bottom of the LCD indicating the mode being displayed.The MODEL PC includes all of the features of the MODEL RT as well as a relay which can be used to switch external electrical equipment when user programmed setpoints are reached. The relay must be assigned to respond to either the rate value for rate alarm applications (rate mode), or to the total value for batching or proportional feed applications (batch mode). Only one may made be used at any one time. When assigned to the batch mode, the display can be toggled to show four different values, the rate of flow, total flow, current batch number or current batch total, by pressing the enter button located on the front panel. A small icon will light at the bottom of the LCD display indicating the mode being displayed. The model PC is described in a separate instruction manual.The MODEL AO includes all of the features of the MODEL RT as well as a 4-20mA or 0-10VDC output signal which isThe MODEL AP includes the features of all three F-2000 models, the RT, PC, and AO.7.2 How To Operate The MODEL RT7.2.1 What Was The MODEL RT Designed To Do?!Display the rate of flow up to eight digits.!Display the total amount of flow up to eight digits.!Output an open collector signal (NPN) that is proportional to the flow rate.Operates by batteries or plug-in AC transformer.!Greater than 1 year battery life.!Front panel user programmable.!Front panel programming can be disabled for security.!Front panel total reset can be disabled for security.!Programmable battery saving mode. See section 4.0 for various flow ranges.Note:The F-2000 model AO and PC functions will always require field programming. All F-2000 models will require field programming when components are purchased separately. See section 7.2 and 7.3.The following screens are used to input the calibration constants and to turn on or off the various features of the MODEL RT. The MODEL RT has six different input screens. They are listed in the table below.Before programming the unit, the following calibration constants must be determined. Remember, whenpurchased as a complete system, the model RT is pre-programmed at the factory. Clean the paddle of any foreign objects. Replace the paddle and axle if worn.!Although the meter is capable of operating at the high end of the flow range, continuous use at veryhigh flow rates (upper 25% of the calibrated flow range), is not recommended. The paddle and axle life is related to the rate of flow and the fluid being measured. Corrosive fluids moving at high flow rates will cause increased wear requiring frequent inspection and maintenance. Ceramic, titanium or nickel axles are available for extreme corrosive environments.!Although the F-1000 is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, a cool, dry location where the unit canbe easily serviced is recommended. The life of the LCD display will be severely reduced when installed in direct sunlight. Do not install the meter so that the LCD is in direct sunlight.!O-rings should be inspected periodically. Immediately replace the o-rings at any sign of wear, swelling,cracking or discoloration.!Battery operated models. Replace the four AA batteries every 12 months. The program memory willnot erase when replacing the batteries. The unit will function normally for approximately 2 minutes while replacing the batteries. To replace the batteries, open the front panel of the enclosure by removing the four Phillips screws. 1.2在维修﹑拆卸电器元件前请确认电源已经断开﹗1.3仪表接通电源之前,请确认所有外接线正确,任何短路均可能造成仪表数据丢失或程序破坏.1.4在清除或修改仪表原有数据前,请确认该操作的合法性,一旦实施操作原有数据可能无法恢复,建议操作前将原有数据记录以备查取.2. 系统构成及原理矩阵式流量计主要由检测管﹑差压变送器以及相互之间的连接接头气管等部件构成。
测量时将检测管插入管路中,并使全压和背压探头中心轴线处于过流断面中心且与流线方向一致,全压探头测孔正面应对来流,检测流体总压,并将其传递给差压变送器;同时背压探头测孔拾取节流静压也将其传递给变送器,变送器读取总静压差值并将其转换成相应的电流信号(4~20mA)传送给传给数据采集模块。
该装置型式批准证书号为:2016C127-11。
其原理是基于差压测量原理,测量装置安装在管道上,其探头插入管道,当管道内有气流流动时,迎风面受气流冲击,在此处气流的动能装换成压力能,因而迎风面管内压力较高,其压力称为“全压”,背风侧由于不受气流冲压,其管道内的压力为管内的静压力,其压力称为“静压”,全压和静压之差称为差压,其大小与管道内的风速有关,风速越大,差压越大;风速小,差压也小,风速与差压的关系符合伯努利方程:V= K(2ΔP/ρ)0.5式中,V为风速(m/s),K为测量装置系数,ΔP表示差压(Pa),ρ表示气体密度(kg/m3)。
需要特别说明的是计算得出的流速(见公式2)是假定测量介质为空气且空气状态为标准状态(20℃,760mmHg)时的计算值,用户欲获得实际介质在实测工况下的流速V值需首先按公式3及公式4计算实际介质相对空气的密度补偿系数K1和温压补偿系数K2,然后按公式1计算得到最终结果。
若用户还需计算流量值,则按公式5计算即可。
其中密度补偿系数K1可以是实时测算值,也可以是一次性设定值。

3.2环境要求环境温度:(5~45)℃环境湿度:≤90%RH电源电压:AC(220±22)V,(50±1)Hz3.3 性能指标要求测量范围:(2~40)m•s-1指示误差:指示风速误差为±(0.5m•s-1+0.05×v)4. 安装与接线4.1装置安装检测管安装质量对其测量有较大影响,由于矩阵式流量计是依据充满圆管的稳定流动流体理论进行工作的,因此选择测量点时应远离风机﹑阀门﹑弯头等易造成流态波动的元件,以保证测量点处过流断面速度分布规律符合要求。
检测管采用插入式安装,因此全压及背压取压管轴线必须和管道几何对称中心轴线共面,使得全压测孔正面应对来流,见图1所示。

一般而言,由于制造及安装焊接等原因,检测管安装后难以保证差压变送器两个取压口中心点处于同一水平面,如此可能使得差压变送器在没有流量时产生输出即零点错误,为消除此影响,需要对差压变送器进行零点微调。
调整时请注意:如果工艺管路处于运行状态,则需首先差压变送器高低压侧用气管短接,保证高低压侧无差压产生。
再做零点微调。
如果工艺管路处于停运状态,在确认无自然风或管路中介质无流动时,则可以直接做零点调整。
可以直接利用差压变送器的按钮完成零点调整,具体步骤是变压器放空(压力、表压、流量、液位表)或抽真空(绝压表,<0.1%量程),然后通过按键调整使显示为0 bar.5.2正常使用在确认装置调整正确无误后即可投入正常使用。
装置在出厂之前已按用户要求做了全面系统的调校及标定,如果您是新装用户,无需再次调校。
6.故障处理表1给出了几种典型的故障及故障排除方法。
当您的装置出现问题时,可首先对照表1看是否属于以下几种问题;如遇到的问题比较复杂,请及时与本公司联系以获得支持。
7. 注意事项当您所购装置不急于安装或需要搁置较长时间时,请妥为保存,不要放于以下场所:★环境温度超过0~50℃;★环境湿度很高;★阳光直射;★暖气旁边;★环境振动且多尘;★环境有水或可能被雨淋。
!在安装之前请尽可能将成套装置一起存放保管,以免丢失或拿错。
