®80i-110sAC/DC Current ProbeInstruction SheetIntroducing The Current Probe•The Fluke 80i-110s is a clamp-on AC/DC Current Probe that reproduces current waveforms found in modern commercial and industrial power distribution systems. The probe's performance is optimized for accurate reproduction of currents at linefrequency and up to the 50th harmonic waveform. The 80i-110s is also compatible with any instrument capable of millivoltmeasurements. The Current Probe (shown in Figure 1) provides the following benefits:•Accurate AC, DC and AC+DC current measurements for Electrical, Electronic and Automotive applications.•Shielded for high noise immunity around electronic motor drives and ignition systems.•Wide measurement range from 50 milliamps to 100 amps, useful to 10 milliamps.•Jaw shaped for easy access to cramped spaces.•Safety-designed 600 volt insuIated BNC - compatible with Fluke ScopeMeter® t est tools, Power Harmonic analyzers, andoscilloscopes.•Selectable output of 10 millivolts per 1 amp for the 100 A range,and 100 millivolts per 1 amp for the 10 A range.Figure 1. 80i-110s AC/DC Current ProbeUnpackingThe following items should be included in your Current Probe box: •AC/DC Current Probe, 80i-110s•Instruction Sheet (this sheet)•9 volt Battery, type IEC 6LR61Check the contents of the shipping box for completeness. If something in the box has been damaged or missing, contact your distributor or the nearest FLUKE sales or service office immediately. Installing The BatteryWarningTo avoid electrical shock, unclamp the current probefrom any conductor, and disconnect the scopemetertest tool or any other measurement device beforeinstalling or replacing the battery.At first use, remember to install the battery. Referring to Figure 2,use the following procedure to install the battery:1.Be sure that you have unclamped the Current Probe from anyconductor and have disconnected the ScopeMeter test tool orany other measurement device.2.Be sure that the Current Probe is in the OFF position.3.Locate the battery cover on the handle. (see Figure 2.) Loosenthe screw with a flat-blade screwdriver.4.Slide the battery cover away from the Current Probe.5.Install the battery (IEC 6LR61) as shown in Figure 2. Arrangethe battery leads so that they will not be pinched between thehandle bottom and the battery cover.6.Reinstall the battery cover and secure the screw.Figure 2. Installing the BatteryRead First: Safety Informationfollow these instructions:•Read the operating instructions before use and follow all safetyinstructions.•Use the Current Probe only as specified in the operatinginstructions, otherwise the current probe's safety features maynot protect you.•Adhere to local and national safety codes. Individual protectiveequipment must be used to prevent shock and arc blast injurywhere hazardous live conductors are exposed.•Do not hold the Current Probe anywhere beyond the tactileindicator, see Figure 1.•Before each use, inspect the Current Probe. Look for cracks ormissing portions of the Current Probe housing or output cableinsulation. Also look for loose or weakened components. Payparticular attention to the insulation surrounding the jaws.•Check the magnetic mating surfaces of the Current Probe jaws;these should be free of dust, dirt, rust and other foreign matter.•Never use the Current Probe on a circuit with voltages higherthan 600 V CAT II or 300 V CAT III.−CAT II equipment is designed to protect against transientsin circuits directly connected to the low-voltage installation,such as household appliances, portable tools and similarequipment.−CAT III equipment is designed to protect against transientsin equipment in fixed equipment installations, such asdistribution panels, feeders and short branch circuits, andlighting systems in large buildings.•Use extreme caution when working around bare conductors orbus bars. Contact with the conductor could result in electricshock.•Use caution when working with voltages above 60 V dc, 30 V acrms or 42 V ac peak. Ensure that the green ON-indicator lights. See Figure 4for selector switch and green On indicator locations.3.On the Current Probe, rotate the ZERO thumbwheel to adjustthe probe reading to zero. See Figure 4 for the ZERO rotaryknob location.4.Select the appropriate probe sensitivity on your ScopeMetertest tool or oscilloscope.5.Clamp the Current Probe around the conductor; be sure thatthe arrow marked on the jaw of the Current Probe pointstoward the correct orientation. Orientation of the Current Probe6.Observe the current value or waveform on your display or thecurrent value readout on the multimeter.7.On the ScopeMeter test tool, adjust the vertical range knoband time division knob for the best display.8.If the red OL-indicator lights, the Current Probe is in overloadmode.9.At completion, be sure to set the range selection switch to OFFagain. A measuring setup using the Current Probe and aScopeMeter test tool is shown in Figure 4.Figure 4. Measuring Setup Measurement considerationsObserve the following guidelines for positioning the Current Probe Jaws:•Center the conductor inside the probe jaws.•Make sure the probe is perpendicular to the conductor.•Make sure that the arrow marked on the jaw of the Current Probe points toward the correct direction.Observe the following guidelines when making measurements:•If possible, avoid measurements close to other current-carrying conductors.•On the Current Probe, the 100 mV/A range offers the best accuracy.MaintenanceBefore each use, assure continued safety by inspecting the probe. Look for cracks or missing portions of the probe housing and output cable insulating cover and for loose or weakened components. Pay particular attention to the insulation surrounding the probe jaws. If a probe fails this inspection, tape it shut to prevent unintended operation. To check probe performance, complete the "Performance Verification" procedure.WarningThese servicing instructions are for use by qualifiedpersonnel only. To avoid electric shock, do notperform any servicing procedures unless you arequalified to do so. Read the information titled "SafetyInformation" at the beginning of this instruction sheetbefore proceeding.Repairs or servicing not covered in this Users Manual should be performed only at a Fluke Service Center. A probe under warranty will be promptly repaired or replaced (at Fluke's discretion) and returned at no charge. Cleaning and storagePeriodically wipe the case with a damp cloth and detergent; do notuse abrasives or solvents. Open the jaws and wipe the magneticpole pieces with a lightly oiled cloth. Do not allow rust or corrosionto form on the magnetic core ends. If the probe is not used forperiods of longer than 60 days, the battery should be removed andstored separately.Performance verificationVerify probe accuracy with the test setup shown in Figure 5.Required test equipment is defined in Table 1. If any foreignmaterial is present, the jaws will not close properly and errorswill result.3.Verify that the probe is zeroed properly. fluke使用说明书福禄克flukedtx系列(dtx-1800,dtx-1200,dtx-lt)简单操作步骤说明:一、福禄克测试仪初始化步骤:1、充电:产品主机、辅机分别用电源适配器充电,直至电池显示灯转为绿色;2、设置语言:操作方式:将flukedtx系列产品主机旋钮转回至“setup”档位,按右下角绿色按钮开机;采用↓箭头;选上第三条“instrumentsetting”(本机设置)按“enter”步入参数设置,首先采用→箭头,按一下;步入第二个页面,↓箭头挑选最后一项language按“enter”步入;↓箭头挑选最后一项chinese按“enter”挑选。

将语言选择成中文后才展开以下操作方式。

3、自校准:取flukedtx系列产品cat6a/classea永久链路适配器,装在主机上,辅机装上cat6a/classea通道适配器。

然后将永久链路适配器末端插在cat6a/classea通道适配器上;打开辅机电源,辅机自检后,“pass”灯亮后熄灭,显示辅机正常。

“specialfunctions”档位,关上主机电源,表明主机、辅机软件、硬件和测试标准的版本(辅机信息只有当辅机开机并和主机相连接时才表明),自测后表明操作界面,挑选第一项“设置基准”后(例如看错用“exit”选择退出重复),按“enter”键和“test”键已经开始自校准,表明“设置基准已完成”表明自校准顺利顺利完成。

二、设置福禄克测试仪基本参数操作:将flukedtx系列产品主机旋钮转至“setup”档位,使用“↑↓”来选择第三条“仪器值设置”,按“enter”进入参数设置,可以按“←→”翻页,用“↑↓”选择你所需设置的参数,按enter进入参数修改,用“↑↓”选择你所需采用的参数设置,选好后按enter选定并完成参数设置。

(将旋钮转回至“setup”档位,采用↓箭头;选上第三条:仪器设置值按enter步入如果回到上一级恳请按exit):1)线缆标识码来源:(一般使用自动递增,会使电缆标识的最后一个字符在每一次保存测试时递增一般不用更改)2)图形数据存储:(就是)(否)通常情况下挑选(就是)3)当前文件夹:default可以按enter进入修改其名称(你想要的名字)4)结果存放位置:(使用默认值“内部存储器”假如有内存卡的话也可以选择“内存卡”)5)按→进入第2个设置页面,操作员:youname按enter进入按f3删除原来的字符“←→↑↓”来选择你要的字符选好后按enter确定11)长度单位:通常情况下挑选米(m)2、新机不须要设置使用原机器默认值的参数:1)电源停用超时:预设30分钟2)背光超时:预设1分钟3)可以听音:预设就是4)电源线频率:默认50hz5)数字格式:预设就是00.06)将旋钮转至“setup”档位选择双绞线按enter进入后nvp不用修改7)光纤里面的设置,在测试双绞线是不须修改3、采用过程中经常须要改动的参数:将旋钮转至“setup”档位,选择双绞线,按enter进入:线缆类型:按enter进入后按↑↓选择你要测试的线缆类型例如我要测试超5类的双绞线在按enter进入后选择utp按enter↑↓选择“cat5eutp”按enter返回。

FLUKE110、111、112型万用表校准步骤:一.转动的旋转开关到交流电压档“AC V”位置。

二.按住表背后凹陷处的校准按钮,该表响一次,即进入校准模式。

按下“Hz”按钮。

这些按钮的功能如下:按钮功能HOLD显示测量值。

MINMAX显示需要输入的值。

RANGE跳过不接受校准步骤的项输入信号。

如果你跳过校准步骤,它可能会使校准无效。

Hz接受输入信号,并开始下一个步骤。

也可以用来校准后退出校准模式,校正完成。

注意:在校准期间该测量值在屏幕上显示可能不准确。

如果旋钮设置不符合要求的校准步骤,那么目前的测量将是无效的。

即使旋钮在正确的位置是,目前的测量(报告时,HOLD 键被按下并保持)可能略有不同应用的信号,因为这将展示一个标定测量。

三.开始校准表1。

转动旋转开关至所需的校准功能。

(见校准设置在后面的函数的列表文件)注意:如果旋转开关的立场是错误的校准步骤完成后,响两次,您将无法继续进行校准过程2。

按校准步骤输入所需标准信号,按住MINMAX按钮查看显示屏上所需的值。

INTRODUCING THE CURRENT PROBEThe Fluke 80i-110s is a clamp-on AC/DC Current Probe that reproduces current waveforms found in modern commercial and industrial power distribution sys-tems. The probe's performance is optimized for accurate reproduction of currents at line frequency and up to the 50th harmonic waveform. The 80i-110s is also compatible with any instrument capable of millivolt measurements. fluke测试仪主要是针对端口速率及流量的测试,下面将对怎么配置使用进行简单说明。

1.界面功能介绍包括有连接状态,端口速率等信息如下图所示:2.主机与备机查看主机与备机之间的决定是根据设置的密钥代码所决定的,如下图为主机,选项会有LAN选件、RFC 2544/ITO 选件。

下图为备机:选项只有LAN选件。

地址配置点击100MB的对话框后,再选择TCP/IP选项。

在右边的对话框会出现IP地址,输入对应的IP与掩码后,点OK,如图所示:提示:输入的键盘点击最下面的“键盘”图案,即可输入文字。

4.对端口进行吞吐量的测试1.点击标有蓝色按钮“主页”的图案,再点击ITO测试旁边的+2.选择吞吐量测试3.点击标有蓝色按钮“详细信息”的选项远程设备选择对端的备机,内容:全部是0,超时:10,大小里面包含了64K,128K,512K,1024K,1280K,1518K,Sweep。

一般选择Sweep,代表全部。

速率和持续时间上,就选择针对要测试的商品类型,如图以百兆商品为例作为测试,时间设置一般为60秒,再点开始就会进行测试。

你将在上半部屏幕看到测量读数,在下半部屏幕看到输出值,如图4所示。

To avoidcontamination, handle it by the input receptacle, fuse clips, or edges of theboard only. You can also use clean surgical gloves to help avoid contamination.To replace the LCD1.Turn the rotary switch to OFF and remove the test leads from the terminals.2.Open the case as described earlier.3.Remove the 3 Phillips screws securing the input terminals to the case top.4.Pry the board out of the case using the tip of a thin screwdriver. 四、二极管的测量
数字万用表可以测量发光二极管,整流二极管……测量时,表笔位置与电压测量一样,将旋钮旋到“ ”档;用红表笔接二极管的正极,黑表笔接负极,这时会显示二极管的正向压降。肖特基二极管的压降是0.2V左右,普通硅整流管(1N4000、1N5400系列等)约为0.7V,发光二极管约为1.8~2.3V。调换表笔,显示屏显示“1.”则为正常,因为二极管的反向电阻很大,否则此管已被击穿。
小技巧:上法只能直接对如9000系列的小型管测量,若要测量大管,可以采用接线法,即用小导线将三个管脚引出。这样方便了很多哦。
六、MOS场效应管的测量
N沟道的有国产的3D01,4D01,日产的3SK系列。G极(栅极)的确定:利用万用表的二极管档。若某脚与其他两脚间的正反压降均大于2V,即显示“1”,此脚即为栅极G。再交换表笔测量其余两脚,压降小的那次中,黑表笔接的是D极(漏极),红表笔接的是S极(源极)。
2、交流电压的测量。表笔插孔与直流电压的测量一样,不过应该将旋钮打到交流档“V~”处所需的量程即可。交流电压无正负之分,测量方法跟前面相同。无论测交流还是直流电压,都要注意人身安全,不要随便用手触摸表笔的金属部分。
二、电流的测量
1、直流电流的测量。先将黑表笔插入“COM”孔。若测量大于200mA的电流,则要将红表笔插入“10A”插孔并将旋钮打到直流“10A”档;若测量小于200mA的电流,则将红表笔插入“200mA”插孔,将旋钮打到直流200mA以内的合适量程。调整好后,就可以测量了。将万用表串进电路中,保持稳定,即可读数。若显示为“1.”,那么就要加大量程;如果在数值左边出现“-”,则表明电流从黑表笔流进万用表。
三、电阻档;
可用于判断电阻,二极管,三极管好坏的方法之一。对于电阻其实际阻值偏离标称值过多时则已损坏。对于二三极管,若任两脚间的电阻都不为很大值(几百K以上),则可认为性能下降或者已击穿损坏,注意此三极管是不带阻的。此法也可用于集成块,须要说明的是:集成块的测量只能和正常时参数作比较。

万用表使用说明一概述万用表具有多种功能,可测量电压、电流、电阻、电容、频率等物理量,同时可检测二极管和电路通断性,是设备安装,调试,维护的必备工具。

右图为美国Fluke(福禄克)公司生产的F117C型万用表。

Fluke117C型是由电池供电的、具有 6000个字显示屏和模拟指针显示的真有效值万用表。

仪表符合第 III 类(CAT III)IEC 61010-1第二版标准的要求。

IEC 61010-1 第二版安全标准是根据瞬态脉冲的危险性定义四种过电压图1-1类别(CAT I至 IV)。

CAT III 仪表的设计能使仪表承受配电级固定安装设备的瞬态高压。

下面以该型号为例,介绍万用表的使用方法和一些应该注意的问题。
