【摘要】利用实时仿真环境LabVIEW RT,构建了包括整车转向盘转角、油门、制动物理信号的硬件在环仿真系统。

采用实时车辆动力学软件CarSim RT建立了车辆模型,并利用所搭建的试验台架进行了HIL仿真。

结果表明,利用LabVIEW RT和CarSim RT能快速搭建面向整车开发的HIL系统,所建系统性价比高,而且有很好的实时性和扩展性。

The Simulation of Hardware-in-the-Loop based on
LabVIEW RT
(State Key Laboratory of Automobile Dynamic Simulation, Jilin University) 【Abstract】The hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation system is established with real-time simulation environment LabVIEW RT, which includes steer wheel angle, throttle and physical signal of braking. The real-time vehicle dynamics simulation software CarSim RT is used to establish the vehicle model. The HIL simulation is executed with the established test rig. It is shown that the HIL system for vehicle development can quickly be established, using LabVIEW RT and CarSim RT with well real time and expansible, furthermore the system has high performance-price ratio.

基于逆向工程技术的轮胎3D模型设计研究

【摘要】以195/65R15规格的轮胎为例,利用三维激光扫描仪对轮胎进行扫描,通过CATIA软件对所得点云数据进行处理,实现曲面重构,建立了轮胎的3D模型。

对依据逆向工程技术建立的轮胎3D模型特征尺寸与轮胎实物测量尺寸比较分析表明,所建模型与实际轮胎外形吻合良好,可为进行轮胎特性研究提供参考。

【Abstract】This article takes the tire sizing 195/65R15 as an example, through scanning with 3D laser scanners, processing cloud points by CATIA, reconstructs the curved surface and establishes a 3D tire model. Then contrast between the 3D model characteristic dimension established with reverse engineering and the tires dimension measured indicates that the model built coincides with the factual shape of the tire, this can provide reference for tire characteristic study.

【摘要】提出了电动干式双离合器轿车的整车综合控制策略。

采用CANoe-Matlab 联合仿真的方法建立了带有DCT系统的整车模型,并对其CAN网络进行仿真;向CAN 总线收发DCT换档过程中所需的报文和共享信息,重点验证了总线的运行情况和实时性。

整车试验结果表明,通过CAN总线使TCU与ECU之间进行实时通信,对发动机、双离合器和变速器三者进行协调控制,能够有效提高DCT轿车的换挡品质,实现其动力换挡。

dry-type dual-clutch is introduced in the paper. Then a vehicle simulation model with DCT is built in Matlab/Simulink co-simulation method, and its CAN network is simulated. The message and shared information required in the shifting process of CAN bus receiving and sending DCT validates bus operating condition and real-time performance. The vehicle test results show that CAN bus enables real-time communication between TCU and ECU, coordinated control between engine, dual clutch and transmission, can effectively improve shifting quality of car equipped with DCT and achieve power shifting.

面向C-NCAP的正面乘员约束系统优化设计

【摘要】从某车型面向C-NCAP的正面乘员约束系统开发入手,经分析指出其优化流程应将正面刚性墙试验的约束系统参数优化作为主要条件,将正面偏置可变形障壁试验的约束系统参数优化作为约束条件,同时考察约束系统各参数对不同工况中乘员伤害的影响。

介绍了如何运用CAE以及正面约束系统优化分析方法对参数进行优化的过程。

Optimization of Frontal Restraint System Based on

【Abstract】This paper begins from the development of frontal restraint system of a vehicle model based on C-NCAP, it points out according to analysis that its optimization process shall take the parameter optimization of the restraint system for the frontal rigid wall test as main conditions, and take restraint system parameter optimization of the frontal offset deformable barrier test as restraint conditions, meanwhile investigates the influence of parameters of the restraint system on occupant injury under different conditions. The process of how to apply CAE and frontal restraint system optimization on parameter optimization is introduced in the paper.

先进技术在4D20轿车柴油机开发中的应用

(1.大学汽车动态模拟国家重点实验室; 2.吉利汽车研究院)【摘要】介绍了吉利4D20轿车柴油机开发所应用的电控高压共轨喷油系统、冷却式废气再循环、尾气后处理装置、带VNT的涡轮增压中冷及可变进气涡流控制等先进技术。

对整机按照欧洲排放测试循环进行了台架试验。

结果表明,由于采用了众多先进技术,4D20轿车柴油机最高功率达100kW,升功率达50kW/L,全负荷工况最低油耗仅为210 g/(kW.h),最大扭矩为307N.m(1800r/min),最大扭矩时噪声为85dB(A),同时排放各项指标均低于欧V排放标准限值。

Automobile Research Institute of Zhejiang Geely Co., Ltd) 【Abstract】Some advanced technologies applied to Geely4D20 car diesel engine are introduced, e.g. electronic-control high-pressure common-rail injection system, EGR, tail gas after-treatment, turbo-charge and inter-cooling with VNT, variable intake swirl control, etc. The bench test of complete engine is performed according to European emission test cycle, the result shows that with many advanced technologies applied, the maximum power of the engine reaches 100kW, power per liter reaches 50kW/L, the minimum fuel consumption under full load condition is only 210g/(kW.h), peak torque reaches 307N.m (1800r/min), the noise level at the maximum torque is 85dB(A), meanwhile, the emission indices are lower than the limits of Euro V emission standard.

【摘要】在研究ABS液压控制系统结构和原理的基础上,对制动压力变化速率进行了理论分析。

利用Matlab和AMESim软件平台建立了整车模型和ABS控制策略,并进行联合仿真,验证了液压调节单元的相关部件特性参数对压力变化速
率的影响以及高速开关阀控制信号与其临界频率之间的关系。

通过台架试验对国外某公司的ABS液压调节单元进行研究,得出了在具体控制周期时PWM信号占空比的有效调节围。

【Abstract】Based on the research of structure and operating principle of ABS hydraulic control system, a theoretical analysis is made to the braking pressure change rate. A vehicle model and ABS control strategy are built with Matlab and AMESim software platform, which are co-simulated, the influence of related components characteristic parameter of the hydraulic adjusting unit on pressure change rate and the correlation between high velocity switch valve control signal and its critical frequency are verified. A research is made to ABS hydraulic adjusting unit made by an overseas company in rig test, in which the effective adjustment range of PWM signal duty cycle in a certain control period is derived.

并联混合动力轿车传动比初选方法

【摘要】通过分析,对混合动力汽车传动比的选择给出了初步结论:从动力性角度出发,当动力源工作在最大功率点时,恰当选择传动系统的总传动比,使得汽车能够达到最高设计车速,选择此时传动比为最小传动比;综合考虑最大爬坡度、附着率及汽车最低稳定车速3方面的问题确定最大传动比;最大和最小传动比之间的中间挡位应按照等比级数分配传动比的原则进行分配。

【Abstract】A primary conclusion is given for the selection of drive ratio of hybrid car based on analysis: from the dynamic point of view, when the power source operates at the maximum power point, selecting appropriately the overall drive ratio of the driveline, which enables the vehicle to obtain the maximum design speed, the drive ratio selected at this moment is the minimum drive ratio; define the maximum drive ratio based on the maximum gradient, adhesion rate and the minimum vehicle stable speed; the intermediate gear between the maximum and minimum drive ratio shall be assigned according to the principle of geometric sequence drive ratio assignment.

基于ADAMS/CAR的某轻型载货汽车前悬架仿

【摘要】利用Adams/Car软件建立了某轻型载货汽车双横臂独立前悬架系统动力学模型,并选取双轮同向激振工况进行了仿真,分析了车轮跳动过程中参数变化对悬架性能的影响。

结果表明,前悬架的主销横向偏移距偏大,容易发生制动跑偏,前束变化不合理;车轮跳动过程中轮距变化较大,会引起两侧轮胎方向相反的侧偏运动,导致轮胎磨损,同时影响汽车的操纵稳定性。

【Abstract】A dynamic model of a wishbone front suspension system for a light duty truck was built with software Adams/Car, and the parallel wheel travel was chosen and simulated, the influence of parameter change on suspension performance during wheel bounce was analyzed. The results show that excessive high kingpin transverse offset of the front suspension leads to braking deflection and improper toe-in variation; while the excessive change of the track during wheel bounce leads to slip of the tires to opposite direction, and leads to tire wear, handling stability of the vehicle will be adversely affected.

【摘要】针对某重型载货汽车油耗过高问题,利用仿真软件AVL—Crusie 建立了整车性能仿真模型,采用MATLAB软件建立了数学分析方程,并集成到优化平台ISIGHT软件中,对汽车动力传动系统的速比参数进行了优化设计和匹配。

结果表明,经优化设计后,在满足汽车动力性各项设计指标的前提下,该车辆驱动功率损失率降低了0.28%,6工况循环油耗降低了3.7%。

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of high fuel consumption of a heavy duty truck, a vehicle performance simulation model is established with software AVL—Crusie, and a mathematic analysis equation is established with MATLAB, which is integrated to a optimized platform ISIGHT software, and optimization and matching are made to the speed ratio of powertrain. The results indicate that, after optimization
design, driving power loss of the vehicle decreases by 0.28%, and fuel consumption in 6-cycle decreases by 3.7%, while satisfying the design criteria of vehicle dynamic property.

【摘要】以某型越野车为研究对象,在某试验场不同道路条件下进行了整车载荷信号采集,并介绍了信号采集方法。

为提高数据采集的真实性和可靠性,对试验场载荷信号进行了信号时标的一致性处理、异常点判别与剔除、趋势项消除、数据检验、样本选择及傅里叶低通滤波等预处理,为下一步进行室道路模拟试验载荷谱的强化处理奠定了基础。

Acquisition and Pretreatment of Load Signals of An Off Road Vehicle from A Proving Ground

To improve authenticity and reliability of data acquisition, consistency treatment on signal time-tag, abnormal point identification and removal, tendency elimination, data inspection, sample selection as well as Fourier low-pass filter pretreatment, etc. are made to the load signals from the proving ground, this lays foundation for the enhancement of load spectrum of the indoor road simulation test.

【摘要】比较了磁电式和霍尔式传感器最低测量轮速的影响因素,分析了控制软件最低计算轮速与采样周期的关系,明确了防抱死制动系统最低轮速的成因。

基于单轮动力学模型研究了车轮在正常工况下角加速度及其变化率的物理限值。

以最低轮速、轮角加速度及其变化率作为特征,设计了轮速在线故障检测算法,利用故障模拟试验对算法进行了验证,结果表明该技术可有效识别多种类型
的轮速故障。

Research on Fault Detection Technology of Anti-lock Braking System Based on Wheel-speed Characteristics

(State Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy, Tsinghua University) 【Abstract】Effect factors of the lowest measurable speed for magnetic-electric and hall speed sensor were compared, and the relationship between the lowest calculable speed and sampling period of control software were analyzed, the origin of ABS lowest wheel speed was specified. Based on single wheel dynamic model, the physical limitation of wheel angular acceleration and its change ratio in normal condition was researched. The lowest speed, angular acceleration and its change ratio were selected as wheel speed characteristics, and online fault detection algorithm was proposed, it was validated in fault simulation test. The results show that this technology can effectively detect various wheel speed faults.

And the method to improve test accuracy is proposed based on the analysis of road-profile drive test accuracy.

【摘要】利用科里奥利力式回流废气质量流量计和层流式进气流量计构建
了双流量实时EGR率测量系统。

在EGR阶跃工况下测量了EGR率响应特性并
与传统的CO2示踪法进行了对比,二者在稳定段测得的EGR率相近,同时双流
量EGR率测量系统响应时间(约为0.7s)与系统本身响应时间相近,表明该
双流量EGR率测量系统可实现EGR率的实时、高精度测量。

针对该系统存在
的问题及拟解决方案进行了探讨。

【Abstract】Dual flow real-time EGR rate measuring system is established with both Coriolis meter and laminar flow meter. The EGR rate responding characteristics have been measured and compared with the traditional CO2 tracing method under step-change operations. The measured EGR rates by dual flowmeter based system and traditional CO2tracing system are quite consentaneous. What’s more, the responding duration of dual flowmeter based EGR rate measuring system is approximately 0.7s, indicating that the dual flowmeter based EGR rate measuring system is precision-enough and quick-responding for real-time EGR rate measuring. Problems existing in the system and proposed solution are studied in the paper.

发动机缸盖螺栓断裂失效分析

【摘要】为确定某发动机缸盖上使用的SCM435螺栓的断裂原因,对该螺栓进行了断口宏观分析、SEM电镜分析、化学成分分析、金相组织检查及力学性能测试。

分析结果表明,螺栓材质化学成分不符合相关要求及螺纹表面存在微裂纹是该螺栓断裂的主要原因。

针对该螺栓断裂原因提出了相应改进措施。

【Abstract】In order to identify the failure cause of SCM435 bolts used in an engine,the tests such as fracture macroscopic analysis, SEM micro-morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical properties test were carried out. The results showed that the fracture of the bolts
was mainly caused by unqualified chemical composition of bolt material and the tiny crack of the surface. Corresponding improvement measure is put forward in the paper.

汽车车身A级曲面的表示与次数选择

【摘要】分析了汽车车身在光顺过程中曲线曲面的Bézier表示方法和B样条表示方法,并对2种方法表示的曲线曲面品质进行了对比分析。

在此基础上,提出选用Bézier表示方法光顺汽车车身A级曲面,同时根据高次曲线曲面的振荡性和光顺要求,将曲线曲面的次数限制在2~7次。

试验表明,采用Bézier方法得到的某汽车车身曲面符合造型要求,其曲面之间的斑马线光滑过渡,达到了A 级曲面的要求。

Representing Method and Degree Selection of Class-A
surfaces for Auto-body

【Abstract】Curved surface Bézier representing method and B spline representing method during auto-body smoothing are analyzed, and quality of the curved surface represented with the two methods are compared and analyzed. On this basis, it is proposed in the paper to select Bézier representing method to smoothen Class A curved surface of auto-body, meanwhile, the time of curved surface is limited to two to seven times according to the requirement of oscillation and smooth of high-degree curved surface. The test indicates that the auto-body curved surface processed with Bézier method complies with styling requirement, the zebra line smooth transition satisfies the requirement of Class A curved surface.
