在将旋转接头安装固定支撑前，先应该了解旋转接头的内部结构，以做为采取何种方式的依据。

Before the rotary joint is installed on the equipment, the inner structure hereof must be learned for installation basis.

S系列旋转接头是球面密封结构，自支撑、外部补偿设计。依靠弹簧推动壳体沿轴向向后移动起补偿密封磨损的作用，完成内部介质与外界空气的密封隔离。因此需要合理的安装方式及定期的维护保养确保产品在设备中的使用.

S series rotary joint uses the spherical sealing structure. It is a self-supporting type with sealing compensation design. The sealing function is realized by the spring force on the body to move reversely, wherein the working media is sealed and isolated from the atmosphere effectively. Therefore, reasonable installation and periodical maintenance are necessary for the successful performance of the rotary joint.

如图所示使用无油石墨轴承结构的旋转接头，使能在中心点上运转。

As shown in the sectional drawing, the rotary joint uses two carbon guides for self supporting and axial concentricity, with maximal guide separation.

当石墨密封环磨损时，由于弹簧力及介质压力的作用下，旋转接头的壳体会往后面移动，使密封面得到有效的补偿。

During abrasion, under the spring force and the media pressure, the rotary joint will move reversely to make the sealing surface compensated effectively.

SN（020-065）与SC（020-065）除密封面有正反之分，内部补偿机构结构相同

支撑止转方式:

Anri-Rotation:

1.利用旋转接头壳体上已有的螺纹孔和止转孔起止转作用(螺纹孔的止

转杆不宜太长，过长容易断裂。如下图一所示)

e the existing thread/anti-rotation hole. The anti-rotation rod should not be too long (Picture 1).

2.利用拨叉来止转，将止转杆一头连接到客户设备上，一头伸到拨叉U 型槽内（如下图二、六、七所示）。

e the shifting yoke, by faxing one end to the equipment, and another end inserted into the U groove (Picture 2, 6, and 7).

3. 通径(100-250）的旋转接头安装止转要考虑到旋转接头自身的承重（如下图四、五所示带有弹簧的吊紧装置）

3. For rotary joint size 100-250, the self bearing capacity thereof should be taken into consideration in designing the anti-rotation (Picture 4 and 5: Fastening structure with spring).

支撑止转注意事项:

Attention:

1.防止旋转接头圆周方向的转动，使其对金属软管起到拉伸、扭曲，降低金属软管的使用寿命。

1. Avoid the circumferential rotation of the rotary joint to damage the flexible hoses.

2.不能将旋转接头完全固定不动，要能随辊筒之运转做偏摆运动。

2. The rotary joint should not be kept totally immobilized. Deflection movement is expected to be accompanied with cylinder rotation.

3.因密封环在使用过程中会发生磨损，要保持旋转接头有平行后退的功能。

3. During abrasion, please make sure there is free space for the axial movement of rotary joint.
