P:Here you are.

N:你好，这是湘雅医院挂号处。

P:你好，我可以挂号吗？

N:可以，请出示你的身份证和医保卡。

P:给你。

2.Admission入院

N:Can I help you,sir?

P:Yes, please. I have hepatitis and the doctor told me to stay in the hospital for about an month.I’d like to go through the admission procedures.

N:Please fill in the admission card first.

P:It’s finished now.Here you are.

N:我能帮你吗，先生。

P:可以，请。我得了肝炎，医生说让我住院一个月。我想办理入院手续。

N:请先填写入院卡。

P:好了，给你。

3.Examination Process检查

N: Mr. Black, let me take some blood from your arm now.

P: What’s that for?

N:For blood routine examination. Please take off your coat and roll up your sleeve.

N:Black先生，我要从你的手臂上采些血。

P:为什么呢？

N:血常规检查。请脱下外套，卷起袖子。

4.Collecting Blood specimens收集血样

N: The doctor said you need a urine test. Use this container and fill it up to the marked area. And it is best to collect the mid-stream urine.

P: Where’s the washroom?

N: The washroom is just outside this room to your left.

P:Thank you, nurse.

N:医生说你需要做尿检。用这个容器，

N: Good moring, let me measure your blood pressure.

P: What is my blood pressure?

N: 130 over 80.

P:Is it normal?

N:Your blood pressure is slightly higher that normal.

P:我的血压值多少？

N:130/80

P:正常吗？

N:比正常水平偏高。

7.Basic Nursing Care基本护理

N:What’s wrong?

P:I’m bleeding.There is a cut but luckily it is not deep.

N:Take it easy.Put up your arm,sorry. Ok, now bleeding is stropped.I’ll clean up the wound and then I’m afraid I’ll have to give you a few stitches.

P:Thank you very much.

N:怎么了？
