Unit 7 Will people have robots? 说课稿Period1 Section A 1a—1c播乐中学:方明强一、教材分析1、教材的地位及作用本单元是八年级(上)第七单元,涉及的主要话题是预测未来、一般将来时的表达方法并学会谈论过去、现在和未来。

通过语言的学习,掌握will/won’t 的用法及一般将来时的表达方法。

本课为本单元第一课时,主要涉及到will/ won’t用法的引入、操练以及运用一般将来时完成任务,在本单元处于重要的位置。

2、本课教学目标设计英语课程标准规定,要使学生通过听,说,读,写的训练,获得英语基础知识和运用语言进行交际的能力。

依据这一要求,我制定了以下教学目标:知识目标:熟练掌握以下短语和句型:be free, on computers, live to be.1. People won’t use money. Everything will be free.2. There will be only one country.3. People will live to be 200 years old.能力目标:1. will + 动词原形来表达一般将来时态。

具备了一定的对话,讨论,归纳总结等方面的能力。

学生在上一单元中已经学习了be going to这一结构,因此在掌握这一课时关于用will来表达一般将来时态的用法时,并不存在太多困难。

三、教学方式与教学手段1、任务型语言教学:通过适当的操练使学生掌握基本的句型结构;通过引导学生分析、归纳、总结,更好的理解新语言,培养科学的思维方法;通过设计任务,促进学生的交际能力,从而达到巩固语言知识的目的;但讲解和口头操练之后,强调在笔头上进行体现,从而达到全方位掌握语言的目的。

二.学生情况分析1、因为地处农村,学生的英语学习环境、学习风气、学习兴趣以及学习积极性都不尽相同,大部分学生学习积极性不够强,因此调动学生积极性很重要2、部分学生对于一般现在时、一般过去时和一般将来时的用法、不同时态谓语动词形式的构成等知识内容还未能全面理解和掌握,还需自己多练,也需教师加强辅导。

二、教学重难点1. 教学重点:理解并初步掌握一般将来时态的意义和结构。

2. 教学难点:情态动词will + 动词原形来表达一般将来时态。

三、教学过程Ⅰ.Review复习上个单元用be going to+动词原形表将来的方法由回答what are you going to be when you grow up?来复习相关的职业词汇,computer programmer, pianist, violinist, pilot, engineer, and so on. Ⅱ. Lead-in1.由一首歌whatever will be will be 作为导入引入由will构成将来时态。

It mainly talks about the predictions of our future. As the beginning of this unit, this period of “welcome to the unit” playsa very importantpart in the English teaching of this unit. Through setting various activities, it will arouse the students’interests andle-t them get a general understanding of this unit, which willbe goo--d for the following studying.Part 2 The analysis of the learnersSince the learners are students of Grade two, it is very importa-nt to help them to form a good habit of learning in class.
