Even little children start jumping up and down when they hear music.Scientists say that animals dance, too. 52 . The "dances" of animals send messages to other animals. But when people dance, they express feelings about life and love, or about these very human experiences.Dances are good for you in many ways. For one thing, dancing is good for you physically. It makes your heart work and makes you breathe fast. 53 . If you go dancing often, you can keep physically fit. You may feel very tired after dancing, but you’ll probably also feel relaxed and happy. This is another important point about dancing. It gives you a chance to express your feelings and feel better about yourself. 54 , dancing helps those feelings go away.55 . Some dances are for couples and some are for groups. But all kinds of dances give you a chance to meet new people or to do something enjoyable with friends.。

Having a dog is a wonderful experience, one that brings lots of fun and keeps from being loneliness. But it also needs lots of attention and responsibility (责任).Before you decide to get a dog, you should prepare yourself and your home. Dogs, especially young ones, need more time and responsibility. While housetraining your dog, plan to take it outside every day. 1Don’t let a young dog run freely around your house, or you’ll lose shoes or toys. Dogs also need to exercise twice a day. 2 We’re talking about a lot of active exercise.A fenced (篱笆) yard with a doghouse is a good idea, especially for large and active dogs. But dogs should never be left outside alone for long periods of time. They need to be kept company. 3When you take your dog for a walk or run, always keep it on a chain and off other people. You are responsible for accidents and bites caused by your dog. You should always pick up after your dog, no matter where it “does its business”.Respect your dog. 4 There’s truth to the saying, “Dogs are man’s best friends!”A. Shyness gets in the way of success, but it doesn't have to hold you back. Here are some tips that may help you overcome it.1 The excitement of being lost at something that you love can help you forget your nervousness while showing off in public.Next, why not get more chances to speak in public? It’s possible that you might be laughed at when speaking. 3 What really happens is better than what we imagine. Finally, remember past successes.

Fortunately, I changed a lot by junior high. Shyness gets inthe way of success, but it doesn't have to hold you back. Whether it is making a successful speech, remembering past successes can help inspire you to get future success. 4 If you succeeded in the past, then you can succeed again! It's actually natural to be a little bit nervous about meeting new people, making cold calls, or giving a speech.
