是什么造成了听力效果不佳？听力分数不高？细细想来，第一是自己的词汇量不够，平时觉得背词汇书很是枯燥，想寻找最为有效的积累单词的方法，但是自身阅读量不够，日常积累的单词过少。
自己本身的发音语感不强，对弱读连读重读不敏感，从而无法准确从朗读中抓住那些关键词语。
从计划开始针对我个人的问题，和老师的实训原则及要求，我列出以下计划：①.听之泛听：没事时或上网时，收听BBC&VOA不要求逐字逐句都听懂，只需要听懂大概的意思就可以。
与此同时培养语感和听感，熟悉语音语调。
②.听之精听：最佳练习方法做dictation.或者是选取一段话先整体听一遍，然后放一句，自己重述一遍，在遇到听不清的地方，多听几遍，直到听清楚为止。
