In converters of the AP1511, the pulse width varies in a range from 0 to 100%, according to the load current. The ripple voltage produced by the switching can easily be removed through a filter because the switching frequency remains constant. Therefore, these converters provide a low-ripple power over broad ranges of input voltage and load current.AP1511PWM CONTROL 5A STEP-DOWN CONVERTERMarking Information( Top View )SOP-16LAP1511Logo Internal Code Year : "07" = 2007"08" = 2008Xth week : 01~52~Blank : Lead FreePackage Information (All Dimensions in mm)IMPORTANT NOTICELIFE SUPPORTDiodes Incorporated and its subsidiaries reserve the right to make modifications, enhancements, improvements, corrections or other changes without further notice to any product herein. Make sure the rubber on the cover is inplace.Accessing the CameraConfigure the IP AddressesIn order to be able to communicate with the camera from your PC, both the camera and the PC have to be within the same network segment. In most cases, it means that they both should have very similar IP addresses, where only the last number of the IP address is different from each other. There are 2 different approaches to IP Address management in Local Area Networks – by DHCP Server or Manually.Using DHCP Server to Assign IP AddressesIf you have connected the computer and the camera into the network that has a DHCP server running, then you do not need to configure the IP addresses at all – both the camera and the PC would request a unique IP address from DHCP server automatically. In such case, the camera will immediately be ready for the access from the PC. The user, however, might not know the IP address of the camera yet. It is necessary to know the IP address of the camera in other to be able to access it by using a Web browser. The quickest way to discover the cameras in the network is to use the simplest network search, built in the Windows system –just by pressing the “Network” icon, all the cameras of the local area network will be discovered by Windows thanks to the UPnP function support of our cameras. In the example below, we successfully found the camera model that we had just connected to the network.By double-clicking with the left mouse on the camera model, it is possible to automatically launch the default browser of the PC with the IP address of the target camera filled in the address bar of the browser already. If you work with our cameras regularly, then there is even a better way to discover the cameras in the network– by using IP Utility. The IP Utility is a light software tool that can not only discover the cameras, but also list lots of valuable information, such as IP and MAC addresses, serial numbers, firmware versions, etc, and allows quick configuration of multiple devices at the same time. The IP Utility can be downloaded for free from /IP_UtilityWith just one click, you can launch the IP Utility and there will be an instant report as follows:You can quickly see the camera model in the list. Click on the IP address to automatically launch the default browser of the PC with the IP address of the target camera filled in the address bar of the browser already.Using the Default Camera IP AddressIf there is no DHCP server in the given network, the user may have to assign the IP addresses to both PC and camera manually to make sure they are in the same network segment. When the camera is plugged into network and it does not detect any DHCP services, it will automatically assign itself a default IP:192.168.0.100Whereas the default port number would be 80. In order to access that camera, the IP address of the PC has to be configured to match the network segment of the camera.Manually adjust the IP address of the PC:In the following example, based on Windows 7, we will configure the IP address to192.168.0.99 and set Subnet Mask to 255.255.255.0 by using the steps below:1 23 4Manually adjust the IP addresses of multiple cameras:If there are more than 1 camera to be used in the same local area network and there is no DHCP server to assign unique IP addresses to each of them, all of the cameras would then have the initial IP address of 192.168.0.100, which is not a proper situation for network devices – all the IP addresses have to be different from each other. The easiest way to assign cameras the IP addresses is by using IP Utility:With the procedure shown above, all the cameras will have unique IP addresses, starting from 192.168.0.101. In case there are 20 cameras selected, the last one of the cameras would have the IP 192.168.0.120.Later, by pressing the “Refresh” button of the IP Utility, you will be able to see the list of cameras with their new IP addresses. Please note that it is also possible to change the IP addresses manually by using the Web browser. In such case, please plug in only one camera at a time, and change its IP address by using the Web browser before plugging in the next one. This way, the Web browser will not be confused about two devices having the same IP address at the same time.Access the CameraNow that the camera and the PC are both having their unique IP addresses and are under the same network segment, it is possible to use the Web browser of the PC to access the camera. You can use Microsoft Internet Explorer to access the camera. When using Internet Explorer browser, the ActiveX control for video stream management will be downloaded from the camera directly – the user just has to accept the use of such control when prompted so. No other third party utilities are required to be installed in such case.Hardware Manual21The following examples in this manual are based on Internet Explorer browser in order to cover all functions of the camera.Assuming that the camera’s IP address is 192.168.0.100, you can access it by opening the Web browser and typing the following address into Web browser’s address bar:http://192.168.0.100Upon successful connection to the camera, the user interface called Web Configurator would appear together with the login page. The HTTP port number was not added behind the IP address since the default HTTP port of the camera is 80, which can be omitted from the address for convenience. When you login, you will be asked to set a password. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.Copyright © 2019, ACTi Corporation All Rights Reserved7F, No. 1, Alley 20, Lane 407, Sec. 2, Ti-Ding Blvd., Neihu District, Taipei, Taiwan 114, R.O.C.TEL : +886-2-2656-2588 FAX : +886-2-2656-2599Email:**************。

AAT1153 DC-DC芯片规格书
Description
The AAT1153 SwitchReg™ is a 1.2 MHz constant frequency current mode PWM step-down converter. It is ideal for portable equipment requiring very high current up to 2 A from single-cell Lithium-Ion batteries while still achieving over 90% efficiency during peak load conditions. The AAT1153 also can run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation provides very low output ripple for noise-sensitive applications. The AAT1153 can supply up to 2 A output load current from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V input voltage and the output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6 V. The high switching frequency minimizes the size of external components while keeping switching losses low. The internal slope compensation setting allows the device to operate with smaller inductor values to optimize size and provide efficient operation. The AAT1153 is available with adjustable (0.6 V to VIN) output voltage. The device is available in a Pb-free, 10-pin, 3 3 mm TDFN package and is rated over the 40 °C to +85 °C temperature range. A typical application circuit is shown in Figure 1. The pin configuration and package are shown in Figure 2. Signal pin assignments and functional pin descriptions are provided in Table 1.

|AP SERIESHYDRAULIC MAGNETIC CIRCUIT PROTECTORSIntroductionThe Airpax™ AP series are fully sealed, magnetic circuit protectors that combine power switching and accurate, reliable circuit protection with inverse time delays and trip free features.Unlike a thermal circuit protector, the AP does not change its trip current over a wide temperature span. In addition, the AP magnetic circuit protector is available in either DC, 50/60Hz or 400Hz versions and with various delays to match the protector to specific application requirements. One of the most important features of this protector is the “tripfree” action, which means the circuit will not remain closed in thepresence of an overload even though the handle is held in the ONposition. The delay mechanism senses the fault and the contacts open.Waterproof panel integrity is provided by an “O” ring bushing sealand a silicon rubber gland within the bushing/handle assembly. Saltspray testing per MIL-STD-202, Method 101, Test Condition B, with noevidence of corrosion, electrical or mechanical damage.Typical applications include communication, navigation and aircraftinstrumentation, radar and power supplies. The Airpax™ UP circuit protector, with UL recognition and CSAcertification, is essentially the same as the AP in construction andoperating principle. It is approved for operation at 50 volts D C to 20amperes, 120 volts 50/60Hz to 15 amperes and 240 volts 50/60Hz to 7.5amperes. The UP circuit protector is available in single pole units only, due to UL and CSA creepage specifications and the wide glass terminalsutilized. The UP series offers an optional FM approval (Factory MutualResearch), provided for petrochemical applications. FM approval isavailable for single pole, series trip, UP type units only. The UP circuitprotector also offers an optional ATEX certification for use in explosiveenvironments. The Airpax™ AP-MIL protectors are produced in accordance with MIL-PRF-39019 and the pertinent specification sheets, are subjected toan exacting production and test program to maintain their QualifiedProducts Listing (QPL). One, two and three pole series trip units, withor without auxiliary contacts, have been accepted for this listing. Referto specification sheets MIL-PRF-39019/1 through 6 for the applicationgovernment designations. Please contact Airpax for specific part number. Two of the basic units are combined in a sealed case to provide protection for dual circuit. A single toggle handle actuates both internal trip mechanisms. Conversely, an overload in either circuit trips both simultaneously. The AP12 consists of two independent series trip protectors, each available with its own rating and delay characteristics. This two pole unit can therefore have an unlimited number of combinations, which makes ordering by a code system impractical. Thus, if the poles differ, a descriptive drawing is recommended. One frequent use of two pole protectors is to interrupt either or both sides of a power line. Likewise, three pole protectors often use three identical coils. However, any two or three pole protectors may have any coil of any delay in any desired combination. (Unless otherwise specified, we assume the two or three poles to be all alike.)Panel Mounting Detail: Tolerance for Mtg. ±.005 [.13]Panel Thickness: .125-.156 [3.18-3.96]Note: Tolerance ± .031 [.79] Angles: ±5° unless noted. Some typical combinations could be: 3 series poles; 2 series and one shunt; 2 series and one relay; or 3 series with a set of auxiliary contacts. Like the two pole protectors, each pole may have different ratings and delays. All multi-pole units have provisions for a rugged three point panel mount. DEPTH[[[±.0513.73.3258.26[CONFIGURATIONSThe most popular configuration for magnetic protectors is the series trip where the sensing coil and contacts are in series with the load being protected. The handle position conveniently indicates circuit status. In addition to providing conventional overcurrent protection, it’s simultaneously used as a power disconnect. The shunt trip is designed for controlling two separate loads with oneassembly. The control is established by providing overload protection for the critical load. When the current through this load becomes excessive and reaches the trip point the protector will open and remove power from both loads simultaneously. The total current rating of both loads must not exceed the maximum contact rating. This permits the overload sensing coil to be placed in a circuit which is electrically isolated from the trip contacts. The coil may be actuated by sensors monitoring pressure, flow, temperature, speed, etc. Other typical applications include crowbar, interlock and emergency/rapid shutdown circuitry. Trip may be accomplished by voltage or current, which must be removed immediately upon tripping.AP series trip circuit protectors are available with electrically isolated contacts which are rated at 1/2 ampere, 120 volts AC or 50 volts D C. These contacts provide SPD T switching action which can be used to indicate “power-on” and “power-off” conditions or to actuate lights, alarms or timing devices.Sometimes called “dump circuits” or “panic trip circuits,” these units make it possible to open main power contacts with lower power inputs from one or more sources. This configuration is becoming increasingly more important for sensitive circuitry and denser packaging in automation systems. This prevents the operator from damaging the circuit by holding the handle in the ON position. The operating lever or its seal will not be damaged by a 10 lb. force applied in any direction. All protectors withstand 100G without tripping, even while carrying full rated current with shock applied in any plane of 6 ms duration. Test is made according to Method 213, Test Condition I or MIL-Std-202 as outlined in Paragraph 4.6.14 of MIL-PRF-39019. Delay 40, 50 and 60 breakers are tested at 80% of rated current. All protectors withstand vibration from 10 to 55 cycles at .06 double amplitude and 55 to 2000 cycles at 10G, applied in any plane, without damage and without tripping even while operating at full rated current. Test is made in accordance with Method 204A, Test Condition C, of MIL-Std-202 as outlined in Paragraph 4.6.12 of MIL-PRF-39019. Delay 40, 50 and 60 protectors are tested at 80% of rated current. When tested in accordance with the procedures of UL1077, APsupplementary protectors have a short circuit capacity of 1000 amperes at 32Vdc, 120Vac, 240Vac, 60 or 400Hz. Parts are recognized to UL1077 for type UP1 only. The rated Rupture Capacity per MIL-PRF-39019 is 500 amperes, 50 volts DC, 500 amperes, 120 volts AC and 300 amperes, 240 volts AC, 60 or 400Hz.The breaker is fully sealed and will not show evidence of leakage under total immersion. Meets requirements of MIL-PRF-39019.The “O” ring provides, with the other illustrated hardware, a seal against a pressure differential of 15 psi applied for an hour. The operating handle of the breaker moves forcibly and positively to the OFF position on overload. It is not necessary to manually “reset” to full “OFF” in order to turn it on again. The protector will operate at any ambient between –40° C and +100° C, when tested in accordance with the requirements of MIL-PRF-39019.Exceeds 100 megohms at a potential of 100Vdc.The protector will withstand 1250 volts RMS, 60Hz from terminals to case and between the terminals when open. With the circuit protector operated as an ON-OFF switch, operating life exceeds 10,000 operations at a rate of 6 per minute when tested as follows: 6000 OPS @ rated current plus 4000 OPS @ no load.Trip FreeLever StrengthShockVibrationShort Circuit CapacityCase SealPanel SealTrip IndicationAmbient OperationInsulation ResistanceDielectric StrengthEnduranceHOW TO ORDERThe ordering code for AP magnetic circuit protectors may be determined by following the steps in the decision tables shown here. For example, the following is the code for a two pole AP, hook terminal, series unit, designed for operation in a DC circuit. It has a short time delay and a rating of 20 amperes. The coding given permits a descriptive part number, with limitations. In the illustrated double pole example (AP12-1-51-203), it is automatically assumed that both poles are identical. One great virtue of magnetic circuit protectors is their adaptability to complex circuits, thus variations from pole to pole become the rule rather than the exception. Descriptive drawings are recommended. In this event, factory assigned part numbers are utilized. To determine the ordering number for your particular AP unit, simply follow the steps shown. You may use this number to place a order or as a reference for further questions you may have.NotesA T he UP has a wide glass terminal to meet UL and CSA creepage specifications. Except as completely non-standard there is no space formore than two terminals and the UP is therefore limited to only the single pole series circuit configuration (Third Decision Table – 1). Delays available in the UP are: 40, 50 and 60; 41, 51 and 61; 42, 52 and 62; 64, 65, 69, 71, 72 and 79.B U sers should refer to the applicable drawings of MIL-PRF-39019. Configurations vary dependent upon the revision of MIL-PRF-39019. The6-32 threaded mounted bushings, useful for added strength, are approved under this specification.T o assure that proper parts are received, consult the factory for application assistance if there is any doubt about which version is correct for the application concerned.C S crew terminals are available and are equipped with standard terminal block. Space permits their use only in the series configuration(Third Decision Table ). Standard terminals are heavy copper hooks.D S crew terminals with SPDT auxiliary switch, available only with the series circuit, may have “R” soldering terminals, flattened and pierced,or “RC” soldering terminals which are cane hooks. Screw terminals (–7, –17, –117) are available with SPDT auxiliary switch “R” type only.E T he nominal current values for 100% of rated current (see delay curves) are those listed. Other values can be readily supplied, in general, without delayed delivery. For values above or below the listed range, please consult an Airpax sales office or sales representative.F Consult factory for assigned part numbers.ORDERING OPTIONSORDERING OPTIONS (CONTINUED)Page 11Page 12CONTACT USAmericas 508-236-2551electrical-protection-sales@Europe, Middle East & Africa +31743578156*********************.com Asia Pacific*************************.com China +86 (21) 2306 1500Japan +81 (45) 277 7117Korea +82 (31) 601 2004India +91 (80) 67920890Rest of Asia +886 (2) 27602006 ext 2808Sensata Technologies, Inc. The circuit is designed for both symmetrical and asymmetrical power supply systems. An output power of 2× 6 watts (THD = 0,5%) can be delivered into an 8Ωload with a symmetrical power supply of ± 12 V.The gain is fixed internally at 30 dB. Internal gain fixing gives low gain spread and very good balance between the amplifiers (0,2 dB).A special feature of this device is a mute circuit which suppresses unwanted input signals during switching on and off.Referring to Fig.12, the 100µF capacitor creates a time delay when the voltage at pin 3 is lower than an internally fixed reference voltage. During the delay the amplifiers remain in their DC operating mode but are isolated from the non-inverting inputs on pins 1 and 9.Two thermal protection circuits are provided, one monitors the average junction temperature and the other theinstantaneous temperature of the power transistors. Both protection circuits activate at 150°C allowing safe operation to a maximum junction temperature of 150°C without added distortion.RATINGSLimiting values in accordance with the Absolute Maximum System (IEC 134)Note1.For asymmetrical power supplies (at short circuiting of the load) the maximum supply voltage is limited to V P = 28 V.1−INV1non-inverting input 15−V P negative supply (symmetrical)2INV1inverting input 1ground (asymmetrical)3GND ground (symmetrical)6OUT2output 21⁄2V P (asymmetrical)7+ V P positive supply 4OUT1output 18INV2inverting input 29−INV2non-inverting input 2PARAMETERCONDITIONS SYMBOL MIN.MAX.UNIT Supply voltage pin 7V P = V 7-3−+21V pin 5−V P = V 5-3−−21V Non-repetitive peak output currentpins 4 and 6I OSM −4ATotal power dissipation see Fig.2P tot Storage temperature range T stg −55+ 150°C Junction temperature T j−150°CShort-circuit time:see note 1outputs short-circuited to groundsymmetrical (full signal drive)power supply t sc −1hour asymmetrical power supplyt sc−1hour2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521ATHERMAL RESISTANCE HEATSINK DESIGN EXAMPLEWith derating of 6 K/W, the value of heatsink thermal resistance is calculated as follows:given R L = 8Ωand V P =±12 V, the measured maximum dissipation is 7,8 W; then, for a maximum ambient temperature of 60°C, the required thermal resistance of the heatsink is Note: The metal tab (heatsink) has the same potential as pin 5 (− V P ).From junction to caseR th j-c = 6 K/WFig.2 Power derating curve.R th h-a 15060–78,----------------------65,5K/W =–=2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521ACHARACTERISTICSPARAMETER CONDITIONS SYMBOL MIN.TYP.MAX.UNIT Supply voltage rangeoperating mode V P±7,5±12,0±20,0V input mute mode V P±2,0−±5,8V Repetitive peakoutput current I ORM−−2,2A Operating mode:symmetrical power supply; test circuit as per Fig.11;V P=±12 V; R L= 8Ω; T amb = 25°C; f = 1 kHzTotal quiescent current without R L I tot184070mA Output power THD = 0,5%P o56−WTHD = 10%P o6,58,0−W Total harmonicdistortion P o= 4 W THD−0,150,2% Power bandwidth THD = 0,5%note 1B20 to16 k Hz Voltage gain G v293031dB Gain balance∆G v−0,21,0dB Noise output voltage(r.m.s. value);unweighted (20 Hzto 20 kHz)R S= 2 kΩV no(rms)−70140µV Input impedance|Z i|142026kΩRipple rejection note 2SVRR4060−dB Channel separation R S= 0Ωα4670−dB Input bias current I ib−0,3−µADC output offset with respectvoltage to ground V OFF−30200mV Input mute mode:symmetrical power supply; test circuit as per Fig.11;V P=±4 V; R L= 8Ω; T amb= 25°C; f = 1 kHzTotal quiescent current without R L I tot93040mA Output voltage V i= 600 mV V out−0,61,8mV Noise output voltage(r.m.s. value);unweighted (20 Hz to 20 kHz)R S= 2 kΩV no(rms)−70140µV Ripple rejection note 2SVRR3555−dBDC output offset with respectvoltage to ground V OFF−40200mV2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521APARAMETER CONDITIONS SYMBOL MIN.TYP.MAX.UNIT Operating mode:asymmetrical power supply; test circuit as per Fig.12;V P= 24 V; R L= 8Ω; T amb= 25°C; f = 1 kHzTotal quiescent current I tot184070mA Output power THD = 0,5%P o56−WTHD = 10%P o6,58−W Total harmonic distortion P o= 4 W THD−0,130,2% Power bandwidth THD = 0,5%40 tonote 1B16 k Hz Voltage gain G v293031dB Gain balance∆G v−0,21,0dB Noise output voltage(r.m.s. value);unweighted (20 Hz to 20 kHz)R S= 2 kΩV no(rms)−70140µV Input impedance|Z i|142026kΩRipple rejection SVRR3544 −dB Channel separation R S = 0Ωα−45−dBNotes to the characteristics1.Power bandwidth at P o max−3 dB.2.Ripple rejection at R S= 0Ω, f = 100 Hz to 20 kHz; ripple voltage = 200 mV (r.m.s. value) applied to positive ornegative supply rail.2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521AAPPLICATION INFORMATIONInput mute circuitThe input mute circuit operates only during switching on and off of the supply voltage. The circuit compares the1⁄2supply voltage (at pin 3) with an internally fixed reference voltage (V ref), derived directly from the supply voltage. When the voltage at pin 3 is lower than V ref the non-inverting inputs (pins 1 and 9) are disconnected from the amplifier. The voltage at pin 3 is determined by an internal voltage divider and the external 100µF capacitor.During switching on, a time delay is created between the reference voltage and the voltage at pin 3, during which the input terminal is disconnected, (as illustrated in Fig.3).Fig.3 Input mute circuit; time delay.2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521AFig.4 Output power as a function of supply voltage; symmetrical supply; R L= 8Ω; f = 1 kHz.Fig.5 Distortion as a function of frequency; symmetrical supply; V P=±12 V; R L= 8Ω; P o = 3 W.2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521AFig.6 Supply voltage ripple rejection; symmetrical supply, V P=±12V; V RR= 200 mV.Fig.7 Power dissipation as a function of output power; asymmetrical supply; V S= 24 V; R L= 8Ω; f = 1 kHz.2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521AFig.8 Output power as a function of supply voltage; asymmetrical supply; R L= 8Ω; f = 1 kHz.Fig.9 Distortion as a function of frequency; asymmetrical supply; V S= 24 V; R L= 8Ω; P o= 3 W.2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521AFig.10 Supply voltage ripple rejection; asymmetrical supply; V S= 24 V; V RR= 200 mW.2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521A(1) To be connected as close as possible to the I.C.Fig.11 Test and application circuit; symmetrical power supply.(1) To be connected as close as possible to the I.C.Fig.12 Test and application circuit; asymmetrical power supply.2 x 6 W hi-fi audio power amplifier TDA1521A PACKAGE OUTLINEUNIT AAmax.2A3b1D1b2b c D(1)E(1)Zmax.(1)e L P P1q1q2qREFERENCESOUTLINE VERSIONEUROPEANPROJECTIONISSUE DATE IEC JEDEC EIAJmm18.517.83.78.78.0A415.815.41.401.140.670.501.401.140.480.3821.821.421.420.76.486.203.43.22.54 1.05.95.74.44.23.93.415.114.9Q1.751.55DIMENSIONS (mm are the original dimensions)Note1. Wave soldering is often preferred whenthrough-hole and surface mounted components are mixed on one printed-circuit board. However, wave soldering is not always suitable for surface mounted ICs, or for printed-circuits with high population densities. In these situations reflow soldering is often used. This text gives a very brief insight to a complex technology.A more in-depth account of soldering ICs can be found in our “IC Package Databook” (order code 939865290011).Soldering by dipping or by waveThe maximum permissible temperature of the solder is 260°C; solder at this temperature must not be in contact with the joint for more than 5seconds. The total contact time of successive solder waves must not exceed 5seconds.The device may be mounted up to the seating plane, but the temperature of the plastic body must not exceed the specified maximum storage temperature (T stg max ). If the printed-circuit board has been pre-heated, forced cooling may be necessary immediately after soldering to keep the temperature within the permissible limit.Repairing soldered jointsApply a low voltage soldering iron (less than 24V) to the lead(s) of the package, below the seating plane or not more than 2mm above it. If the temperature of the soldering iron bit is less than 300°C it may remain in contact for up to 10seconds. If the bit temperature isbetween 300and 400°C, contact may be up to 5seconds.DEFINITIONS LIFE SUPPORT APPLICATIONSThese products are not designed for use in life support appliances, devices, or systems where malfunction of these products can reasonably be expected to result in personal injury. Immediately after lifting, the load must be supported by a pair of appropriately rated jack stands. Ensure ***************************************************************************************** required to raise rated capacity load.PREPARATIONBefore Use1. Before using this product, read the operator's manual completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with theproduct, its components and recognize the hazards associated with its use.2. Verify that the product and application are compatible, if in doubt call Pro-Lift Technical Service (888) 332-6419.3. Assemble handle, ensure spring clips align with slots.4. To familiarize yourself with basic operation, use the notched end of provided handle to engage and turn the releasevalve:a. Clockwise until firm resistance is felt to further turning. This is the ‘CLOSED’ release valve position used toraise the ram plunger.b. Counter-clockwise, but no more than 1 turn from the closed position. This is the ‘OPEN’ release valve positionused to lower the ram plunger.5. With saddle fully lowered, and release valve closed, pump the operating handle. If ram responds immediately, jack is ready for use. If jack does not respond, follow Bleeding/Venting Trapped Air procedure below.6. Pour a teaspoon of good quality, air tool lubricant into the air supply inlet of the lift control valve. Connect to airsupply and squeeze lift control valve for 3 seconds to evenly distribute lubricant.NOTICE: This product is equipped with the popular 1/4" NPT air coupler. When installing a different air coupler of your choice, ensure that thread tape or compound is used when servicing connections. To ensure dependable, trouble free operation an in-line air dryer and oiler is recommended.7. Check that the pump operates smoothly and that the extension screw adjusts up/down easily before putting intoservice. Replace worn or damaged parts and assemblies with genuine Pro-Lift replacement parts only.Bleeding/Venting Trapped AirWith the release valve in the OPEN position (4b above) and with ram plunger fully lowered, locate and remove the air vent screw/filler plug. Insert the handle into the handle sleeve, then pump 6 to 8 full strokes. This will help release any pressurized air which may be trapped within the reservoir. Oil level should be even with the bottom of the oilfiller hole. Reinstall the air vent screw/filler plug.location)OPERATION Raising the Ram Plunger 1. Assemble handle, ensure that spring clips align with slots.2. Place vehicle in park, with emergency brake on and wheels securely chocked to prevent inadvertent vehicle movement.3. Close release valve by turning handle clockwise until firm resistance is felt.NOTICE: Always use the provided pump handle. The handle furnished with this jack will safely engage the release valve and operate the Handle Sleeve. If handle is worn, operates abnormally, or will not positively engage the release valve, discontinue use of the jack until a factory replacement handle can be acquired.4. Verify lift point, center jack saddle under lift point.WARNING: Never wire, clamp or otherwise enable the lift control valve to function by other than operator's hand. Do not attempt operating pump by air and by handle simultaneously.5. Squeeze the lift control valve or insert handle into handle sleeve and pump to contact lift point. To lift, continue pumping until load reaches desired height.6. Immediately transfer the load to a pair of appropriately rated jack stands.NOTICE: Do not use extensions on air hose or operating handle.LoweringWARNING: Clear all tools and personnel before lowering load. Open release valve slowly. The further handle is turned counter-clockwise, the faster the load will descend. Maintain control of the load at all times.1. Raise load high enough to clear the jack stands, then carefully remove jack stands.2. Slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise, but no more than 1/2 turn. If the load fails to lower :a. Use another jack to raise the vehicle high enough to reinstall jack stands.b. Remove the affected jack and then the stands.c. Lower the load using the functioning jack.3. After removing jack from under the load, push ram and handle sleeve down to reduce exposure to rust and contamination.MAINTENANCENOTICE: Use premium quality hydraulic jack oil. Avoid mixing different types of fluid and NEVER use brake fluid, turbine oil, transmission fluid, motor oil or glycerin. Improper fluid can cause premature failure of the jack and the potential for sudden and immediate loss of load.Adding oil 1. With ram plunger fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed, set jack in its upright, level position. Remove air vent screw/filler plug.2. Fill with oil until just below the rim of the air vent screw/filler plug hole . Reinstall the air vent screw/filler plug . Changing oil For best performance and longest life, completely replace the fluid supply at least once per year.1. With ram plunger fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed, remove the air vent screw/filler plug.2. Lay the jack on its side and drain the fluid into a suitable container.NOTICE: Dispose of hydraulic oil in accordance with local environmental regulations.3. Fill with oil until just below the rim of the air vent screw/filler plug hole. Reinstall the air vent screw/filler plug .Lubrication1. A periodic coating of light lubricating oil to pivot points, axles and hinges will help to prevent rust and assure thatpump assemblies move freely.2. When used on a daily basis, air pump should be internally lubricated before each use. Use premium quality airtool lubricant. If no inline oiler is used, pour a teaspoon of air tool oil into the inlet of the air control valve. Simply operate the jack using the air feature in order to fully distribute the oil.CleaningPeriodically check the pump piston and ram plunger for signs of rust or corrosion. Clean as needed and wipe with an oily cloth.NOTICE: Do not use sandpaper or abrasive material on ram and pump piston surfaces.StorageWhen not in use, store the jack with pump piston and ram plunger fully retracted and air supply disconnected.REPLACEMENT PARTS Replacement parts are not available for these items.NOTES:TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTYFor a period of one (2) year from date of purchase, SFA Companies will repair or replace, at its option, without charge, any of its products which fails due to a defect in material or workmanship under normal usage.

IR Filter Switch Driver
上图为一个AP1511A/B的应用线路图.

DESCRIPTION
2 3 4 5 6 Pin # Mnemonic I/O Description 1 ENB CE GND FBC OUT1 VDD OUT2 I I I O O Low-active enable External capacitor Ground Forward/Backward control Driver output 1 Power supply Driver output 2

IR Filter Switch Driver
