It also did a door-to-door promotion to over 80,000 people, asking them to submit i deas for the Expo mascot.Among the 26,655 entries to the Expo, the youngest person to submit an entry was only t hree years old, and the oldest was 83.About seven percent of the entries are designed by children less than 10 years old. We got to London on a mid-summer’s evening but the sky was stil l quite light. My father told me that London is much nearer to the North Pole than Beijing so d ay is much longer than night in summer, while night is much longer than day during the winter.London is a really big city with lots of cars and heavy traffic. My first impression of London w as old and crumbling unlike Beijing, where there are lots of new and modern buildings.Did you like the school life there? My father put me in a primary school which is called Our Lady Roman Catholic Primary sc hool. The first several months were quite hard to me. I could not understand what they were ta lking about and what I knew were simple words like toilet, water, good morning and bye-bye. T he teachers and classmates were very kind to me and step by step I made progress with my English. I made lots of friends there. This photo was taken when I was in Year One. Look, her e’s my best frie nd Laurie Rankin. She once invited me to her birthday party. These two are Al exandra Craze, (Alex for short) and Ivana Nicolaou. This is our teacher Miss Clarke. And look, that’s me! Back then as you see from this picture my hair was very short, I looked r eally like a boy. When I was in reception I was in the nativity play. I was to be one of the three wise m en giving out gifts when‘Jesus’was born. The school organized lots of Activities like visiting Lon don Zoo, Tate Modern Museum and going to the church. This photo was taken by my mother i n the school sports day. I won three races. What did you do in the weekends?Nearly every weekend my parents took me out to parks. There are lots of parks in London and my favorite is the Greenwich Park. Greenwich Park is well-known for its Observatory and Greenwich Meantime. There is also a playground and a deer park within it. In the deer park th ere are lots of deer and squirrels. The squirrels like to eat peanuts. Once I put a peanut in myhat and placed it on my lap. The squirrel bounded forwards and ate the peanut in the hat! I nearly touche d the squirrel’s soft fur. What was my hobby in London?Reading was and still is my hobby. I really liked to go to local libraries near our home. Th e first time my father helped me ask for a library card so you can borrow twelve books at one go. I started with picture books with more pictures than words, and later I could read books w ith more words than pictures, some with no pictures at all. I also started to borrow audio books so I could listen to them at home. Sometimes my parents took me to the bookstores so that I could read newly published books. I usually sit on the floor while reading. I could always find some books of my liking. My favorite author is J. K. Rowing. She wrote the book Harry Potter series. I have read all the English version of the seven books now. Roald Dah l’s books are go od too: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator are the m ost entertaining. I also like Enid Blyton, David Henry Wilson, C.S.Lewis and Lemony Snicket. I l ike reading because it can make me more imaginative and give me more knowledge. How do you spend you holidays? In the school holidays I traveled with my parents to different places in or out of Britain. W e’ve been to the capital of France-Paris and climbed the Eiffel Tower; we visited France’s Disn eyland too. Then we traveled to the capital of Italy-Rome and ate pizza on the street. Venice i s a beautiful Water City in Italy. It is a marvelous place to have a holiday, but in the summer t he mosquitoes were very bothering. I got stung twenty times in three days.Once, me, my mother and my father went to Edinburg for the EasterHolidays. We stayed in an old house which had once been the home of the famous author of Treasure Island-Robert Louis Stevenson. The book is about a boy called Jim Hawkins going on an adventure with pirates.Cambridge is a good place for education and boating. My father steered the boat when we went boating in Cam River. He had the oar and was standing on the deck all on his own. Me and my mother were afraid that my father would fall into the water! He didn’t fall in the water; he didn’t even scrap the sides of the boat when we were under the bridge. How do you like the food there? When I was in Britain I really liked western food. At our school we could choose between eating school dinners and bringing packed lunches. English children like to pack sandwiches, cri sps, biscuits, fruit and vegetables and sometimes a handful of sweets in their packed lunches b ut school dinners are different. We have fish and chips twice a week with carrots and peas. So metimes we eat garlic bread and shepherd pie, and sometimes we ate mashed potato. There were sauces to make the food taste better: gravy, ketchup, mayonnaise, etc and delicious pudd ings. There are puddings that I disliked too, for example custard and rice pudding. The rice pu ddings were not anything compared to my mother’s porridge. Although I ate a lot of English foo d I still liked Chinese food. When the Spring Festival came, my father’s colleagues would come to our flat and made Chinese dumplings together. They were delicious. How did you feel about going back to China?I stayed in London for two years. We came back to China when I was six years old. I wa s very sad to leave my friends and my school in London and as a result I had a fever. I was so ill that I had to be carried to the hospital in an ambulance. The doctor said I was attacked by‘some kind of virus that we don’t know. She didn’t give me any medicine apart from some li quid to make me feel better. She also told me to drink a lot of water and have a rest. Several days later my parents took me to the hospital again to have a check. The doctor said I had b een very brave and had defeated the virus and I would be healthy soon. Ten days later, I was healthy enough to go back to China.London has given me a lot of good memories. I hope one day in the future I could go ba ck there, to study English and to meet my old friends.1. Tell the differences between Chinese primary school and British primary schoola. Who I went to America withMy Mom was a visiting scholar of MIT, so I went to America with my mom in 2007 and studied for one whole year. It was an unforgettable experience for me.2. The first glimpse of the city of BostonFirst, let me talk about my first glimpse of the city of Boston.I flew to America in August of 2007. When I first landed on the world’s famous city—Boston, I thought it was very beautiful: blue sky, white clouds, grass and trees. The streets also seemed very quiet with few people and no car horns. When we crossed the street, all the drivers would stop to let us cross. I felt very secure and happy. I loved America at my first sight.3. The one-month visit around AmericaNext, I’d like to talk about my one-month visit around America. The school life in America began in September. So I had one whole month to travel. My mom and I visited a lot of places in America. We went to Disneyland in Alanto. We played in Magic Kingdom, Escort and Disney-MGM Studio. We played in Sea world. All of them were exciting and interesting. I love them very much. We went to Washington and New York. We visited all kinds of museums and learned a lot. We traveled from the great Niagara Fall in the east to Yellow Stone Park in the west. With my boyish mind, I felt excited and curious about what was in front of me. Everything was different from that of China. If I had to uate it, I thought the two words—big and novel.4. Difficulties in American school lifeThe first day I went to Bulter Elementary school, I met my greatest difficulty. I couldn’t speak English and I couldn’t understand what the teachers and students said. When I was in China, I was a boy without any care. I had good friends; good teachers and I could make friends with everyone easily. But everything changed when I was in Bulter School. I had no friends. I felt very lonely and depressed in this new city. Fortunately I made a new friend Michael. He was a Chinese. And he had a sister Lingling. We often played together after school. Michael helped me a lot to adapt to the new school. When I couldn’t understand what other students said, he translated it into Chinese. And he taught me how to play “four square battles”. Then I could play with other students. Once I made new friends, I felt comfortable and had confidence. I am a boy without any care again. (What subjects did you like most?)5. Comparison of Family Education in China and AmericaMy mom always told that family education was very important to the children. I was arranged withassorted extracurricular classes where they are taught to learn piano, drawing, singing, etc., partly because parents wish children to develop in an all-round way and have a head-start in studies than other children. She tries to do nearly everything for me in my childhood, like helping me with dressing, having meals, bathing, etc... And because of the heated competition of the current society, they also hope that their children will have the high level of the education. She Chinese parents do always however, on the contrary, and much to my surprise, American parents are liable to inject the idea of independence to their children since their childhood, mainly because of which American children might have learned that they should be self-dependent andself-reliant at a very early age, and strive to handle things themselves.6. What I liked the most about AmericaI love America’s public libraries and museums most. I could borrow many books and DVD what I like. I could request books and DVD through the internet. On weekend my mom and I went to all kinds of museums, such as Boston Science Museum, Harvard Natural History Museum, MIT Museum. I learned a lot through reading books and visiting museums. (Which libraries and museums in Beijing have you been to?)7. What I learned from the experienceI think the year experience in America is always unforgettable. First of all, it provided me a new insight that I have to face difficulties squarely. It’s no use crying over spilt milk. Before going to America, I thought I was a little boy so that I have the right to depend on adults—mum, dad and so on. But what if adults are not near you? So I think we should be brave and strong-minded.And then it is also important for us to ask for help. I mean when I have something difficult to deal with, I will ask to friends or teachers or Mum or Dad for advices.Everything is a small cake and I could cope with it. That is an unforgettable experience to give me.American parents are liable to inject the idea of independence to their children since their childhood, mainly because of which American children might have learned that they should beself-dependent and self-reliant at a very early age, and strive to handle things themselves.三一口语七级好话题The Battle of Chibi1. Why do I like the Battle of Chibi?1) The Battle of Chibi is one of the most famous battles in C hinese history. In this battle, the numerically(数量上) inferior(劣势的)troop defeated the numerically superior one. Although Caocao boasted of commanding 800 thousand elite soldiers, he still couldn’t resist the 50 thous and allied force of Liubei and Sunquan.2) The allied force was not frightened by the numerically superior enemy and was not puzz led by superficial phenomenon. However, through calm analysis, it figured out the real situation and overcomed all the difficulties. In this way, it gained itself the foundation of winning this battle.3) The power of uniting is overwhelming. Facing such a strong army, the two warlords, Liu bei and Sunquan, converted the whole situation by allying together. By doing this, they created the favorable condition for themselves to win this battle.4) The allied force made good use of its advantage of being good at naval battle and une xp ectedly adopted the method of using fire to attack Cao’s army. Cao’s army was defeated bec ause it was very poor in the skills of fighting naval battle and at the same time it underestimat ed the strength of the allied force. In my study, I also should try my best to overcome all the difficultis. Now I am in the prime of my life time. All I need to do is set up a stable foundation for my future study and work.2. What’s the historical background of the Battle of Chibi?By the early 3rd century, the Han Dynasty, which had ruled China for four centuries was crumbling. Emperor Xian had been a political figurehead since 189. He had no control over the actions of the various warlords because they controlled their respective territories. One of the most powerful rulers in northern China was the warlord Cao Cao. By the year 207, he had unif ied northern China. And then his army started a sounthern campaign in the hope of uniting the whole country. The Jing province in the area of Yangtze River was key to the success of this strategy. So Cao Cao himself commanded 800 thousand soldiers and conquered Jing province in no time. At the sound of the victory of Cao Cao, Liu Bei’s troop started to retreat towards south. Later, Cao’s force took up Xin Ye and run after Liu’s troop. At last, two forces met and Liu’s troop was defeated at Chang Banpo. Liu retreated to Xia Kou. But Cao’s force continued to chase him and marched to the east of Yangtze River.3. Can you compare the strength of Caocao’s force and the allied forc e?At that time, Caocao boasted of commanding 800 thousand soldiers. Besides, after winning several battles, Cao’s force conquered Jing province and the whole navy of Jing province surr endered to Caocao. Thus, his force was said to be enlarged to about 1 million. In the contrary, after Cao conquered Jing province, Liu only had a command of thousands of soliders and he didn’t had a base. Superficially, the strength of millitary forces of Cao and Liu are in great contrast. However, with deep analysis, Zhou Yu estimated Cao Cao's actual tro op strength to be closer to 220,000. Furthermore, this total included 70,000 surrendered troops. So the loyalty and morale of a large number of Cao Cao's force was uncertain. Zhou Yu also observed that Cao Cao's generals and soldiers mostly consisted of cavalry and infantry, and f ew had any experience in naval battle. Cao tried to convert them into navy with only a few da ys of drills before the battle. Besides Cao Cao's troop suffered from sea-sickness and unfamilia r environment. Just as Zhuge Liang observed: "Even a powerful arrow at the end of its flight c annot penetrate a silk cloth". On the other hand, although Liu only had a command of thousan ds of soldiers, he had the support from Sunquan whose troop were very good at naval battle. This is the comparison of the strength of two forces.4. Can you tell me something about the alliance of Liubei and Sunquan?Seeing the great power of Cao’s force, Liu realized that it was impossible for him to defeat Cao just by himsel f. Meanwhile, he figured out that although Cao’s force was powerful, most o f them consisted of cavalry and infantry who were not good at naval warfare. As a result, he d ecided to ally with Sunquan. At the same time, Sunquan also realized that if Liu was eliminated by Cao, the next to be destroyed would be himself. So he figured out that the best way to defeat Cao was to ally with Liu.5. How did Huaggai help to defeat Cao’s force by using tricks?Zhugeliang and Zhouyu all agreed to use fire to attack Ca o’s headquarter. The problem wa s that who could do this job and how could he succeed. So Zhouyu wanted Huanggai to prete nd to surrender to Caocao. But it was very difficult to win Caocao’s trust because he was very suspicious. Fortunately, they already kne w that Caizhong and Caihe who were Cao’s generals just pretended to surrender to them. So Zhouyu wanted to seriously punish Huanggai in public and made use of Caizhong and Caihe to pass the news to Caocao to make him believe that Huang gai really wanted to surrender to him. Huanggai was willing to suffer from serious punis hment because he wanted to pay Sunquan back (pay sb back 报答某人). The next day, Zho uyu summoned millitary conference to discuss how to prepare to defeat Caocao. Huanggai put forward a lot of disagreement. Zhou yu pretended to be furious and ordered other soldiers to m ake him beheaded. All the generals and soldiers asked mercy for him. And Zhouyu changed th e punishment into beating him 50 times with a very thick stick. This trick not only deceived all the officers and soldiers on this side, but also deceived Caocao. At last, Huanggai pretended to surrender to Caocao and burned all the warships of his force when they were not alert at all. This was a key action for the success of Sin-Liu allied force.6. Can you talk about the reason why Caocao was defeated in this battle?I think there are three reasons for the defeat of Cao’s force. First, Cao Cao's generals and soldiers mostly consisted of cavalry and infantry, and few had any experience in naval warfare. So they couldn’t display their best side in Chibi. Furthermore, most of Cao’s navy were surren dered soldiers, so the loyalty was uncertain and the morale was low. Second, the Battle of Chi bi took place in summer. Cao’s force camped along the river for a long time. Plagues (瘟疫)b roke out in a large scale. The strength of Cao Cao's troop was seriously decreased. Third, Cao was deceived by the trick of Huanggai and zhouyu which resulted in the destroy of his headq uarter by a big fire.7. Can you talk about the reason why the allied force of Liubei and Sunquan won this batt le?I think there are three reasons for the success of Sun-Liu allied force. First, the allied force was not frightened by the numerically superior enemy and was not puzzled by superficial phen omenon. However, through calm analysis, it figured out that Cao’s force was just apparently fier ce but actually soldiers were very tired after long expedition and they were not familiar with en vironment and very poor in naval warfare. In contrast, Sun-Liu allied force were very good at n aval warfare which paved the foundation for their success. Second, the alliance of Sun and Liu was the key to success. Although they also had contradition between themselves, if they didn’t ally together, they would be destroyed separately sooner or later(迟早). But the alliance chan ged the whole situation and created the favorable condition for themselves to defeat Cao. Third, they made good use of their advantages of being good at naval warfare to attack t he enemy’s disadvantages and they were good at attacking enemy unexpectely with fire when the enemywere not alert at all. All the above reasons led to the final defeat of Cao’s force and the succe ss of Sun -Liu allied force.三一口语七级的新增语法项目如下:第二条件句,即:与现在事实相反的条件句If I were…, I would…第二条件句是虚拟语气的一种,当你使用这个句子的时候,表示你在假设一个现在不可能发生的情况,比如,if I were 6 years old now, I would still go to my present school.你不可能回到6岁,所以这种情况你必须要用第二条件句来表达,如果你用if I am 6 years old now, I will still go to my present school. 就是错的啦,相应的语法方面你就得不到分数了。

About Computers1.The uses of computer/ why computers are importantToday I’d like to talk about computers which have become very important in many areas of work and play. There is no doubt that computers are very useful in technology and business. In space, computers help astronauts and pilots control the speed and direction of a spaceship's flight. With the help of computers, doctors can find diseases easily and solve other problems. For example, tiny computers inside people's bodies keep their hearts beating well. In factories, robots controlled by computers can do work that is dangerous to humans. Computers are also used in business to place and cancel orders. At the same time, they have made the workplace safer and better.2. When I began to use computersWhen I was young, I used to know nothing about computers. When I was in Grade Two, I made a birthday card for my friend by myself, but the card was very ugly. I was frustrated, so I asked my mother for help. She made a beautiful birthday card on the computer for me. It's amazing! From then on, I begged my mother to teach me how to operate a computer. That was the meeting between the computer and me for the first time. Gradually, I began to love computers.3. Advantages of InternetInternet is very useful for us. The Internet is a great facility for collecting information. The Internet makes it easy to build social connections. We can have a lot of friends all over the world and reach much knowledge by Internet. Since the Internet came into being, people's lives at home have changed, too. More and more people have personal computers, and they use them to play games and watch movies. Thanks to the Internet, people can do shopping and do business at home. Instead of writing letters on paper, people communicate by sending e-mails and chatting on line. The whole world is connected. Computers have made the world smaller, like a" village".4. Disadvantages of InternetThe disadvantages of Internet also have a lot.The network information may be falsehood, so mach as leading to a wrong decision-making. May online socialization weaken our ability to deal with relationships in the real world? The weak-willed persons maybe indulge network-game and amusement in Internet thereby disrepair own studies. We make good use of it only while we have an appropriate approach to Internet. We should correctly take the advantage of the Internet to make our life more beautiful.5. What I usually do on computersI can do lots of things on computers, such as, listening to the music, watching movies, sending E-mails, chatting with my friends on line, doing shopping, playing computer games and finding some useful information. What’s more, I usually write blogs on. Blog is the web journal where the blogger updates the content and add more articles, videos, music, photographs for other blogs or websites, gives personal views on some burning topic or news, personal experiences, hobbies or anything he wants to share with other people.( Sir/Madam, do you have a blog?)6. What I think of blogsMore and more people, especially young people are crazy about the net surf, and gradually, they develop their own blogs on line. Talking about blogs, we have to say it is a good way to express the personal ideas and let more other people know us. Therefore, we will find more friends who have the same interests. And also, we can get enjoyment and satisfaction in our blogs.7. What I think about computer gamesAbout computer games, what I want to say is I don’t agree with people who are against computer games. I feel excited when I play computer games. In my opinion, the games are teachers who can educate me. We can get some knowledge and skills from computer games. What’s more, playing computer games is very popular in my school. Many students play computer games. We not only play games, but talk about games all the time as well. If you didn’t play computer games, you would not understand what other classmates talk about. So I think more and more kids are going to play computer games. (What do you think of playing computer games?)。

三一口语7级自选话题范文Football GameWhy I like footballBoys always like to play outdoor sports. Most of them like to play football, including me of course. You know, boys should get involved in sports after school. There are many reasons for this. Perhaps the most important one is that exercise is good for our health. Exercise not only helps build strong muscles, but also helps keep your body from storing too much fat. A person who takes part in sports will usually have a healthier heart and lungs than a person who does not. In addition to being good for your health, football can help you in other ways. Taking part in football games is a good way for you to make friends and get to know each other well. As for me, football is not just a sport. It makes me relax while playing and enjoy the fun of football itself.A wonderful football tournament we hadOnce I took part in Club football Junior Cup. It was 5-a-side team tournament with 12 teams playing in division of six teams. Each team played from 16:00—18:00pm. Despite the pretty hot weather, we had a very exciting day. The most impressive match was the last one. Our team, Nike Green played with Nike Yellow and competed for the third place. When ball was kicked off at the start time, one of their players got the ball and kicked it hard. Guess what? The ball landed in front of ourteammates. Without thinking, he kicked the ball towards the goal. To our surprise, the ball flew over the goalie’s head and went directly in to the goal. It was unbelievable. We got a point in the very beginning. Our team and our families yelled, their clapping sounded like thunder. This unexpected score inspired us to play better than ever. Our goalie was an excellent keeper. He saved several balls after that. We kept moving, with a free corner kick, our front line player scored a ball. At this time, 10 minutes of normal ball was over. Everyone thought that we would win this match. After that, 3 minutes of gold ball time started. Unfortunately, during the gold ball time, we lost two balls. One gold ball counted with two points. We lost this match finally. In other rounds, we played with Nike White, Blue, Red, Orange and Green team. We won 4times and lost 2times. We were awarded with a Bronze Medal. Parents hugged their kids and told them what a great game it had been! Maybe next year our team will win a silver medal or maybe a gold medal if we work more harder next time. How to play footballFootball is a popular sport in the world. In a football match, you need at least 11 players in each team which insists of 1 goalie, 2 center backs, 2 left\right backs, 2 left and right half, 2 inside right and left, and 2 strikers. At both ends, there are goal lines. These mark off the end zones. To score the opposing team must get the ball into the end zone. Each team tries to get the ball into opposing team’s end zone.A football game usually consists of four separate quarters. Two make up the separate halves. The half time period is usually 15 minutes. The team changes sides after half time. The games objective is to score more points than the opposing teams. To play football is very easy. The most important rule is not to use your hand at all. You just have to dribble the ball around the field and score it in to the goal that’s located in each end of field. Most of time, weneeds team work to strike the ball in. Team members should help strikers to reach the goal and defend the attacks from opponents. In some situations, if you find out you are not in a good place to shoot the ball, you have to pass the ball to your other teammates, so it won’t fell into the opposing team’s hand. And it also may help your teammate catch a chance to shoot.Who my favorite football star isMy favorite football star is David Beckham who is from the Great Britain and used to be a member of Manchester United Team. Now he is in Royal Madrid. Our coach said perhaps he was the most famous football player on the planet. Although I don’t know much about Beckham, atleast I know his unbelievable curling free kicks. He has fantasticability to pass and cross from the opponents. His most famous free kick is called the “banana kick”. He can bend the ball when taking corners and free kicks. It sounds weird.Qualities needed to be a good coachI have practiced football for about 2 years. I have two coaches till now. Now my coach is Chris. He is very humor. He has excellent skills and rich experience on matches. He likes to play with us. If I were a coach, I would like to be a coach like Chris. The importance is to have a right sort of person teaching us. A good coach should be able to command respect. First, he should have outstanding football skills. Then he should have rich experiences on matches. Third, he should have the ability to bring people together, encourage people to work hard and develop all their potential. What I consider a good teamI must say I am beginning to realize how important team members matters to a good team. First, a good team needs qualified members who should have good skills, experiences and good characters. Teammates should trust each other and always be available to help other teammates. Second, a good team leader is also important. He should be good at leadership as well as playing skills. In addition, he should work harder than others. Last but no least, teamwork is about team work, not about team player. So teammates should play their own positions well so as to help the whole team get out of “danger” and win the game. If failed, there should be no complaint and they should tell each other they had done agood job.。

Internet-G7(三一口语七级范文)

Internet1、How did I know about InternetI know about Internet from the chatting tool QQ. My mom is the first person who told me about QQ. She has played it since 2000. When my mother showed her QQ to me, at first I felt it so bored and useless. Gradually, I saw my mother use it to communicate with her friends and send emails to her co-workers, even I saw her playing some computer games on QQ to relax myself and at that very moment, I changed my mind. Then I found Internet quite interesting.2、When I first used internetI used internet since I set up QQ. At first, I installed the program of QQ, but I did not know how to use it, then I began to search it on internet, and later I found I could use internet to do even more, I began to feel quite interested in it and spend a lot of time on internet. Since then, I had my connection with this magic tool to know what is going on worldwide which has enlarged my mind and broadened my horizon very much.3、What people usually do while surfing on the InternetWell, people do lots of things by using internet. The young people order their food on internet or order something, such as fashionable things, books, and clothes and so on. If they go out for travel, they can searchmap on it. With Internet, people can find information for their work and study. I usually play on-line games with my friends. And always I use internet to listen to English programs and watch on-line movies which has brought me lots of fun. On weekends, I usually install homework in mailbox which our teacher leaves in it. After I finish my homework, I send it through Internet to my teacher. I almost feel that I can’t live without it any more.4、Whether my parents think it good for me to play computer games oninternetI often play computer games on internet, which often makes me feel cool and great. And sometimes we even could make some new friends in other countries. But my parents don’t thin k that is good to surf on net always, because they think maybe I will like it so much that it will affect my studies and it’s even bad for my eyes and so on. But they always tell me that I should not spend much time on it. If I want to search some information, they do not blame me for that. Because it is the most important part of modern life.5、What I often do and how I enjoy internetI like internet, so when I have time, I often play games with my friends on-line. News is reported by all kinds of ways everyday, I can come to understand china and the other countries and see what’s going onaround the planet. The most important thing is that cartoons which I love most are traded on internet, so I think it is very welcomed for any young boy like me. I learned a lot through reading books and news on internet. 6. What advantages and disadvantages are about internet? On one hand, Internet is convenient and rapid for everyone,so people use it on study or work. Most people are too busy to study full time at school. On line education just comes to their aids. It is indeed a helpful complement to the education. It can provide different learns with more flexible and versatile ways to learn. With online education we can study and absorb the latest knowledge. And on the other hand, more and more people begin to learn computer operation. But it is just too expensive; Especially, many people of countryside can not have it. And its display is bad for user, so we can not use it for a long time. We should write something with hands and go out to the library to read books.7、What my suggests are for internetNowadays, it is not enough for someone. More and more people think it too slow and due to the limited resources we could resort to internet, many people still think it can not completely cover all the information we want for studies. And it is not safe for those who work with it and still for the users sometimes because of many internet fraudsand we should improve the speed of internet and use it rationally, in my opinion.。

三一口语七级自选话题话题buycars Should Chinese people be encouraged to buy cars?Liu:HI, today i want to talk about should Chinese people beencouraged to buy cars? And we will talk about this in 2 aspects, first, we will talk about why people in the big cities should not be encouraged to buy cars; second, we will talk about why people in the small cities should be encouraged to buy cars.Dear sir/madam, do you have car in Beijing?how do you usually go to work everyday? What do you think about the traffic in Beijing?Yes, as we all know in Beijing, there are too many cars and thereare more and and more traffic jams, especially in the rush hour, it will waste us a lot of time, many people feel mad about this, you know, everyday my father will complain about the traffic when he gets homelate after work.Even though Beijing government has taken a lot of measures tocontrol the traffic, it seems the traffic never become better. And not only in Beijing, but also in Shanghai, Guangzhou these big cities, traffic is a big problem everyday. So I think in the big cities people should n't be encouraged to buy cars, if they buy more cars, the traffic will be a disaster. Instead, we can encourage people to take bus and subway, the government should buy more buses and buildmore subways, then most people in Beijing will take bus and subway, i think Beijing's traffic will be better if so.Sir/madam, do you agree with me?Have you ever been to the small cities?Do you know something about the small cities? As we all know, in the small cities, the traffic usually is very good, they seldom meet the traffic jams. And because in small cities the salary is not that high, so only rich people can afford the car in small cities. What's more, there are less buses and no subways in small cities, so it is inconvenient to go around in the small cities, you see, it is very different from the big cities, so people in small cities should be encouraged to buy cars. It will be very fast and very comfortable to drive the car in small cities.。

The first glimpse of the city of BostonFirst, let me talk about my first glismpse of the city of Boston.I flew to America in August of 2007. Wevisited all kinds of museums and learned a lot. We traveled from the great Niagara Fall in the east to Yellow Stone Parkin the west. I was arranged with assorted extracurricular classes where they are taught to learn piano, drawing, singing, etc., partly because parents wish children to develop in an all-round way and have a head-start in studies than other children. She tries to do nearly everything for me in my childhood, like helping me withdressing, having meals, bathing, etc... And because of the heated competition of the current society, they also hopethat their children will have the high level of the education. She Chinese parents do always however, on the contrary, and much to my surprise, American parents are liable toinject the idea of independence to their children since their childhood, mainly because of which American children might have learned that they should be self-dependent and self-reliant at a very early age, and strive to handle things themselves.6. First of all, it provided me a new insightthat I have to face difficulties squarely. It’s no usecrying over spilt milk. That is an unforgettable experience to give me.American parents are liable to inject the idea of independence to their children since their childhood, mainly because of which American children might have learned that they should be self-dependent and self-reliant at a very early age, and strive to handle things themselves.。

Title of topic : My Trip to USA By Alex1. The reason why we went there2. 三一口语七级好话题TheBattleofChibi

三一口语七级好话题TheBattleofChibi

1. Why do I like the Battle of Chibi? 1) The Battle of Chibi is one of the most famous battles in C hinese history. In this battle, the numerically(数量上) inferior(劣势的) troop defeated the numerically superior one. Although Caocao boasted of commanding 800 thousand elite soldiers, he still couldn’t resist the 50 thousand allied force of Liubei and Sunquan. 2) The allied force was not frightened by the numerically superior enemy and was not puzzled by superficial phenomenon. However, through calm analysis, it figured out the real situation and overcomed all the difficulties. In this way, it gained itself the foundation of winning this battle. 3) The power of uniting is overwhelming. Facing such a strong army, the two warlords, Liubei and Sunquan, converted the whole situation by allying together. By doing this, they created the favorable condition for themselves to win this battle. 4) The allied force made good use of its advantage of being good at naval battle and unexpectedly adopted the method of using fire to attack Cao’s army. Cao’s army was defeated because it was very poor in the skills of fighting naval battle and at the same time it underestimated the strength of the allied force. In my study, I also should try my best to overcome all the difficultis. Now I am in the prime of my life time. All I need to do is set up a stable foundation for my future study and work. 2. What’s the historical background of the Battle of Chibi? By the early 3rd century, the Han Dynasty, which had ruled China for four centuries was crumbling. Emperor Xian had been a political figurehead since 189. He had no control over the actions of the various warlords because they controlled their respective territories. One of the most powerful rulers in northern China was the warlord Cao Cao. By the year 207, he had unified northern China. But Cao’s force continued to chase him and marched to the east of Yangtze River. 3. Can you compare the strength of Caocao’s force and the allied force? At that time, Caocao boasted of commanding 800 thousand soldiers. Besides, after winning several battles, Cao’s force conquered Jing province and the whole navy of Jing province surrendered to Caocao. Thus, his force was said to be enlarged to about 1 million. In the contrary, after Cao conquered Jing province, Liu only had a command of thousands of soliders and he didn’t had a base. Superficially, the strength of millitary forces of Cao and Liu are in great contrast. However, with deep analysis, Zhou Yu estimated Cao Cao's actual troop strength to be closer to 220,000. Furthermore, this total included 70,000 surrendered troops. So the loyalty and morale of a large number of Cao Cao's force was uncertain. Zhou Yu also observed that Cao Cao's generals and soldiers mostly consisted of cavalry and infantry, and few had any experience in naval battle. Cao tried to convert them into navy with only a few days of drills before the battle. Besides Cao Cao's troop suffered from sea-sickness and unfamiliar environment. Just as Zhuge Liang observed: "Even a powerful arrow at the end of its flight cannot penetrate a silk cloth". On the other hand, although Liu only had a command of thousands of soldiers, he had the support from Sunquan whose troop were very good at naval battle. This is the comparison of the strength of two forces. 4. Can you tell me something about the alliance of Liubei and Sunquan? Seeing the great power of Cao’s force, Liu realized that it was impossible for him to defeat Cao just by himself. Meanwhile, he figured out that although Cao’s force was powerful, most of them consisted of cavalry and infantry who were not good at naval warfare. As a result, he decided to ally with Sunquan. At the same time, Sunquan also realized that if Liu was eliminated by Cao, the next to be destroyed would be himself. So he figured out that the best way to defeat Cao was to ally with Liu. 5. How did Huaggai help to defeat Cao’s force by using tricks? Zhugeliang and Zhouyu all agreed to use fire to attack Cao’s headquarter. The problem was that who could do this job and how could he succeed. So Zhouyu wanted Huanggai to pretend to surrender to Caocao. But it was very difficult to win Caocao’s trust because he was very suspicious. Fortunately, they already knew that Caizhong and Caihe who were Cao’s generals just pretended to surrender to them. So Zhouyu wanted to seriously punish Huanggai in public and made use of Caizhong and Caihe to pass the news to Caocao to make him believe that Huang gai really wanted to surrender to him. Huanggai was willing to suffer from serious punishment because he wanted to pay Sunquan back (pay sb back 报答某⼈). The next day, Zhouyu summoned millitary conference to discuss how to prepare to defeat Caocao. Huanggai put forward a lot of disagreement. Zhou yu pretended to be furious and ordered other soldiers to make him beheaded. All the generals and soldiers asked mercy for him. And Zhouyu changed the punishment into beating him 50 times with a very thick stick. This trick not only deceived all the officers and soldiers on this side, but also deceived Caocao. At last, Huanggai pretended to surrender to Caocao and burned all the warships of his force when they were not alert at all. This was a key action for the success of Sin-Liu allied force. 6. Can you talk about the reason why Caocao was defeated in this battle? I think there are three reasons for the defeat of Cao’s force. First, Cao Cao's generals and soldiers mostly consisted of cavalry and infantry, and few had any experience in naval warfare. So they couldn’t display their best side in Chibi. Furthermore, most of Cao’s navy were surrendered soldiers, so the loyalty was uncertain and the morale was low. Second, the Battle of Chibi took place in summer. Cao’s force camped along the river for a long time. Plagues (瘟疫)broke out in a large scale. The strength of Cao Cao's troop was seriously decreased. Third, Cao was deceived by the trick of Huanggai and zhouyu which resulted in the destroy of his headquarter by a big fire. 7. Can you talk about the reason why the allied force of Liubei and Sunquan won this battle? I think there are three reasons for the success of Sun-Liu allied force. First, the allied force was not frightened by the numerically superior enemy and was not puzzled by superficial phenomenon. However, through calm analysis, it figured out that Cao’s force was just apparently fierce but actually soldiers were very tired after long expedition and they were not familiar with environment and very poor in naval warfare. In contrast, Sun-Liu allied force were very good at naval warfare which paved the foundation for their success. Second, the alliance of Sun and Liu was the key to success. Although they also had contradition between themselves, if they didn’t ally together, they would be destroyed separately sooner or later(迟早). But the alliance changed the whole situation and created the favorable condition for themselves to defeat Cao. Third, they made good use of their advantages of being good at naval warfare to attack the enemy’s disadvantages and they were good at attacking enemy unexpectely with fire when the enemy were not alert at all. All the above reasons led to the final defeat of Cao’s force and the success of Sun -Liu allied force.。

My idol--Helen Keller 1. I knew Helen Keller in my school class. I read Helen Keller in my reading class at school when I was 9 years old. At that time my teacher used to recommend some famous books to us. One of them was “three days to see”, which is the autobiography of Helen Keller. From this book I know many stories about Helen’s life. I was touched by her spirit of persistence. 2. A brief account of the Helen Keller's life. Helen Keller was a famous American writer and educator, in fact she was an unfortunate person, because of the fact that she became totally blind and deaf when she was two years old. No one can imagine what kind of misery she had ever had to live in total darkness and silence. Luckily, she met the greatest teacher, Ms. Sullivan. With the help of her teacher, Helen overcame numerous difficulties and finally became a writer and educator. Meanwhile, she worked hard to improve the living conditions of the handicapped people and made great achievement. I adore her., If she were still living in the world, I would go to America to visit her and tell her how much I adore her. 3. Helen Keller’s childhood. Helen became deaf and blind when she was two years old. After that she lived in a world of darkness and silence. She didn’t know how to communicate with others, and no one can really understand her heart, she cried and screamed, but the life was the same, in her own words her childhood was sheer loneliness. Fortunately, Ms. Sullivan came into her life when she was 9 years old. If there hadn’t been her teacher, her life would be totally different. 4. Why Helen Keller is quite unusual. Helen’s life is unusual, because as a blind and deaf people, she overcame huge obstacles and became a successful writer and educator, this is something even normal people could not achieve in their lives. Also, Helen’s passionate love for life is also something which we should learn. Normally, people take everything they get for granted, it is from Helen’s life that we learnt, we should be grateful to anything we have in our life. If we didn’t value what we have possessed now, we would regret one day in future. 5. How Helen overcame the difficulties. As we know, Helen is both blind and deaf. Anything easy to common people will be much difficult to her. For example, we can read things directly from the books, but she could only read books by touching or with Ms. Sullivan’s help. But she broke this limit by her passion and love for life. For instance, when she studied math, she could not understand the various shapes, so she just used thread to make all kinds of shapes on the cushions. People always says that interest is the best teacher, but I think for Helen, love and passion is the best teacher to help her overcome all the difficulties. If she didn’t have any passion and love, she wouldn’t succeed in doing anything. 6. Why I admire Helen. I admire Helen very much, because I think during her life, she had achieved the impossible. She inspired generations of people; she made us believe that, once there is a dream, there must be a way to make it come true. After I read her life stories, I imagined all the way she had gone through, and I got much strength from it, now I have no fear for any difficulties in my life and study. 7. What we can learn from Helen Keller. After I read the book Three days to see, I learnt a lot from Helen. Helen is very persistent, once she made up her mind to do something, she would never give up. I think this spirit is very precious in life. Meanwhile, Helen’s love for life is also valuable. with love, everything in life will become brilliant, without it, all will turn grey, life belongs to each person only once, I think we should use our passion to make it as colorful as possible. If you had only three days to see the world, what would you do? If I had only three days to see the world, on the first day, I would go to Be You World to experience all kinds of jobs. Due to my young age, I haven’t worked yet. On the second day, I would go and help some old and helpless people, because I think it’s great to do something for others. On the third day, iwould stay at home with my family, play games and chat with them, just enjoy the peace of life. I love life, if I had only three days to see, I’d like to make them very common three days in life.。

We got to London on a mid-summer's evening but the sky was still quite light. My father told me that London is much nearer to the North Pole than Beijing; so day is much longer than night in summer; while night is much longer than day during the winter. London is a really big city with lots of cars and heavy traffic. My first impression of London was old and crumbling unlike Beijing; where there are lots of new and modern buildings.Did you like the school life thereMy father put me in a primary school which is called Our Lady Roman Catholic Primary school. The first several months were quite hard to me. I could not understand what they were talking about and what I knew were simple words like toilet; water; good morning and bye-bye. The teachers and classmates were very kind to me and step by step I made progress with my English. I made lots of friends there. This photo was taken when I was in Year One. Look; here's my best friend Laurie Rankin. She once invited me to her birthday party. These two are Alexandra Craze; Alex for short and Ivana Nicolaou. This is our teacher Miss Clarke. And look; that's me Back then as you see from this picture my hair was very short; I looked really like a boy. When I was in reception I was in the nativity play. I was to be one of the three wise men giving out gifts when'Jesus'was born. The school organized lots of Activities like visiting London Zoo; TateModern Museum and going to the church. This photo was taken by my mother in the school sports day. I won three races. What did you do in the weekendsNearly every weekend my parents took me out to parks. There are lots of parks in London and my favorite is the Greenwich Park. Greenwich Park is well-known for its Observatory and Greenwich Meantime. There is also a playground and a deer park within it. In the deer park there are lots of deer and squirrels. The squirrels like to eat peanuts. Once I put a peanut in my hat and placed it on my lap. The squirrel bounded forwards and ate the peanut in the hat I nearly touched the squirrel's soft fur. What was my hobby in LondonReading was and still is my hobby. I really liked to go to local libraries near our home. The first time my father helped me ask for a library card so you can borrow twelve books at one go. I started with picture books with more pictures than words; and later I could read books with more words than pictures; some with no pictures at all. Roald Dahl's books are good too: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator are the most entertaining. I also like Enid Blyton; David Henry Wilson; C.S.Lewis and Lemony Snicket. I like reading because it can make me more imaginative and give me more knowledge. How do you spend you holidaysIn the school holidays I traveled with my parents to different places in or out of Britain. We've been to the capital of France-Paris and climbed the Eiffel Tower; we visited France's Disneyland too. Then we traveled to the capital of Italy-Rome and ate pizza on the street. Venice is a beautiful Water City in Italy. It is a marvelous place to have a holiday; but in the summer the mosquitoes were very bothering. I got stung twenty times in three days.Once; me; my mother and my father went to Edinburg for the EasterHolidays. Me and my mother were afraid that my father would fall into the water He didn't fall in the water; he didn't even scrap the sides of the boat when we were under the bridge. How do you like the food thereWhen I was in Britain I really liked western food. At our school we could choose between eating school dinners and bringing packed lunches. English children like to pack sandwiches; crisps; biscuits; fruit and vegetables and sometimes a handful of sweets in their packed lunches but school dinners are different. We have fish and chips twice a week with carrots and peas.Sometimes we eat garlic bread and shepherd pie; and sometimes we ate mashed potato. There were sauces to make the food taste better: gravy; ketchup; mayonnaise; etc and delicious puddings. There are puddings that I disliked too; for example custard and rice pudding. The rice puddings were not anything compared to my mother's porridge. Although I ate a lot of English food I still liked Chinese food. When the Spring Festival came; my father's colleagues would come to our flat and made Chinese dumplings together. They were delicious. How did you feel about going back to ChinaI stayed in London for two years. We came back to China when I was six years old. I was very sad to leave my friends and my school in London and as a result I had a fever. I was so ill that I had to be carried to the hospital in an ambulance. The doctor said I was attacked by'some kind of virus that we don't know. She didn't give me any medicine apart from some liquid to make me feel better. She also told me to drink a lot of water and have a rest. Several days later my parents took me to the hospital again to have a check. The doctor said I had been very brave and had defeated the virus and I would be healthy soon. Ten days later; I was healthy enough to go back to China.London has given me a lot of good memories. I hope one day in the future I could go back there; to study English and to meet my old friends.1. Tell the differences between Chinese primary school and British primary schoola. 三一口语七级电脑游戏自选话题

三一口语七级电脑游戏自选话题

I like playing computer gamesToday, I have chosen playing computer games as my topic, and here is my topic form. Sir/ Madam, have you played any computer games? Are you interested in it?Computers have entered our daily life.People can do a lot of things by computer. We use computer programmes such as word, excel to type the documents and store the datas, otherwise we can watch movies, listen to the music, surf the Internet, play games, and so on. It can make our lives very colorful and convenient. When I was in grade three in primary school, my father used to teach me how to use computer . After that, I was very interested in playing computer games. Some people always hold a negative attitude消极态度 towards playing computer games as they always think it’s meaningless无意义的 and a waste of time sitting in front of the computer for so long, and doing nothing at all. Well, to me and most of my classmates, playing computer games is kind of fashion now.Different students favor different games, for girls, they are more interested in some cuter or quieter games such as the QQ farm, Kaixin farm or games about cooking. For boys, we prefer violent fighting games and social games in which many techniques 技巧 and strategies策略 are needed. Have you heard of the game called “Plants VS Zombies”? It is most popular computer games. In my opinion, playing computer games has several advantages.First of all, it makes us happy; I guess it’s the biggest advantage it can bring us. Most computer games are very entertaining. Secondly, it gives us much confidence. There are always many levels for players to move forward向前发展. When we get challenged to go to the next level we will feel very confident. At the same time, it can practice our hands and fingers. On the other side, if we played them for a long time, it would destroy and disturb 打扰 our normal life, although playing computer games can relax us. I can understand why many parents and teachers object反对 playing computer games, because many students might be addicted to the computer games. It not only hurts our eyes, but hurts our body as well. We have to plan our time to play computer games.I always have a computer lesson once a week , I play a computer game only for 15 minutes every Saturday and Sunday, on the condition that I've finished my homework.I always think if I were good at computer programming电脑编程, I’d like to design some fighting games. I also have a dream that one day I can be a programming expert 编程专家. That time, I can be a CEO of a big computer software company软件公司. If I were a CEO of a big computer corporation just like Bill Gates. I would set up an operating system操作系统 in the future and it would be much better than WINDOWS OS 操作系统 of Microsoft. It would possibly have 3D user interface用户界面. It would be really cool! To realize实现 this dream, I’m going to learn computer languages when I grow up so that I can be a computer game designer in the future.1. Why playing computer games is very popular?First, I’d like to talk about why there are so many people interested in playing computer games. Some people always hold a negative attitude消极态度 towards playing computer games as they always think it’s meaningless无意义的 and a waste of time sitting in front of the computer for so long, and doing nothing at all. Well, to me and most of my classmates, playing computer games is kind of fashion now. We do not only play games, but also talk about games most of the time. People used to only play some killing and shooting on the computer, but now, more people are keener on更喜欢 real games based on computer games. Some professional专业的 players have also set up a club named after a computer game, thus, the players who are interested in the same kind of game would register注册 in this club and probably they could make friends with the people who have the same hobbies. We’ve got a computer lesson once a week so many students like having the computer lesson the most. But if we wanted to play the computer in class, we had to finish our task first; otherwise否则, the teacher wouldn’t allow us to play it in classes. There are many funny virtual worlds虚拟世界 in which the player could design their dreaming home or buy their dreaming car or have their own shop. There are so many things to do in the computer games, basically基本上 we could do anything we wanted in the games. The major attraction主要的吸引点 of playing computer game is that we could fulfill 实现 some dreams which couldn’t possibly become true for many people, such as buying a huge and luxurious villa奢华的别墅, or owning拥有 several fancy cars at the same time, or just taking care of their own farms!2. What are my favorite computer games?Different students favor different games, for girls, they are more interested in some cuter or quieter games such as the QQ farm, Kaixin farm or games about cooking. For boys, we prefer violent fighting games and social games in which many techniques 技巧 and strategies策略 are needed. Have you heard of the game called “Plants VS Zombies”? Have you played it before? It’s kind of strategy game because the player need to defend their place and house and fight with zombies by using their various plants. If the plants fail, a zombie will eat the brain of the one who owns the house. If you were interested in this game, I would suggest you to start playing it from the first level because there are several levels and modes in the game that you could choose. Plants in this game are very powerful as they can fight with zombies on the lawn, backyard and roof, but the player needs to have a good command of his or her “soldiers”. Its unique独特的 design of these flowers and zombies are very interesting, and the whole picture looks very bright and colorful, to play it well, players need to grow as many flowers as possible, especially sun flowers which could provide the entire army with solar energy. There is another popular social game called “Mole” which requires players to register first and get an ID. If you didn’t have an ID on its website网页, you couldn’t even start playing. This game is quite different from The Plants VS Zombies, becausethere isn’t any fighting or killing, but it’s more like a virtual society虚拟社会 in which you can make friends, get a job and earn your money work, or go shopping and buy whatever you want. I started playing it 2 years ago, and I’ve already earned much money and I’ve bought a big house in this game. Playing this game can give us a sense of achievement and enjoyment, that’s why so many people love playing computer games.3. We have to plan our time to play computer games. The computer addiction has gained much attention recently, as children have also been affected. I can understand why many parents and teachers object反对 playing computer games, because many students might be addicted to the computer games. Take me as an example, when I started to play computer games, I didn’t use to realize 意识到 that it could hurt my eyes. Even though now I don’t wear glasses, my eyesight has been affected somehow. When I checked my eyesight, I found I couldn’t see things clearly. Sometimes my eyes turn red and feel painful after playing computer games for several hours. So I stopped playing computer games with a time limit.A recent research study showed that some children suffer from受…之苦 computer rage愤怒 when they are forbidden被禁止 to play computer games. I sometimes feel very angry when my parents don’t allow me to play it, and it used to be difficult for me to control myself when I was playing a hot game. And sometimes when my parents forced 逼迫 me to stop playing, I would feel so angry that I even didn’t want to do any homework. However, I did it. From then on, I started to plan to play a computer game only for 15 minutes every Saturday and Sunday, on the condition在…条件下 that I’ve finished my homework. If I didn’t stop when the time is over, my parents would punish 惩罚 me to do some sports. It’s very good to do eyes exercises, and overlook the trees to protect my eyes. My parents are worried that I will be addicted to the computer games, so they have arranged many things for my free time, such as playing outside, travelling, and going to watch the opera and so on.4. The advantages of playing computer gamesSome parents say that kids are spending too much time on it. The trend in society is to label computer games as mindless and antisocial. But I don’t agree. In my point of view, playing computer games has several advantages. First of all, it makes us happy;I guess it’s the biggest advantage it can bring us. Most computer games are very entertaining. Secondly, it gives us much confidence. There are always many levels for players to move forward向前发展. When we get challenged to go to the next level we will feel very confident. At the same time, it can practice our hands and fingers. Thirdly, I can learn some knowledge from the computer games, for example, there are some English descriptions描述 of certain某些 games, you have to understand it first and then start playing. Finally, it also gives a way to make friends on line and off line. Last Sunday, I was talking about computer games in the elevator when a boy told me he was playing the same game. I have made a lot of friends in this way. Because I and my classmates live far away, then we sometimes play the computer games together,it deepens our friendship. The computer games help us to develop relationships and improve our social skills, and make us feel better about ourselves, too.5. The disadvantages of playing computer gamesIf we played computer games too much, there would be lots of disadvantages. Though playing computer games can relax us, but if we played them for a long time, it would destroy and disturb打扰 our normal life. Firstly, our health would go downhill if we were lost in the game. It not only hurts our eyes, but hurts our body as well. One of my friend’s eyes has turned red, because he used to play computer games for 8 hours one day in the summer holiday. And I heard someone died because of nonstop playing, after he had played computer games for round-the-clock several days. People don’t do any sports while sitting in front of the computer, for example, if the position 姿态 of the neck and arms always stayed the same for pretty long, you would feel very painful and exhausted疲惫的.Secondly, it would affect our life and relationships if we couldn’t control ourselves, we might play games all the time and we wouldn’t have time to do our homework, play outside, and read books. Finally, if we were addicted the computer games, we wouldn’t know how to live in the true world. Lots of computer games are anti-social and violent, and make users mindless nerds. Players might feel very disappointed失望 about their real life if they have got used to the life in the virtual world. All in all, we should be careful with playing computer games. For some adult成年的 players, many people have lost jobs due to由于 their computer addiction. Constantly不断地 logging onto登录 the Internet at work has caused many people to be dismissed被解雇. Money is another factor因素. Some people have gone into debt欠债 and lost great amounts of money using online services and chat rooms聊天室.6. What kind of perfect computer game would I design? If I were good at computer programming电脑编程, I’d like to design some fighting games. Like a game with electronic devices vs. water. In the game, you might need to collect light bulbs, so you could buy some electronic devices to fight with water. The game would also have different levels from 1 to 10. In my design, the cheapest electronic device would be a computer mouse bomb which would only cost one light bulb. If the light bulb exploded, the water would disappear. To realize实现 this dream, I’m going to learn computer languages so that I can be a computer game designer in the future.I also have a dream that one day I can be a programming expert编程专家. That time,I can be a CEO of a big computer software corporation软件公司. If I were a CEO ofa big computer software corporation as Bill Gates. I would set up an operating system 操作系统 in the future and it would be much better than WINDOWS OS操作系统 of Microsoft. It would possibly have 3D user interface用户界面. The 3D user interface would look like a real desk, which had wall and desktop. You could drag拽 the pictures or the files资料 on the wall. It would be really cool!。

Senior citizen's life in BeijingHow to reduce work pressure shopping on lineComment on a moviemy holiday planHow to save watershould we compete all the time?Should Chinese people be encouraged to buy cars?My plan of starting a private businessI hate car alarms以上这些话题比较新颖,并且很适合孩子谈论。

到了7级,孩子不但要注重话题的质量,还要注重话题的深度。

下面向大家展示三一7级中的一个话题:“童年记忆”,大家在备考时,可以参考下面的形式:Early MemoriesMy Arrival to BritainWhen I was four years old, my father was sent to work in Britain so he took me and my mother with him to London. We got to London on a mid-summer's evening but the sky was still quite light. My father told me that London is much nearer to the North Pole than Beijing, so day is much longer than night in summer, while night is much longer than day during the winter. London is a really big city with lots of cars and heavy traffic. My first impression of London was old and crumbling unlike Beijing, where there are lots of new and modern buildings.Did you like the school life there? My father put me in a primary school which is called Our Lady Roman Catholic Primary school. The first several months were quite hard to me. I could not understand what they were talking about and what I knew were simple words like toilet, water, good morning and bye-bye. The teachers and classmates were very kind to me and step by step I made progress with my English. I made lots of friends there. This photo was taken when I was in Year One. Look, here's my best friend Laurie Rankin. She once invited me to her birthday party. These two are Alexandra Craze, (Alex for short) and Ivana Nicolaou. This is our teacher Miss Clarke. And look, that's me! Back then as you see from this picture my hair was very short, I looked really like a boy. When I was in reception I was in the nativity play. I was to be one of the three wise men giving out gifts when'Jesus'was born. The school organized lots of Activities like visiting London Zoo, TateModern Museum and going to the church. This photo was taken by my mother in the school sports day. I won three races. What did you do in the weekends?Nearly every weekend my parents took me out to parks. There are lots of parks in London and my favorite is the Greenwich Park. Greenwich Park is well-known for its Observatory and Greenwich Meantime. There is also a playground and a deer park within it. In the deer park there are lots of deer and squirrels. The squirrels like to eat peanuts. Once I put a peanut in my hat and placed it on my lap. The squirrel bounded forwards and ate the peanut in the hat! I nearly touched the squirrel's soft fur. What was my hobby in London?Reading was and still is my hobby. I really liked to go to local libraries near our home. The first time my father helped me ask for a library card so you can borrow twelve books at one go. I started with picture books with more pictures than words, and later I could read books with more words than pictures, some with no pictures at all. Roald Dahl's books are good too: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator are the most entertaining. I also like Enid Blyton, David Henry Wilson, C.S.Lewis and Lemony Snicket. I like reading because it can make me more imaginative and give me more knowledge. How do you spend you holidays? In the school holidays I traveled with my parents to different places in or out of Britain. We've been to the capital of France-Paris and climbed the Eiffel Tower; we visited France's Disneyland too. Then we traveled to the capital of Italy-Rome and ate pizza on the street. Venice is a beautiful Water City in Italy. It is a marvelous place to have a holiday, but in the summer the mosquitoes were very bothering. He didn't fall in the water; he didn't even scrap the sides of the boat when we were under the bridge. How do you like the food there? When I was in Britain I really liked western food. At our school we could choose between eating school dinners and bringing packed lunches. English children like to pack sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, fruit and vegetables and sometimes a handful of sweets in their packed lunches but school dinners are different. We have fish and chips twice a week with carrots and peas.Sometimes we eat garlic bread and shepherd pie, and sometimes we ate mashed potato. There were sauces to make the food taste better: gravy, ketchup, mayonnaise, etc and delicious puddings. There are puddings that I disliked too, for example custard and rice pudding. The rice puddings were not anything compared to my mother's porridge. Although I ate a lot of English food I still liked Chinese food. When the Spring Festival came, my father's colleagues would come to our flat and made Chinese dumplings together. They were delicious. How did you feel about going back to China?I stayed in London for two years. We came back to China when I was six years old. Ten days later, I was healthy enough to go back to China.London has given me a lot of good memories. I hope one day in the future I could go back there, to study English and to meet my old friends.1. Tell the differences between Chinese primary school and British primary schoola.
